Jordy Nelson just made a lot of people at ESPN and Yahoo sports very angry with another touchdown, will Tampa Bay go for a 3rd onside kick? Aside from Rodgers pick thanks to packers D for keeping this game close.

Jordy - 6 receptions for 123 yards and 2 TD.

Imagine how good he'd be if he weren't white? :icon_rolleyes:

Vikings coach shows his stupidity by calling for constant playaction rollouts when they haven't ran the ball. Ponder has a guy in his face every single time. Heres a tip, those plays might work if you actually run Toby Gerhart instead of having him in pass protection.

2 ints so far by Tavaris

Despite being one of the worst quarterbacks in the league this joke of a player remains a starter. Whitehurst will never be a Peyton Manning or Aaron Rodgers but he's at least serviceable. He has limitations but he can play better than Jackson.

4 interceptions thrown by Newton

Are the guys getting the picks "Newtoning" him? Or is that reserved only for Tebow?

:icon_rolleyes:

Can you imagine if Tebow had 4 picks in a game that his team was winning half way through?

From the ESPN forum:

"If Carolina doesn't win another game, will the fans (and the media) demand that the team draft another Quarterback to replace Newton?

Clausen was replaced after just one season and two victories. This is Newton's first season and he only has managed two victories. He has also turned the ball over more than Clausen did and the season isn't over yet.
If Carolina is consistent, I can't honestly see how they can keep Newton."

Agreed, but it doesn't matter. Newton will win Rookie of the Year in a landslide over Andy Dalton and be in the NFL at least as long as Tavaris Jackson has been.

Dalton still has a shot to win OROY. If Newton keeps turning the ball over and the Panthers continue to lose and Dalton leads the Bengals to 10 wins being fairly consistent he should win it. Dalton did throw 3 ints today...but Newton threw FOUR

The Panthers play the Colts next week. Wouldn't it be quite the story if the Colts get their first win against SCAM?

But Cam is the 7th ranked quarterback in the NFL in his rookie year.

The only ones ahead of him in the stats are Drew Brees, Tom Brady, Ben Roethlisberger, Aaron Rodgers, Phillip Rivers and Eli Manning.

That's insane for a rookie.

Unfortunately for him, Panthers defense really sucks.

The Panthers defense made him throw 4 int's today?

He's not the 7th ranked anything. He's 7th in passing yards but 14th in qb rating. The Panthers have a pass heavy offense and teams have figured Scam out. He'll be an average qb his entire career.
