Ustinov would easily destroy Hughie, even though they are the same size.
I agree Hughie while being a blue chip prospect isn't ready for a fringe contender yet. He needs to develop some man strength and fill out and drop some baby fat. I actually think Mike Marrone was ruined by being matched too tough early in his career. Marrone had a similar physique to Hughie Fury.

David Haye recently left Booth to sign with Haymon. He obviously wants to go down the WBC route as Haymon controls both Stivern and Wilder. Not a big fan of Haye but he's an intriguing heavyweight that can punch so good match ups should arise. The heavyweight division is very interesting now and hopefully guys like Helenius and Wach can get back in the mix.

Fury has his rematch with Chisora in November and if he wins then he too is in the mix.Fury recently stated that he will turn a new leaf and stop the trash talk and swearing which is good.He says he is sick of being the bad guy and getting hate.Incidently Hughie Fury who is the opposite in personality to Tyson could get a fight with Ustinov in November.

T Fury just got fined 15,000 pounds, I think it was, for his cursing.

Where did you hear that about Hughie F fighting Ustinov? That fight wouldn't even make sense. HF is just a beginner.

Fury is a 2 to 1 betting favorite over the black Rhodesian criminal.

Fury grew a beard. Why don't all fighters grow big beards? It's got to cushion blows to the chin. If I was still boxing I'd grow a mountain man beard, and let my hair get even longer than it was before, so that it would cushion blows to my head too.

Wow, that's a serious beard.

I wonder if he will shave it off before the fight? (I think there are rules about fighters having beards hence why you never seeany with beards).

I think you're right, tho I don't exactly know where any of these alleged boxing rules are written down. You do see boxers with very very short beards. MMA fighters seem to be allowed beards. Question: Why is Kimbo Slice - who has just been bizarrely matched up against Ustinov - an exception and allowed to have a heavy beard?

I recall about ten years ago the Canadian amateur boxing scene had a controversy about a Sikh flyweight having a beard like Kimbo Slice and the national federation wanted to force him to shave it down to a George Michael beard(former gay closeted lead singer of Wham). In the end there was a compromise of the fighter having to wear a fishnet over the beard and he looked like a crazy food service worker.

I think it's against their religion to shave, but that wasn't much of a compromise since the beard was still cushioning blows to his chin, and the hairnet probably even made it a more effective cushion. I think Sikhs just better stick to playing cricket.

Meanwhile, Fury and Chisora had a quiet press conference. The odds are 2 1/2 to one for Fury. I think a Fury-Wlad matchup would be the most colourful and interesting.

Good laugh there. The strength of our diversity in action.

I have the stream up and running, but it features only one camera shot of the ring from camera in the crowd. The prelims are on now. Hope they add other camera angles during the main event.

Obviously they will have to. It is impossible to watch anything with this view.

The ESPN3 stream is up and running fine now. Excellent picture and camera angles. Still with 3 prelims to go before the main event.

Good stream.Fury has already beaten Chisora and should do it again but you never know with him. He's sometimes reckless and leaves himself open so its a 50/50 fight.

Boxnation's John Rawling and Barry Jones are sickening to listen to. They always root for the black boxer.

Tyson Fury wins by late corner stoppage over Chisora.

Fury fought a great fight, excellent jab and combination punching. Fury will be hard for anyone to beat because of his size, he is a huge guy. He also has some very good boxing skills, movement, and tactics. He's a great fighter and with his size he will be a hard fight for anyone.

Very impressed with Fury. He showed excellent movement and speed! This was probably the best I have ever seen him. He didn't look that good against Cunningham.

If Wlad weren't around I could see Fury beating every heavyweight easily if he fights like this. He actually looked better than Vitali against Chisora. We also saw that Fury has improved in 3+ years as this rematch never had any suspense. That said he will have to have a beard like Oliver McCall and commit on his punches to have any chance of beating Wlad. At least he earned the chance to make history.

For a big man Fury exhibited great boxing skills and head movement to avoid Chisora's over hand rights. Great win for him. Although he could be so much more. Namely, getting rid of 10 to 15 lbs of flab. He will need to if he ever steps into the ring with Wlad. Like I said great win for him, he displayed great boxing ability. Chisora, did get into great condition but being beating down over 9 rds sapped his strength and will. Now switching over to HBO to see Lemuiex.
