I kind of wanted to know what everyones take on this was. Now all of us here cheer for white players, but is there anyone here thats still a fan of a specific team. With me, everyone here knows that I'm CF's resident Dolphins fan due to being born and raised in Miami. I know FootballDad has stated that he's a former Kansas City Chiefs fan that no longer has an allegiance to a team but instead roots for white players in general. I too root for white players and I follow them on this board, but my team allegiance to the Dolphins is one of those things thats just so hard for me to shake. Yes, I hate that caste GM Jeff Ireland has made this team coal black, but there are a few bright spots such as Tannehill and Hartline. I think the only way I could see myself turning away from the Dolphins completely is if they drafted a black quarterback to be the teams future. Even then it would only be temporary as most black quarterbacks fall on their faces and he would hopefully be replaced by a white QB. I obviously don't consider myself to be a DWF as I am aware of the systematic racism whites face in this league. I would like to see the Dolphins become a whiter team and I would like to see the league become whiter as well in general. Remember in this day and age with player turnover, a coal black team can turn fairly white relatively quickly. You just need the right front office in charge of things. But I've even noticed that some white friendly teams like the Patriots and Texans are starting to get darker. I guess what I'm trying to ask is that has everyone here given up on team allegiances entirely and can you be a non-DWF while still being a fan of a certain team, even if you don't like how that team is run?
