Chris doesn't think Borland can match Hillman 1 on 1. Apparently two 300lb lineman pushing a running back through a linebacker means the running back did all the work.

Hillman could have had 5 O-linemen pushing him from behind and uncle cris would utter,"wow, not only is Hillman athletic but powerful, Borland had no chance. The Broncos have improved every facet of the team compared to last year." He says all of this whilst in search of self ejaculation while announcing.

I'm getting pissed off about Jordy Nelson's situation lately. Not for any logical reason, but it's frustrating for him to put up monster numbers in the first half(or quarter!) and then get nothing the rest of the game because the passing game is unneeded. He could have lit it up stat-wise for each of the last two games but after the first part of the game the deep passing game wasn't even really necessary anymore. Still on pace for a great year, but to have that record breaking year you need more huge games, which he could have easily had if the games were somewhat competitive.

I could see if they were trying to keep him healthy, but if they truly cared about his health, they'd take him out the game. Not have him out there blocking. Funny thing though, the big lead didn't stop Rodgers from throwing another 6-8 passes to Cobb.

Unfortunately, the typical DWF thinks the Carolina secondary got their act together and took Nelson out of the game... No, what happened was Nelson threatened the caste system, so was relegated to blocking duties. My question is whose call is it to put the brakes on Nelson?

Borland had a great game, his first as a starter, finishing with 7 solo tackles, 1 assist, and 1 sack. Yet other than one favorable mention by Crissie near the end of the game he labored in obscurity. Crissie was far too busy oozing manlove for Kaepernick's arm strength over and over again, at one point saying that Kaepernick needed only to "flick" the ball to throw a touchdown, reminiscent of his all-time classic Caste System whopper that Donovan McNabb could throw a ball 80 yards merely by flicking his wrist.

The day I permanently lost all respect for Chris Collinsworth was about 4 years ago when a good team (I forget exactly who could have been Pittsburgh) got whipped by a vastly inferior Vikings team. Sometime in the 4th quarter Chrissy says "and I could almost see this coming blah blah blah." Al Michaels rightly called him out on his absurd and ego serving statement and openly mocked him for it. Chrissy was immediately shamed and tried to backtrack. It was wonderfully awkward.

Rodgers had 17 attempts in the first half and ended the game with just 22 before being pulled for Flynn. Nelson of course did not record a second half reception, but Cobb only recorded 1 reception in the second half. Nelson had 80 yards at the half and Cobb had 88.

Cobb went over the century mark on a short pass. He evaded Carolina defenders after the catch, gaining 33 yards on the play. The same drive ended with a touchdown pass to Adams, extending Green Bay's lead to 32 points.

Nelson would have undoubtedly had a 100+ yard day had the game been competitive. He had 200+ yards in a close game against the Jets.

I don't think there's a conspiracy. The game was over just minutes into the third quarter, similar to Green Bay's game against Minnesota where Rodgers had just over 150 yards before exiting the game early. I believe Nelson led the team in receiving yards with just one reception in that particular contest.

Agreed goyim this conspiracy talk went a little too far. Green Bay is a team that lets its fullback have carries when the game is competitive and not just in garbage time, so I really doubt that the coaching staff there actively leads in instituting the CS. Kuhn had two carries for 4 yds a long of 5 and on the other he got stuffed at the LoS.

no conspiracy. REAL talk. If you don't think race factors into Jordy's targets then you are just being naive. Now do they do it because they don't want a White guy breaking records? i don't know, but it might help with contract talks somewhere down the line. I know Jordy just recently got paid, and has been humble/ hasn't asked for much, but if he broke the 2k mark it might be another story, which would be very possible if he got Calvin Johnson type targets

Jordy is capable of putting up 200 almost each game, heck probably could crack 300 a couple of times if they targeted him enough (calvin Johnson did it just last year, but yeah only done a handful of times, last White was in 1945 Jim Benton). This was the third game this season where he had low targets. A total of 8 targets the two games they had a big lead, 7 for the one against Detroit. He should be getting double digits every week. Calvin Johnson had 17 targets a few games last year, one game he had 329 yards, another he had 89.

