As a Dolphin fan, there would be nothing more than I'd like to see than Jeff Irelands sumos like John Jerry and Jonathan Martin be shown the door. They were both awful last year. They made a big mistake by not resigning Jake Long. Good thing Ryan Tannehill is a mobile QB because this sumo line of Miami's is going to be spending a lot of time flat on their ass.

When I saw that I thought he looks like hes been on a fast food binge. I wouldn't be surprised if he gets banged up or hurt his first year. Not many rookie runningbacks the past couple years have been able to stay healthy (DeMarco Murray,Ryan Matthews, Donald Brown) to name a few. Franklin is the better pure talent, Bama's O-Line was NFL caliber Lacy's stats might be a little inflated.

Part of the reason is because while this back is big he is probably as weak as a 210 pound safety. The mass he has is just flab and if he tried to drive block he would be eating mud pies. I recall the Cheese Steaks giving up on Tony Hunt at tailback and trying to convert him to fullback and they gave up after about a week for this reason.

The "famous" Craig "Ironhead" Heyward was reported to be close to the 300 range at one point in Saints camp and still wasn't that great of a blocker. He actually blocked for the White Gill Fenerty for a couple of seasons (yes the Saints had a White rb for 2 years and he led the team in rushing in 91, although not many carries, more of a by committee approach, he was much better the year before, he was already getting close to 30 by the time he got a shot in the NFL and used as a return man as well.

Big surprise that one of the few white players on that team will get the blame. Apparently, "sources" indicate that Incognito was involved, and I suppose none of the other black players were ever part of any hazing or "bullying".

This entire story is absurd. The cultural Marxist vermin are after the last few remaining bastions of masculinity left in this country and the NFL is a big target. The way they have been tweaking the rules, it won't be long before women are allowed to play, not to mention the homosexuals who will be encouraged to openly come out and embraced by their teammates. As the NFL's descent into full on sissy mode is complete, we can expect mandatory therapy and sensitivity sessions become a requirement for each team.

I doubt he bullied him, I know Richie is considered one of the dirtiest players by other players, but they are on the same team, probably got on to him about playing better and couldn't take the criticism, instead like many affletes, needs to be coddled.

Reading some forums on this, a lot of people are upset with Icognito and the other linemen saying stuff like "bullying doesn't end in high school", I wonder if the dislike of White athletes from some of these obese loser dwfs has to do with being bullied in high school by White athletes like football players?

This was just one of the few that went against the popular opinion:

Suck it up and do your job. Damn cry baby in the NFL......WOW he needs to pull out his tampon and move on!!!! If there's no crying in baseball, then there's no room for it in football

A rat fink like Martin won't have any friends in the locker room after this incident. Football is similar to going to war in that your teammates will have your back if you are willing to go to war for them. Running to the equivalent of the high school principle for being thrown in the showers is going to get your more isolated than the 70's foreign born kicker....

So the NFL will look into this stupid issue but why didn't they do anything about the racial slurs that were hurled at Peyton Hillis constantly in front of thousands of DWF's every single game? There are plenty of other racial slurs hurled at white players all the time. Why isn't anything done about that? Sickening.

It looks like Incognito went too far but a fellow lineman can easily throw down with a bully if they crossed the line from razzing to intimidating. Good find on Haley. It shows how far the Caste System has brought the league down that a psychopath like Haley would be tolerated. I would bet that White players have to put up with a helluva lot more than Martin was supposed to.

Multiple sources confirmed to ESPN that the following is a transcript of a voice message Incognito left for Martin in April 2013, a year after Martin was drafted:

"Hey, wassup, you half n----- piece of s---. I saw you on Twitter, you been training 10 weeks. [I want to] s--- in your f---ing mouth. [I'm going to] slap your f---ing mouth. [I'm going to] slap your real mother across the face [laughter]. F--- you, you're still a rookie. I'll kill you."

I must admit, that’s a pretty offensive message to send a co-worker. Of course, we aren’t privy to the context…perhaps he was joking around?

Nevertheless, as these “incidents†continue to occur each season with him, it become apparent that Incognito is the “baddest†white man in all professional sports. He’s such a ball-busting, violent, aggressive, nasty brute that he forced a black teammate to literally forfeit a multi-million dollar occupation and run away like a cowherd. I knew guys like that on my high school and college sports teams, but they were only harassing other white players.

To develop such an ornery attitude, Incognito must be quite jaded with concern to his work environment and is tired of listening to rap "music," being in the presence of degenerates 24/7, and seeing literally hundreds of more deserving white players purged from NFL rosters each season.

I once read an article in which Incognito was “tricking out†his car with all sorts of flat screen TV’s and other for-Negroes-only nonsense…so perhaps he’s just a wigger who acts like an a-hole towards everyone?
