Interesting news out of Seattle, the Tom Iron principle at work perhaps?

http://sports.yahoo.com/blogs/shutd...n-and-some-seahawks-teammates--204134070.html

Most notable part:

"Freeman also said, based on several interviews with Seahawks players, “that some of the black players think Wilson isn't black enough," a strange claim that nonetheless paints the Seahawks situation as a little less close than we remember from last season's playoff run."
This sound familiar. This dogged McDrabb for years, of course he claimed he was hounded by the fans for the opposite reason. I could see why Wilson isn't viewed as "Black" by his teammates who are largely street people from shattered families. If you notice when the Seahawks won last year nobody really partied hard with Wilson. He was only lightly congratulated similar to a punter or field goal kicker. He probably has few friends on the team and cocoons with the coaching staff and the woman in his life(if he has one).

OK I can't say I am that forgiving in the injuries area but after years of pent up hatred I admit I like to see speedy black athletes suffer acl injuries. I do draw the line on head injuries and of course neck stuff--I don't like to see any athlete have those type of injuries so I do have a heart to some degree at least in my mind.. That said I still say that too often white skill football
players are targeted in the head and knees and it really gets my goat.
Admittedly, I began to have some feelings for rooting against black athletes when I became a member and started posting on CF and sometimes I still do, however I can honestly say I have never wanted a black player to sustain an injury.

I almost posted a comment tonight on the MLB forum about the KC Royals, but after hearing KC's Lorenzo Cain's post game comments about an incident that occurred between a teammate and SF pitcher Hunter Strickland, I decided not to, because Cain, who is a good black player and spoke eloquently and was humble about the incident, I gained a little respect for him. There was no need for me to comment on what I was thinking.

I now just try and post accomplishments of white athletes. It's their responsibility to prepare to perform and show they have what it takes to become a college or pro athlete.

I understand the frustration from a personal standpoint, however, we shouldn't have to depend on, or want another race to fail or be injured for white players to become successful athletes!

Before the season I saw and read an article about Wilson and his Entourage. All of his "bros" are White guys and their friendships are eerily similar to the HBO show.

http://www.si.com/nfl/2014/08/26/russell-wilson-entourage-seattle-seahawks

Looking at the lead photo in the article, can anyone imagine Wilson hanging out with low IQ, thugged-out goons like Marshawn Lynch or Percy Harvin? It would be as preposterous as Andy Dalton hanging out with Pacman Jones or Cinci's slew of malcontents.

But I guess the problem for a black guy like Wilson is he's supposed to kick-it with the brothas and be their n*gga, sorta like how Kaepernick or Geno Smith behave. Blacks don't like other blacks who "act White", even if this Uncle Tom lead them to a Super Bowl win. Blacks are truly a dysfunctional "community". I'd wager some of them would trade Wilson for Geno straight up. He keeps it real.

Mulatto Russell Wilson was for all intents and purposes "raised white" and was an excellent student. The only quality that he shares with his miscreant teammates is a bit of extra melanin in his skin. As has been touched on by some posters, Wilson has many admirable qualities and is a good NFL quarterback.

Unfortunately, when he's on the field, his "whiteness" is non-existent in the minds of the media and rabid DWFs. They only see that he's a "dynamic playmakuh" and a poster boy for funneling more black QBs into college programs and the NFL, hence the rightful opposition here at CF to his adulation and success.

I obviously had no idea about any of this. This also sheds some light into some curious comments made by Wilson recently that he was a bully who beat up other kids as a child. In light of the latest news, it seems that was perhaps just an attempt by Wilson to build some "street cred" within the Blackhawks locker room? By all accounts he does appear to be a good guy.

Not saying I'm all of a sudden rooting for the guy, but he's no longer the loathsome person he once was, at least for me. A good part of the dislike was mainly due to Wigger Pete and the rest of the thugs in that organization anyway.

