Jags cuts:

Isaac Smolko TE, Tyler King DE, LB Nick Greisen and DT Seth Payne (who needs those pesky whites on the defense stealing someoverrated slobs thunder...)

Bills cuts:

Brad Cieslak TE, Scott Mayle WR, Derek Schouman HB

Cieslak is a big surprise to me, but i am guessing that he'll have secured Bills PS at the very least. Bills kept all they white players on defense, including Wire, injured Denney, John Wendling, Josh Stamer and added Ryan Neill

Cowboys cuts:

WR Jerhame Urban
smiley11.gif
, TE Adam Bergen, WR Jerheme Urban, LB John Saldi...

let's just hope that people in need of returner saw Jerhame's 95 yarder last thursday and someone will pick him up...

oh man... just when i didn't think it can get worse than Eagles cuts, Colts decided to further reduced whites in the NFL...

John Standeford WR (wtf? i thought he's making it for sure...
smiley7.gif
), DEs Bo Schobel, Jeff Charleston, Ryan LaCasse, TEs Johnny Harline and Matt Farbotko, DB Scott Ware... that's 7 guys, 3 of whom should be bona fide starters in this f**kin league...
smiley11.gif

sh*t, i guess we are still over the white limit so here we go: Lions released WR Kevin Kasper, DE Justin Kurpeikis, LB Joe Lobendahn

Titans | Long placed on IR
Sat, 1 Sep 2007 16:49:19 -0700

The Tennessee Titans have announced they have placed DL Rien Long (knee) on Injured Reserve, ending his 2007 season.

Dolphins:
LB Jim Maxwell
FB Kyle Eckel
smiley18.gif

S Tuff Harris

Saints:
FB Kevin Dudley
S Chris Reis (WTF???WTF???) i really, really hope that someone takes this kid on... but somehow, i doubt it...

Redskins:
Dallas Sartz, a rookie linebacker who was the team's fifth-round draft pick last April, was waived with an injury designation. He has a hamstring injury.
smiley11.gif

WR Ryan Hoag, LB Mike Sinclair also cut

Buccaneers:
TE Keith Heinrich, WR Chas Gessner (waived/injured)
smiley18.gif
smiley7.gif
, FB Byron Storer

Packers | Havner released
The Green Bay Packers have announced they have released LB Spencer Havner.

Packers | C. Harris released
The Green Bay Packers have announced they have released TE Clark Harris.

Patriots:
LB Justin Rogers, TE Garrett Mills, DE Zach West

Panthers:

DE Dave Ball, FB Billy Latsko (Chris Horn made the roster!)

Raiders: there's some confusion with LB Kyle Shotwell with scout.com reporting him on the roster while raiders.com saying he's gone...

Jets:
Linebackers Blake Costanzo, Anthony Schlegel (!
smiley5.gif
), Jason Trusnik and safety Ray Ventrone...

Broncos:

The Redskins, in addition to cutting Sartz, also released WR Ryan Hoag (who is entering Kevin Kasper territory as far as being cut an incredible number of times) and LB Matt Sinclair and DE Justin Hickman, two of the minuscule number of white defensive players on the team. St. Joe Gibbs continues to hate white players, which is not a nice thing for a saint to do.

Really, folks, can it get any worse than this? While all these talented white players are being cut, with slower and less productive black players taking their roster spots, a putrid little derelict like Troy Smith makes the Ravens roster. Smith is small, and stunk in camp and in the preseason games. Still, he makes an NFL roster, while a young white QB like Jared Zabransky, who, unlike Smith, is full of potential and looked very good in camp and preseason action, is cut by the woeful Texans. Just about the ONLY positive news coming out today was Mike Hass making the Bears roster. Considering that he will never hit the field and catch no passes, that is a very, very small victory.

What is really depressing is the fact that the Colts cut so many white players. John Standeford being cut is especially sad, considering that he is no longer eligible for the practice squad and will probably not be picked up by any other team. We all look at the Colts as one of the few teams that are relatively fair to white players, so when they unload most of them, you know that the situation is getting as bleak as it can get. I guess the Rams are about the only team with any appreciable number of white players that will actually have a chance to touch the ball (outside of the center and quarterback). I'd like to see some of the white centers in the league start making a statement by running downfield with the ball, instead of snapping it. That would make a fine gesture of protest against the system that sees to it that few if any white players touch the ball once the centers snap it, and certainly not once it leaves the QB's hands.

Reading all this NFL crap is depressing. I can't believe David Ball didn't make it. Lovie Smith is as anti-white as any coach out there. Thanks for the bad news, gentlemen.

I guess I'll just go back to my corner of the world, college football, where things are a little less sad.

