Hopefully this treatment enjoys a high success rate. This is what was being touted by Trump last week. If it is successful it should have an impact on Big Pharma and the politicians/bureaucrats that have been trying to block or slow the potential treatment.

I like this. It's simple and readily available. Plus rather than being a traditional vaccine, which is dumbed-down version of the actual virus, this is primarily a anti-immuno medicine that stops the body from crazily over-reacting to the virus. That is what causes the lung fibrosis that brings on pneumonia and kills you. Combined with the antibiotic and the zinc (inhibits virus/bacterial replication) this is actually sensible. And seems to work as it should.

But hey, let's just have massive hysteria and panic instead.

Don't get me wrong, the virus is real and dangerous. But the orchestrated hysteria and societal upheaval is just too suspicious when you know how the PTB work.

This is the same stuff that Democrat governors are working to keep from being used. For example, Governor Whitmer of Michigan recently threatened doctors who prescribe these medications. Democrats aren't just crazy, they're stupid too. The virus could also affect them. The motto of the Democrat Party should be "Politics Above Sanity."

Interesting writeup. Of course one of the bonafide experts cited in the article that Don posted above notes that we have coronavirus strains every year. Once of the comments below the incogman article is funny, at least in the short term:

The "alternative media" in large measure is at least ten time more hysterical about the virus than is the corporate media. It's the end of the world is the point of view of so many websites, mostly from impotent people who have no way to influence policy so they fearmonger like crazy instead. Some of them need to be placed in loony bins, but unfortunately as the editor of a newspaper and a news site I still have to scan a lot of sites to look for useful nuggets buried in big piles of ****.

More and more I'm trying to watch old movie favorites when they appear on cable amidst the usual array of pure crap movies the pay networks show, as well as some of the games from the past being shown by the MLB, NHL and NFL networks. I do watch Tucker Carlson when I can, he's the only populist voice of reason left on TV.
 
You guys need to realise how much your being lied to by all the news channels, the hospitals, the govt, etc. Everyone needs to watch this.

Agreed on all points and highly disappointed about this. Here we are in a time like no other when the alt-media has a chance to bring FACTS and balance to the situation and we seem to get very little of either. The hair-on-fire end of the world chaos is a huge downer for me. I've even tuned out the alt-media in large part now.

And to my fellow Christians on here, if you have noticed my change in eschatology since late 2018 to a much more positive view it's because I am a PostMillennialist since then. If you want more info you can contact me in PM. It's the truth revealed in scripture and rids us of the Dispensationalist sensationalism that uses the newspaper to interpret the Bible. That is a terrible approach. The Bible interprets itself and no need for the wild-eyed current events chaos involved to make us guess at things. (And yes, I used to be a dispensationalist for many years).

I think you're right, we're testing a ton. Right now my state has twice as many negative tests as positive.

20 out of 1000 is actually 2 percent. This is around what many scientists believe the actual death rate is. For comparison, the Spanish flu death rate was estimated to be around 2.5%. It's not a problem until a massive amount of people are infected at the same time. The seasonal flu is around .05% to .1%. so for every thousand there is 1 death. So in order for this to be as mild as the flu, it would have to mean an additional 40 million people have caught covid 19 without testing, being that the death total is over 40k right now. While 2% doesn't seem high, the Spanish flu wound up shutting down the economy because of so many people being sick and dying.

Let's hope these anti malaria drugs can help. I'm a little confused as to the support of them on here though. The studies are based on small sample sizes and based on some people's logic, "those people would have recovered anyway". It can also be deadly for some people with preexisting health conditions, mostly those with heart problems, the same people that are vulnerable to Covid 19.
