I read it may be up to six weeks Samuel is out. Tough break for the 49ers.

Offense is looking rudderless without McCaffrey.

Next the 49ers are at the Rams.
It could have been a good caste match-up...
But no CMC, no Cooper Kupp, no Puka, no Pearsall .... and to make the game even less exciting, no Deebo.
Maybe Schrader gets to play.

I’m hoping Schroeder gets some rushes. Williams, though a good back, has been struggling so far.

I just lament CMC being hurt. With what Mason has done the first two weeks imagine how productive McCaffrey would have been!

Silver lining is Purdy is going to get some experience without having all the weapons around him. This will payoff for his development.

George Kittle "has hamstring issue" and might miss this week's game against the Rams.

The 49ers are experiencing a wave of injuries so far. I think last year was their best chance for a SuperBowl. Their defense will again crumble and their offense is rather dull without CMC.

I hope I am wrong.

Injuries are certainly a part of the game. Maybe Juzcyk gets more involved. I still think this adversity is important for Purdy’s development. Pearsall will be eligible in a few weeks too.

Kittle is doubtful, which means it's highly unlikely he plays. He was in an ideal spot to have a huge game too, with Deebo Samuel, Pearsall and C-Mac all out.

Kittle is definitly out for the game, as are many of their stars.
But the Rams are even in worse shape, injury wise.

What I wrote above is correct, Kittle is officially listed as doubtful, which means he'll likely miss the game but if his hammy improves between now and pre-game warm-ups there's a small chance he can still play. Nick Bosa is listed as questionable.
