And don’t forget Ian mackie the scot who represented GB in the 100 in 1996 Olympics including the relay .........note politics made things very hard for mackie ..ie wasn’t London enough , so his sponsoring was tough to come by .... ....mackie remains one of the few sprinters to beat Donovan Bailey in an open 100 ....mackie also had a windy 10 flat in Scotland ( on a wet track) ....

Yes it's very important to have guys other than Boling doing similar things that are American. This country has
so many hard core stereotypes that the whites just believe. If they see more men & women disprove the lies they
believe hopefully slowly it will change there perceptions to wake up. Whites can be incredibly athletic. The fact that
they do their best in the 3 major sports to keep some of our fastest guys from playing is just more proof. The track
coach's start the racial slotting with the kids and not only in America but all around the world. It needs to stop. Base
a kids talent on his talent and not the color of his skin.

I'm starting to think that Devin Quinn has given up track just like John Teeters. He has just vanished. I think last year really
demoralized him. I hope he gives it another go as he is still only around 24/25. Quinn and Teeters both should have broke
10 seconds. They were an eye lash away from a 9.9 time legal.

Colby Hilton has the talent and I really hope some one will sponsor him. The kid deserves a legitimate shot. His speed is incredible.

Hey jacknyc. Can you please update list as Hilton already has a wind legal 10.14 from last summer. Thanks.

13/ Jackson Webb 10.22

Here's the update of the Top 10.
I've added Coby Hilton's 10.14 from last year, but with an asterisk, as it was run at significant altitude.
But I expect him to run a similar or better non-altitude time this year.

What I like when I see this list, is that several of these guys have achieved these marks in the last few years: Boling, Quinn, Jewell, Beck, Hilton, and Webb. That means progress.
Also interesting that several - Jewell, Hilton, and Webb - came from small colleges. Just like other sports, they had to go to small schools to develop their talents. The big schools wouldn't take a chance on them.

For comparison sake, here is the UK Top white sprinters.
Even though it is a much smaller country, the list isn't that different from the US list.
And like the US list, many of the sprinters come from less diverse parts of the country, i.e., in this case, Scotland.

1/ Adam Gemili 9.97
2/ Richard Kilty 10.01
3/ Andy Robertson 10.10
4/ Allan Wells 10.11 - Scottish
5/ Craig Pickering 10.14
6/ Tommy Ramdhan 10.16
7/ Ian Mackie 10.17 - Scottish
8/ Adam Thomas 10.18 - Scottish
9/ Cameron Sharp 10.20 - Scottish
9/ Elliott Bunney 10.20 - Scottish
9/ Dominic Ashwell 10.20
12/ Jamie Henderson 10.21 - Scottish
12/ Allyn Condon 10.21
12/ Kyle de Escofet 10.21
12/ Oliver Bromby 10.21

Our men are coming on strong. Look at 5 entries from 2023 alone (what was Boling’s fastest this year?). The future is getting brighter.

Bolling hasn't had a strong 2023. His best 100 YTD is 10.2. But, I do agree that the recent success has shown what White athletes can do if given a chance.

Welcome back my east coast brother. Yes it was an epic day for Cole Beck. He has broke his 100 meters p.b. two races in a row.
Hoping he can do it one more time in the finals for the trifecta! Even better if he is crowned the fastest sprinter in all of the NCAA!

Was just thinking that just about 20 years ago Nebraska Sprinter Dusty Stamer ran a wind legal 10.24 & a windy 10.21 just misses the list in
2004. What's amazing about Dusty Stamer is that he only ran 1 year of track in his senior year of college. He might have been far better with
more time to develop but he primarily played football.

For all of the track fans on this board like me this is a historic day. We were told our whole lives that no white sprinter in the history
of the world would ever go sub 10. Then when some guys in Europe did this like Lemaitre, Guliyev, Gemeli and Tortu. Then they changed
the lies to no amercian born white sprinters. Well here you go! One last thing. Cole Beck ran his sub 10 at the 2023 NCAA National Champs.
That is called timing your peak and he has 1 race left to go. Beck ran a wind legal times of 10.05 and 9.97. What is in store for his final race?

It's so sad how close John Teeters with his 10.00 and Devin Quinn with his 10.01 came! We almost had 4 in a row all in the last 6 years!

2022 Matthew Boling 9.98 wind legal

2023 Cole Beck 9.97 wind legal

Things are slowly changing. Hopefully the tide is turning on the decades and decades of lies about white sprinters, football
and basketball players. Some people are fast and they train to get faster. It's not just a black thing. All stereotypes and lies!

Speaking of John Teeters. What a legend. The man was built like the Hulk. Cole Beck looks like his twin brother.

Half the times on this list were run this year. That is astonishing when you think about it!

While the shoes can have a slight effect I believe the modern day track surfaces are so much superior to the old days. At one time
sprinters ran on dirt or grass. We have come a long ways with the surfaces of the tracks. Also people are getting taller, stronger, faster,
etc little by little. The most exciting thins about this list is that half of the guys are still active so it may see more corrections in the near
future possibly. Especially with 18 year old Brody Brodington and also 17 year old Gatlin Bair if he ever runs track again. Bair wants to play
football fulltime sadly.

Just imagine if Buffington and Bair both ran track in college. We could 2 Matthew Boling Type Sprinters. If this trend continues you will see
more young white kids take up sprinting. It might also open some of the coaching staffs, scouts, media and fans to the lies that whites can't
run or jump like black athletes. The truth is most whites are pushed away from sprints and also from speed positions in other sports.

It is especially when you look at how dead this list was for probably 2 generations. 9.9X is probably worth what 10.0X was a generation ago but there weren't any White American guys doing anything close to this and Kevin Little was more of a 200m runner who dabbled in the 100m dash.

Simply amazing the low 10.0X guys and now the 2 sub 10 guys.
