During the five minutes I was watching (sort of, I just had it on in the background) I assumed the team in red was Switzerland. It was only when I heard a Germanic name (Frei) for a player in white that I realised the "Swiss" are not in red! A disgusting spectacle.

I wasn't sure either, but I figured Albania wouldn't be playing with a black player in their lineup. Hell, Granit Xhaka's brother plays for Albania!

It apparently isn't all bad for the Swiss team: I looked at their U19 lineup, and they started 8 whites, with 7 Swiss players! The Youth teams look to have more actual Swiss players; hopefully, those guys will filter through the Senior team soon enough.

The French team had four whites starting: Lloris, Koscielny, Griezmann, and Giroud, but I definitely get your point; it's ridiculous; France is back to the days of the 2006 World Cup with their "new" lineup.

Jack -

My mistake. Thanks for pointing it out. I didn't watch the match, nor did I even bother to view any highlights. I simply glanced at the team lineups, made a cursory - and obviously erroneous ;) - count, then navigated away from the page in disgust. It just shows You how much attention I am paying the tournament...

I've got the South Africa v Ireland rugby match on now. I see four blacks plus I think one coloured (mixed race) out of fifteen for the Springboks. I am disappointed - they have affirmative action quotas for blacks on sports team in South Africa - but compared to the French and Swiss football teams it's actually not too bad when you consider that South Africa is overwhelmingly black.

the only goal of the swizerland-albania match came from a goalkeeping mistake on a corner kick or any kind of cross
albania should play with german or swiss german or french or italian goalkeepers instead of albanian goalkeepers to avoid that
also did you know that one doesn't need to be of say swiss nationality to play for switzerland for example according to FIFA rules?

After watching the mess that was Switzerland, it's nice to see two actual teams actually using their own citizens playing. 20 out of 22 whites playing; the only non-white starters are Wales captain Ashley Williams and FB Neil Taylor (Half-Indian).

Russia snatched a point in time added against an England team that was, overall, a better team. If I'm Roy Hodgson I have to reconsider Sturridge's place in the starting XI. He should be on the bench.

Russia ties England in a game they honestly didn't deserve to get a point from. Eric Dier scored for England on a free kick in the 72nd minute, while Russia equalized through a stoppage time header. Good for them! Hopefully, Russia's able to get out of the group; they'll have to play better if they want to accomplish that. Akinfeev saved Russia multiple times today, making a lot of key saves throughout the match.

Raheem Sterling did a lot of running around, but wasted several chances because he has no ball control skills whatsoever.

England started five blacks against Russia, who scored late to salvage a tie. Wales' historic victory was bittersweet as a half-African mulatto netted the winning goal. Wales played 3 blacks total, surely a massive overrepresentation of their demographic.

Based on today's matches I'd say Wales should beat Russia. I'd say the Russians might even be the weakest team in the group. England has to consider the result a big disappointment.

BTW Russian and English fans are fighting each other in the stadium right now.

Some really, really dire goalkeeping so far:

Giroud's goal yesterday:

https://streamable.com/6joj

And this^ is why Giroud is important,no other player in the French squad gets near the ball there, keeper flaps or not.

Albania 0 - 1 Switzerland :

https://streamable.com/n5l0

Frederic spoke about that^.

Both Wales goals :

https://streamable.com/h1dh

https://streamable.com/xaje

Really pathetic positioning both times there.

And finally Akinfeev today,rather unexpectedly:

https://streamable.com/tk3f

Finally England couldn't walk away with three points because useless black Danny Rose can't bloody jump:

https://streamable.com/oant

Great header by Glushakov though! But Danny Rose is an absolute liability and any Spurs fan will tell you this.He is regularly found at fault for a goal every single game. Not only did he not jump here,he just capitulated and let Glushakov pick his spot.Absolutely pathetic.

for the riots, it's nothing out of the usual so far i think, even in 1998 at the world cup a cop was killed by hooligans
it could turn into something else if the terrorists (leftists or islamists) choose to strike at the euro champs
what is remarkable is france is still in "state of emergency" https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/States_of_emergency_in_France
and we have been since the paris attacks
in "state of emergency" there shouldn't be riots but there have been for months so they don't have much control

I don't follow soccer much but I have been reading about the Russian and England fans fight each other. It would be nice if they decided to use physical force against the globalists and non-whites invading their country (mostly in England's case) rather than waste it on something as trivial as soccer.

i have to say i agree with those who say croatia has a decent chance of winning the tournament
so i will watch this one
i don't know how turkey is nowadays but 2 years ago they were very bad for their standards

I was thinking the same. The only time these white idiots act "tough" is when they are beating up other whites over a stupid game. Where was this masculinity, aggression and violence when Paki Muslims were raping hundreds of British girls for years in Rotherham? These guys need to be reprogrammed to channel their anger towards preserving their nation. I'm slightly optimistic that many of these blokes will come around with the rise of nationalism in the coming years.

