Yes it is. This year is reminiscent of 2011 when Dirk Nowitzki led the Mavs over the Heat in the Finals. This year its going to be another dominant European big man, Nikola Jokic, leading the Nuggets over the Heat!

Definitely feels like Joker's year.
Jimmy Butler is OK in my book tbh, he seems to play his a$$ off and got snubbed by a couple of his previous franchises. Love seeing his HEAT teammates Strus and Robinson stroke out.
But, the Nuggets are absolutely the rooting interest The REAL MVP needs to take his throne.

That Bullets team actually had at least 8 whites at one point. They were my team; went to go see them play several times. Gugliotta, MacLean, Chapman and Scott Skiles started, and Gheorge Muresan, Tim Legler, Brent Price, and Jim Mcilvaine came off the bench. And they were a good team! Funny enough Wes Unseld was the guy who put that team together. Man they were fun to watch.

Another great team was the Minnesota Timberwolvs with an in his Prime Kevin Love, Ricky Rubio and others. Not as good but I still loved
watching them back then. Here is a prime time Kevin Love on a night with 31 points and 31 rebounds! Unheard of! He was so good!

Those Minnesota Timberwolves Teams had 9 whites on the roster! Wow is that rarerified territory indeed!

The Miami Heat lost their 2nd straight game tonight getting blown out up in Boston. They still lead the series 3 games to 2. I'm not worried
as most of their star players layed an egg and just played awful tonight.
One exception has been Duncan Robinson for most of this series. Again I ask why is he not starting? Robinson is 29 years of age and has alot
of great basketball left in him. He is a top 5 shooter in all of the NBA without a doubt.
Duncan Robinson 18 points, 9 assist and 4 rebounds off the bench just missing a double/double. Keep it up Duncan. I expect the
Heat to end this series in game 6. I just can't see them losing 3 in a row to the Celtics. The Miami Heat are just too talented!

Glad to see Duncan step up his game, Strus on the other hand has been struggling. His minutes have been reduced which is probably most of the problem.

Duncan is the underdog of underdogs. Was playing at Williams College, a division 3 school, before transferring to Michigan. The rest is history.

It's not over yet! Game 7 still has to be played and in this series anything can happen!
I was disappointed with Duncan when he missed those two three pointers at the end of the game. But on the other hand, he only got to take about 5-6 shots for the whole game because Butler, Adebeyo, etc. were busy jacking up brick after brick. It's difficult to come in and make a big shot when you haven't been able to get in a rhythm all game because your teammates are ball hogs.

Duncan hit all of his other three point attempts with the exception of the last two which were not far off. LIke you said it's hard to get into the
flow off the game off the bench. Duncan has done a fine job more often than not. There was many reasons they lost and the so called superstars couldn't shoot the majority of the game but kept shooting. Win as a team and lose as a team. I still like their chances in game 7.
Home court isn't as much a factor in a game 7 as both teams can taste their chance to go to an NBA Championship.
It will all come down to the little things. Alof of these things don't show in the box score. Altered shots, tips, dives to save possesions, etc. etc.
Let's see who wants it's more. Should be a great game. Meanwhile Nikola Jokic and the Nuggets will be waiting in the wings.

As much as I love Duncan Robinson's redemption arch (despite the two misses last night), the Heat desperately needed Tyler Herro in this series. If he were playing, it would've ended last night. The Heat are a deep team, but outside of the 3 white guards (and Caleb Martin, at times) they can't shoot the 3 consistently, and that is really a deciding factor in today's NBA.

looks like the Heat are done, can't see them recovering from that game 6 loss, Scott Foster is officiating tonight and he is Adam Silver's schill...he will make sure the Celtics move on and has a solid history in these spots, it was a great run for the Heat but they blew their chances in game 4 and game 6, the only way they can have a chance tonight will be to dirty up the game with really hard fouls...i hope Denver wins the title but the league will do what it can to give the C's all the help they need

While I agree with alot of what you said I still see the Miami Heat advancing. Expect the mdia favorite Jimmy Butler to have a huge game
tonight as wellas Bam A. and others. I also think both Max Strus and Duncan Robinson will play better. They benched Kevin Love which I'm
ok with only because he is older. He should come off the bench. I would like to see Cody Zeller play more. When he plays he puts up numbers. I don't care if he looks like a Wall Street Stockbroker, the guy can play. Sadly he sits most games. Tyler Herro is one of their
top 3 players on the Miami Heat. He is a huge loss and the media hasn't said very much about it. When the Heat win tonight I do think we
will see Tyler Herro play in the NBA Finals. Hard to say how rusty he will be but they will need him to hang with the Nuggets.
