GiovaniMarcon, I always enjoy your posts, but ease up a little here bro. A lot of women are whip smart and tough as nails. This thing we call civilization wouldn't hold together without their contribution. They get stuff done.

As a retired Ironworker, I joined a group of volunteers with a bunch of women involved. I never worked with women in my life. In this group, we move furniture. I thought to myself, [I'm not going to let these bunch of women tell me a thing about moving anything - what do they know]. Well, they weren't young women and were/are very happy to have the men do the heavy lifting and moving. Of course, I have to give into their fears every so often. Women as we know are panphobic/ afraid of everything. But by and large, they make themselves scarce when the furniture is being moved. The same will hold true when push comes to shove in this nation and the killing get going bigtime. Women instinctively know what they have to do. They're sharp. The same will be true with the younger women.

Also, The women in the group have defeated me 100% with their wonderful sweetness. That's what they do. Before we know it, they're "The Boss," and we're fine with it.

The usual suspects are bitching about The Hobbit because of its lack of black roles. Instead of creating a white elf gurl...er, girl, they could have made...

Of course, speaking of the Lord of the Rings, J.R.R. Tolkien had Sub-Saharan blacks in mind when he created the orc characters. So they were far more numerous than the white characters.

if it's just one of the extras, I don't see a big deal, I mean Pc police would be more than happy to have a black hobbit and probably most of the dwarves and elves too!

I don't think there's any mention of black races in Tolkien's books, if memory serves, although it wasn't because he was very pro white, I don't think.

The woman elf Marvel character and the constant pans to the token black and mystery meats in the crowd at Laketown are just the tip of the iceberg. This movie sucks on many levels. I despise Peter Jackson for letting his "life partner" put her mark on another person's work with her stupid elf character and insipid romance angle fit for the dregs of a genre that has little credibility to begin with, but he's clearly George Lucas's lesser twin even without her.

The root of all this is that liberals think that non-white means that someone must be dark skinned. While the Sami surely have some nonwhite ancestry they're still extremely pale. Other Uralic peoples are also very pale despite having obvious Mongoloid ancestry.

At work, we had to a review of our insurance policies. They had a section on "Diversity." In their examples, they always showed a white staff person with a non-white client. In the last 20 years, the problems have been Blacks, Hispanics and Phillipinos who cannot work with non white minorities.
