Cooper Flagg has chosen Duke! Seems it came down to the Blue Devils or UConn. Flagg being from Maine probably explains the serious consideration to stay in New England. UConn, while currently White friendly, is not historically so. Overall I’d say he made the right call for his 1 year of college ball, as Duke treats elite White prospects “fair”.

he should attend “Chitwood University,” because their record of success developing athletes is unparalleled when compared to all those DIE (i prefer the acronym in that order, because it’s what (((they))) want White people to do) institutions of so-called “higher learning.”

While Christian Laetner was a very good player in college and average in the nba I hope that Cooper Flagg is the best player to come
out of Duke. He reminds me alot of Grant Hill but with a higher upsde potentially. Guys like Grayson Allen and others have had ok
careers. I think by far the best prospect in the nba out of Duke for a white guys was JJ Reddick. Even Danny Ferry never wowed on
the nba level like he did at Duke. Cooper Flagg is such an incredible player that even his white skin won't stop him!!!

The only thing I don’t like about Flagg going to Duke is that historically White Duke players are universally hated by non-Duke fans.

Nice!

#4 for their opponent on Brewster kept catching my eye as a baller. Looking him up, his name is Nojus Indrusaitis. He’s a 4 star prospect from Illinois signed to play at Iowa State next year! He’s also Lithuanian and appears to have made appearances for their national team (likely an under something squad).

Great post. I can confidently say that everyone here is rooting for him. Duke is a great place for him as long as he take STEM classes and avoids the BS of all liberal campuses.

Glad to see Flagg adopting the correct mentality. It’s been missing from White athletes for many years.

Cooper Flagg is so fun to watch. He moves with speed, agility and incredibile coordination. Combine that with his height, reach and incredible jumping ability you have a superstar. The kid makes everything look so easy! The scary part is he will still get alot better over the next 10 to 15 years. Can't wait to see him play at Duke. I hope they allow him to be the number 1 go to guy from day one as he won't be there long!

lousy idol to have, I understand its the generation but would rather see him idolize a Jokic/Doncic/Bird type. Hope this is a minor red flag with regards to his character but certainly raises concerns for me
His game and skillset are closer to Lebron's, plus he didn't really grow up watching any of the players you mentioned. I do believe white kids naturally gravitate towards white players, but the truth is Lebron was the best overall player throughout the course of his childhood. For a kid with similar size and athleticism to idolize him (in an era without many white superstars, frankly) doesn't reflect poorly on his character. The constant white-to-white comparisons across all sports actually hurt us in the long run. Mac McClung idolized Allen Iverson, and although I certainly was not a fan of his corn row era, him being a fan makes sense since AI was also an undersized guard with great athleticism. Hopefully, the next Cooper Flagg will idolize Cooper Flagg. But in a sport and culture as black as American basketball, you have to give these kids a bit of a pass.

Flagg and fellow Freshman Kon Knueppel in action tonight at 9 against Kentucky! Hopefully Flagg is over his cramping issues and can play to his full ability?
