One of the biggest grifts of the last quarter century has been the full scale implementation of DEI into every aspect of society. It's a reason companies are so inefficient and certainly has played a role in the rising tuition costs at college/universities and it's all based on "muh diversity". The silver lining is more are waking up and realizing diversity is just the reduction of Whites.

At some firms it’s easy enough to ignore this crap because your pay is a function of production so you can just focus on that to the exclusion of all else. At my firm we have it but it’s window dressing. It’s easily as stupid as anywhere else but we just all go on about our jobs and move right along

This is one of Biden's wacker plans to get votes from predominately minority voters. The worst your credit the better interest rate you get on a mortgage. People who work hard and do things the right way, get punished under the Biden dictatorship.