Maybe he wouldn't insist for more money if he broke 2k but these teams are used to dealing with affletes and Im sure they would like for him to retire a Packer. And it definitely helps keep Rodger's stats in check who has a bigger chance of insisting for more money, and qb contracts cost more. He could be on pace for 5k, but he isn't even projected to crack 4k. Other teams with elite passers keep throwing it so I guess that is where Green Bay is different. They even benched him when they had a playoff game secured.

Another factor is that he is such a team player. He probably doesn't complain about targets and does what they ask him. I guarantee Cobb whines, probably not as much as a top guy but I'm sure he does mention it and it was very well on the mind of coordinator when the 2nd quarter came around where Jordy got just one target in the 1st minute, and nothing more. If Cobb hadn't gotten a big chunk on that one play, they would've thrown to him a few more times. They just ran out of field for the drive, was targeted again in the endzone.... Just like Calvin Johnson, Brandon Marshal etc whine about targets. Teams with ball hawks simply do not win as much. I posted a link a while back but Calvin Johnson's targets actually hurt his team more than helped.

So yes winning should be the most important thing, but it isn't to many teams. Keeping fans buying stuff and watching is the most important thing. Its just ashame that more credit won't be given to Jordy Nelson.

So yeah some of it might be his fault for not speaking up, and I don't know how racially aware he is, doubt if he is at all with naming his kid Royal. However, it would be great for our cause to have the first time 2k receiving is hit, for it to be a White guy, but thats not going to happen this year. He might not even be the leading receiver at the end of the year, and no reason why he shouldn't be, espescially since Calvin Johnson and AJ green have been injured/missed time. He is ahead of Julio Jones by 1 yard at the moment. When Calvin Johnson came close to 2k, he was targeted over 200 times.

So while it might be nice that there are a few positive blurbs on Nelson every now and then, but you know what I don't see when I turn on ESPN? Jordy Nelson. Dwfs aren't going to notice him as the best in the NFL if this continues.

Game was a blowout simple as that. If the Panthers had put up any fight in first 3quarters Jordy would have dropped 200 easily. If anything it just helps out Jordys YAC and average out.ad he's had 9catches 4times already this season...

Jordy has always been a low target, high production player. When he got 15 targets each of the 1st 2 weeks, there was a public outcry. The PTB was so concerned about the lack of balance in the passing attack. Accordingly, the targets have now been reduced to an acceptable level. We already know that the NFL is not about winning or playing the best players. Certain players are approved to break records, such as Peyton Manning - that won't upset the caste system. Jordy will come and go as a highly respected receiver who won't cause even a ripple in the system. It's a shame, because he is the poster child for the caste system.

The stupid white masses who follow the game would not be swayed even if Nelson were targeted 20 times a game and led the league in every category so I'm not terribly concerned with what they think. Huge stats are a great argument against the caste system but individual achievements are greatly augmented by team championships. Dan Marino would be considered the greatest of all time by a lot more people had he been on a Super Bowl winning team.

Green Bay isn't netting large amounts of yardage on offense like they've done in the last few years because they are playing well on defense which is leading to more blowout victories. Rodgers passed for less than 4000 yards in the 2010 regular season and Green Bay won the Super Bowl in that season.

I would love to see Nelson getting 100, 200 yards every game but that's difficult to do even if a receiver is the unquestioned #1 on the depth chart. For a point of reference, Calvin Johnson has only posted 8 or more 100+ yard games in a season twice.

Nelson is second in the league in targets so far this season. I doubt it hurts his effectiveness that Cobb and others are also targeted a fair amount. If some of the games were more competitive his targets would be even higher.