another goalkeeper who has been excellent is yann somer against albania: http://www.espnfc.com/european-cham...ian-schar-make-the-difference-for-switzerland

he is the reason why switzerland won this game

"GK Yann Sommer, 9 -- Effectively won the game for Switzerland with two crucial saves when Albania were clean through on goal. The first from Armando Sadiku came just before Lorik Cana's sending-off and proved to be a turning point in the game. The second denied Shkelzen Gashi an equaliser with only a few minutes to play. He was solid and dependable throughout and always in command of his penalty area."

sounds like a flawless goalkeper that takes a lot of experience and specific work to train, that are mainly produced in italy, germany and france
for this kind of players, importing coaches or even goalkeepers straight from these countries would make sense , becquse it's so crucial to have such a player, and many countries just don't know how to produce them

The difference for the French squad is the fact that now, two of the most important players are white (Giroud and Griezmann), in the sense they are forefront players. I would say it makes the difference psychologically for the people. Interestingly, the game begins with the camera of these two guys (kick-off).
It is important for Giroud to perform because the anti-white racaille crowd who is cheering for Benzema hates this guy, they booed him after the games, at his hotel, during the training sessions... They hate what he represents.
I am impressed by Giroud's strong mental. This guy is very powerful and focus-oriented. I was so happy when he scored the first goal of the Euro. I was not the only one. The whole crowd sang his name after that.

payet man of the match and giroud keeps scoring (8 goals in the last 8 games for france if i recall correctly)
It is indeed 8 goals in 8 games, but more importantly 8 goals for his last 6 starting games! Since october, when he starts a game for France, he scores at least one goal. How effective!

If we're being honest, the best Frenchman to ever play football was certainly an Arab - Zidane. He is single handedly responsible for France winning the World Cup 98, scoring the 2 most important goals in French football history.

98 was the highest of highs for France and Zidane at that time was likely the best footballer in the world similar to how Messi or Ronaldo are viewed today.

Zidane is unquestionably the greatest French footballer ever and is also obe of the greatest to ever play the game. Zidane was of course 100% Arab. Though he is very light and almost looks white.
Utterly false. Zidane is not Arab. He is Kabyle (subgroup of Berbere)! It is not the same ethnicity, it is also not the same culture (that's why also a lot of Kabyle people are reverting to Christianity). They were conquered by Arabs. Nowadays, their language and own culture is oppressed by the Algerian government. So that's why he looks nearly white. He married a Spanish woman, his kids are more Spanish than France and I suppose that they are more catholic than muslim, being educated in Catholic structures. Their names are not even Arabic (Enzo, Luca, Theo, Elyaz).

But the most important French football player ever was Platini: he won by himself the 1984 Euro tornament, scoring 9 goals (still today the record of the competition). The most important journalists have done a rating and unanimously, they rated the role of Platini during this tornament higher than the one of Zidane for the national team.
Btw, Platini received 3 ballon d'or in a row (Messi was the first to do the same).

Zidane himself has stated his religion as being a "non practising Muslim", those are his own words.
The most correct term for Zidane is "North African" or "Maghrebi". Since most people refer to ethnic North Africans as Arab, it is acceptable to say he is of Arab origin.
Zidane was born to Algerian parents in an immigrant ghetto in France.

Zidane is certainly one of the best footballers I've seen in my lifetime, the only one I could think of as good as him would be Cristiano Ronaldo or Leo Messi today, but it could be said in some respects Zidane is even better than both of them. Its a different type of player so not easy to compare the three of them, yes Ronaldo scores more, but I think Zidane is the more complete and composed player.

The greatest moment for France was in 98, and that was because of Zidane. Platini may have Ballon d'or but he does not have a WC final winning goal, or a moment like Zidane did. The general view, by the majority of people is that Zidane is the best player France has ever had in the best team France has ever had (1998 world cup winning side). That is quite telling because of course he is a first generation North African immigrant and he is widely regarded as being the best to have played the sport!

Media outlets are reporting that Russian ultras have attacked England fans in the stadium in the aftermath of the 1:1 draw today, and several English fans have been taken to hospital (one of which with serious injuries and from reading the news it sounds like he almost died at the stadium).

It sounds like the hooliganism in Marseille is getting way out of hand.

3 different people have been telling you zidane is not the best french player ever, but now you add that zidane is the best player in the whole world lol
98 was not because of zidane
it was a lucky win that happened as a collective effort, the team was meant to be this way, as back then the coach left out the most talented french players to take the most hard working ones
zidanne scored 2 headers that a defender could have scored, on corner kicks, but did nothing in the exceptionally close and decisive games against croatia, italy, paraguay
zidane's best competition with france was in 2006
but in that competition the italians dominated him once again in the end