BTW, nice typos backrow.

all in all it was a terrible day for white players in the NFL.
almost 10 wide receivers were cut, (Ball, Kasper, Urban, Gessner, Bloom, Collie, Gasperson, Payne, Standeford) and maybe two of them will get to suit up in the NFL this season, with several more going to PS. three RBs in Zak Keasey, John Kuhn and Kyle Eckel, 2 corners (Fox and Tuff Harris) plus several more DBs were also cut...

it's tough to be optimistic were the only new white WRs in the NFL will be Gonzalez and Hass...

thankfully there are some other small victories: RBs Brian Leonard, Heath Evans, several new and exciting defensive backs: Weddle, Piscitelli, Craig Dahl, Wendling, Brannon Condren... there's also few more talented, young LBs (Poz, Greenway, McGarigle).

but the taste is decisively bittersweet.

It seems like each and every season, my heart is broken again and again for these men. Some of the deserving players that were deemed "worthy enough" to have a roster spot did surprise me (Craig Dahl, Mike Hass), while others who I thought would surely be a lock from their preseason play (Gasperson, Standeford, Ball), failed to make it.

Seriously, the quality of play in the NFL is at an all-time low...yet these guys arent good enough, please, they're just not f*ucking black enough and everyone knows it.

The sickening part of this yearly ethnic cleansing is the fact that we all can somehow "move on" with the 2007 season without these deserving young men in the league. I hate it, and I wish the VERY worst for EVERY nfl franchise in the future. I especially hope many seasons of horror for Jacksonville as Rob Meir is their only white player left on defense, and they have (?) 5 white players out of 53 left (with 2 kickers)? As for the Colts, though they've come through in the past (relatively speaking), I wish them the worst as well. I would love to see this league crash and burn...they'd only be getting what they deserve.

On the optimistic, or rather less pessimistic side, isn't this about par for the course for the NFL. Its not like this was any worse than other years was it? We do have Miller in Oakland, Olsen in Chicago and Gonzalez in Indianapolis who will likely become important offensive players.
Even had Gessner, Kaspar, Urbane etc. made their teams, how likely would it have been that they would have emerged and become starters?
Oh well, it will be interesting to see the overall number of white starters in the NFL, once everything falls into place next week. My guess about the same as last year, but maybe down a bit.

I am just glad Hass and Dahl made their respective teams, i know it is more a defeat than victory but lets just hope that some of the college players this year can make enough of an impact to be drafted next year. I do not care. i hope that 1 or 2 Bear wr's get hurt so Hass can so his worth.

Can it be true that Jacksonville has exactly 1 white player on the entire defensive squad? And only 5 on the whole team?

If true, there is only one word for this: racism.

Will nobody in the media notice? Will nobody say anything? I would truly LOVE for Jack Del Rio to be asked the reasoning behind fielding an almost entirely black team.

Maybe it is time to just quit the racist NFL entirely. At least in boxing and MMA you don't get cut because of your race. And when you knock someone out or make them tap it is obvious who is the better athlete.

i expect things in Jacksonville to change very soon, with totally new regime bringing new, and hopefully whiter players (well, they can't get any blacker than they are, really). but before that happens, don't be surprised if Matt Jones is made a scapegoat for their subpar offensive play...

EDIT: some players that slipped by me yesterday:

49ers | Patten waived Friday
SF49ers.com reports San Francisco 49ers S Jake Patten was waived from the team Friday, Aug. 31.

At the risk of repeating myself again, seems like I do a lot of that these days,Dallas also has one white player on "D" and that of course is Bobby Carpenter.I am done with this team.I know a lot of you are upset and rightfully so and some of you have stopped following your one time favourite teams and I applaud you for that yet others still hang on and support you all-negro teams and use excuses like I've been a lifelong fan.I don't get it.

The Broncos even inexplicably cut blocking FB Kyle Johnson, who had been a starter all through camp and preseason. He sat out the final game with the other starters, only to be unceremoniously cut afterwards. What is this? Is the prospect of a white FB, only touching the ball on rare occasions, even too much now for the overlords of the Caste System? I tip my hat to those of you who can somehow remain optimistic.

I can't believe The Cowboys cut Urbane after his great performances in pre season - not to mention his great play for the Seahawks last year. He is well good enough to be playing in the NFL

Its almost like the NFL purposely controls its racial demographics. They have to make sure to have a majority black league, while having just enough whites in order to not totally alienate their fanbase (mostly white) like the NBA has. Although I'm sure if the white-hating, NWO crowd had its way, the NFL would be 100% black. Its disgusting!

I look at guys who have not been signed to any roster who not only should be making a team, but should be getting playing time. At WR: Chaz Gessner, David Ball, Kevin Kasper, Michael Gasperson, John Standford, Aaron Fairoz, David Kircus (too fast for the this circus) come to mind.

At RB: Dan Burks and Tre Smith could be stars if given a chance but didn't even get a sniff of the NFL. Brock Forsey (I'm cheating on this one b/c he has been gone for a couple years), Kyle Steffes and John Engelbert could be decent starters. I've given up on Luke Staley that's long in the past. And of course there are more that I don't know about.

So I ask my fellow posters who is the most disappointing offensive cut of the preseason? I'm gonna go ahead and say David Kircus not that he has way more talent than the others but b/c he came so close to making it in this league. Edited by: ToughJ.Riggins