The Lions offense could have been better (more balanced) the past few years if Calvin Johnson hadn't been targeted so much. So if there is a racial component it's that black receivers can be targeted a ridiculous amount of times, Andre Johnson also comes to mind, but it also depends on the quarterback. Would Aaron Rodgers target Calvin Johnson as much as Matthew Stafford does? Probably not. Stafford has been great at stuffing stat lines, but Rodgers is more about winning.

I would like to know why Foles is forcing every throw to Maclin this year. Maclin is just okay, but he is wayyyyyyy over-targeted this year. For the number of targets he gets his numbers don't reflect it. I think he is #1 in the league in targets and in "catches not made". Meanwhile Cooper has been ignored for much of the season so far. Some drives, Foles never even turns his head to Cooper's side of the field. He's starting to see him again finally, but I was hoping for much more this year. Cooper has been open regularly while Foles forces throws into double-coverage to Maclin. Frustrating!

I agree. Ertz was supposed to be a much bigger part of the offense than he's been so far, and Cooper's targets are way down. Maclin has only caught 45% of his targets, which is a lower percentage than anyone in the top 50 except for Vincent Jackson. Between Maclin, McCoy and the "revered" Darren Sproles, the Eagles' White receivers and tight ends are playing more of a secondary role than they should. http://www.sportingcharts.com/nfl/stats/nfl-player-receiving-targets/2014/

targets are down this year, he is on pace for like 160 certainly a number 1 and a huge increase from previous years (126 last year), but not like the top number 1. It may not seem like much, but just a few more targets in those 2 blowout games he could be alot closer to 1,000 even at this point in the season.

I dunno, I think Rodgers might target CJ if he complained enough. Calvin Johnson got 205 his big year, but its not like Brandon Marshall and Reggie Wayne were far behind (the next two) with 194. I guess its never good enough for me because I want him to get more recognition, and I disagree about if he led the league in everything, If he seriously pushed for 2k they would be talking about him. Dwfs would notice more because they play fantasy, he was all the talk when he had that 200 yard game in fantasy circles, now people are pissed because he had a few duds (in fantasy) with the 1 catch for 66 etc.

Yeah Marino wouldve gotten more credit...but hes a qb. A wide receiver isn't going to get as much praise for a superbowl win, thats going to be mostly Rodgers, and probably more focus on the few black teammates that did well. BTW Calvin had 11 100 yard games that season and he seems to be highly targeted regardless of output, like in my previous post, for his 300+ yard game, he had 17 targets, for a 6 catch 89 yard game, he had 17 targets. There are exceptions but he has had games like 11 targets, 34 yards etc. Maybe should stop using him as a comparison because he hasn't looked to be in contention for the best since 2012 imo even then his td numbers were low for 205 targets, with 5 tds. It seems more dwfs are caring about fantasy rather than actual championships.

speaking of racist, stephen a smith was on today talking about how Demaryius Thomas helped Manning get his record. The other guy said "isn't the other way around" and he was like "he looked good with Tebow!" even Emmanuel Sanders got respect....

I've enjoyed reading all of the comments from over the weekend. The posts about Cris(tine) Collinsworthless, who appears to be aging into a middle aged woman like Bruce Jenner, were hilarious.

In the Giants game, I couldn't help but notice Peyton Hillis appeared to have out-performed Andre Williams for the 2nd week in a row. Williams averaged 2.8 yards per carry while Hillis notched 4.8 yet that only earned him 6 carries. Williams struggled yet got 18 chances to prove himself. In fact, if you take away his long of 22 yards he only averaged 1.7 yards on his other 17 attempts. Now why won't the Giants do what many other teams do and ride the hot hand? No, they have locked into Williams as "their guy" no matter what the play on the field shows.

For the Cowboys, backup tight end Gavin Escobar (don't be fooled by the name), had 3 catches for 65 yards with 2 touchdowns. It's nice to see him groomed behind Witten, perhaps to eventually replace him (though Witten's got many good seasons left).

A big congrats to WR Brenton Bersin of the Panthers who caught his first NFL touchdown. The 24 year old rookie has had at least one catch in every game this year. His targets have gone up the last 2 weeks as well and his 5 yesterday were a high water mark. Let's hope his role in the offense continues to grown as the season progresses.

Seeing the Cardinals atop the odious NFC West has to be one of the best developments. What a joy it would be to see either or both the Seahawks and 49ers out of the playoffs.

Tonight's game is a huge Caste match-up. Not only do we want a Texans win, but we'd like Antonio Brown to be held under 83 yards so Jordy can keep the receiving yards lead. Remember, Saint Antonio gets peppered with targets, and even has passes thrown his way when the clock should be run out, just to fluff his ego. No matter the score or the situation, this twerp will get loads of targets.

Yeah, everything seems to have broken perfectly for Bersin and he’s really defied the odds. Steve Smith signed with the Ravens, Ted Ginn signed with the Cardinals, Dominik Hixon signed with the Bears, Brandon LaFell signed with the Patriots, and Marvin McNutt was released in favor of Bersin. The team drafted Benjamin and signed Jason Avant and Philly Brown. Nice to see this UDFA score his first TD yesterday…

To me, Bills WR, Chris Hogan, has overcome more daunting odds than Bersin and has contributed in unbelievable ways. He’s playing ahead of head-case Mike Williams (former 4[SUP]th[/SUP] rounder who signed a $40 million contract last season), Marcus Easley (4[SUP]th[/SUP] rounder), and Marques Goodwin (a 3[SUP]rd[/SUP] round pick and former Olympic long jumper). Yesterday, Hogan's 28-yard reception that set up the game-winning TD moments later was a career-launching moment…

As we all know, Hogan was lacrosse player at Penn State before playing one year of college football at Monmouth. He was an UDFA in 2011 and Buffalo is his 4[SUP]th[/SUP] NFL team in 3 seasons. Hogan did 28 reps at 225 lbs and has run a 4.39 40…

From what I’ve seen of him, I could envision a bigger, stronger version of Jeremy Maclin.

This is a bit off topic but people have been speculating that Jenner like Frank Maloney is switching uniforms so to speak....http://www.letsrun.com/forum/flat_read.php?thread=5722178

Redskins' Snow Patrol

Brian Orakpo is out for the season with a torn pectoral. That means the Skins will be starting a snow patrol at linebacker with Kerrigan, Will Compton and Troy Murphy. This is absolutely awesome. Of course their all black secondary will still be horrible and will be an albatross around the neck of this team.

I am not too worried about Cousins' benching. When Griffin comes back it will only be a matter of time before he sucks once again, or gets injured. And then there will be a QB controversey again as management will have to choose between Cousins, McCoy and Griffin.

What is Deion even talking about? Nelson looks to be well over 200 lbs, is solid, and is nearly six and a half feet tall. If that isn't athletic, then nothing is.

GM, what double speak Sanders meant was that EVEN though Jordy is White, do not let that fool you, he can play regardless of his skin color against us blacks. To me he is quite overt in his racism against Whites. Too bad none of those White flunkies or caste clowns would challenge him on that remark. Par for the course on the NFL network or network crews of black supremacists and traitor White caste enablers.

Westside—no doubt! Sanders is probably letting his inner jealousy seep out a little bit.

One thing I notice about athletes in all sports is that Black people are just not good sports compared to Whites. White people will talk up an opponent even after kicking their ass, be humble in victory, but Black people are the sort who fake an injury or illness just so that they can avoid saying "you beat me me this time."

Pathetic.

Oh, and Deion should be arrested for that suit. Not that I'm watching MNF tonight, because I'm not, but I'm just playing the odds, and guessing he looks like a blind retard as always.

Fitzpatrick is not getting it done for the Texans. He is not the QB they will need to make it to the playoffs. Johnny Football should be on the field right now.

I don't think O'Brien will switch QBs until they are totally out of the playoff picture. Fitzpatrick is the middle of the road starter but after seeing Austin Davis do well as an UDFA/Journeyman in St. Louis I wish O'Brien would just put either Mallet or Tom Savage in there.