Agreed. There's no reason to start a "Russell Wilson Appreciation" thread, ala the classic Tiki Barber homage (look it up CF newbies), but I don't think it's necessary to hate the guy either. Of course, to each his own.

I'm just gonna enjoy the Seahawks' unraveling. It's also going to be fun to see black folks distance themselves from Wilson. He dresses White, talks White, his close circle of friends are all White and he was married to a White woman (divorced now). Clearly he identifies with White culture and rejects the mainstream, American black one. Now if it's revealed that he's a Republican [gasp!], a lot of blacks might have to be put on suicide watch. After all, he might officially be a "Cornball Brotha"....

There is another aspect to this as well. Blacks are notoriously jealous of other blacks however white or black they act. In some ironic way they are far more comfortable being led by whites. The white is viewed as "in a different category" (for instance: the magician that gives them the ball) and this tends to diffuse rivalries.

A black quarterback, on the other hand, will invariably fall under closer scrutiny by black teammates. Indeed, despite all the lip service of wanting ownership/leadership, etc and so forth, the dynamic is not dissimilar to women in the work place. It's famously said of nurses (i.e. implicitly female nurses) that they eat their own. And this is true of women in every organization. They all have a sense of one another as in some way "illegitimate." Blacks face similar challenges when attempting to organize.

But it is true, the only way for a black to mitigate these animosities is to go full Nigga. The problem of course is that on the deepest level blacks, like everyone else, have the least confidence in the "full Nigga" (like Michael Vick) than the opposite type in, say, Peyton Manning (even if they do gain some greater camaraderie failing together as "full Niggas.")

Honestly these guys look the biggest jock sniffing D-bags I've ever seen. They look like the cast of a beer commercial, complete with token black (though the ratio seems a little low and the black would be a little more "black"). It's fascinating and terrifying to see how closely people conform to media images created for them by a hostile media elite. I mean how f-ing shallow are these people?? Friends as fashion statements.

This is why the Packers vet their players so much, they don't want a "full nigga" cancer in their locker room. My WAG is this is practically an open secret in the NFL but not breached because the anti-white caste system is threatened by the mere mention of the fact that there are black racists a-holes in football.

FTR a team can win with any type of QB if they have a run game and a D.

Blacks defend the thug life wholeheartedly, but they're smart enough to know that they don't want a thug quarterback, surgeon, or criminal defense lawyer.

Rumor has it that Wilson was on the outs with some teammates when he refused to call himself "Black". He like Tiger Woods regards himself as multiracial. It stuck in the craw of some street tough type teammates. Wilson has always stated he is partially Native American(curiously he never mentions White ancestry) and proud of it. It's almost like some light skinned Blacks are in a state of denial of their ancestry, I guess green eyes or blonde or red hair is found frequently in Nigeria.....http://www.cbssports.com/nfl/eye-on...eammates-say-russell-wilson-isnt-black-enough

Last night, "revolutionary" QB sCam Newton posted these earth-shattering stats:

Comp
Att
Yds
Pct
Y/A
Sack
YdsL
TD
Int
QBRat
Cam Newton102815135.75.44290139.41

Yes, that's right, a QB rating of 39.4, and only a 35.7% completion percentage (39% if you include the "completion" to the Saints defender). More proof that it doesn't matter how much you sweat in a Gatorade commercial, if you don't have the mental aptitude, you're still going to suck as an NFL quarterback.

Of course, black QB worshippers are ecstatic that "RG3" is slated to start on Sunday. Having already succeeded in getting rid of that Cousins fellow, they didn't want that McCoy upstart to cause fellow DWFs to doubt the "saviour" Gremlin.

Oh, and future NFL first-round pick, "Famous" Jameis Winston sucks. How were voters snowed into voting him the Heisman again?

I feel a bit silly for saying earlier in the season that Cam was a decent quarterback or having a good year or something to that effect. Cam is stinking it up, with or without talent on offense (Olsen and Benjamin are good). He's got the 5th worst QB rating out of quarterbacks that still start and has taken the 3rd most sacks. He only has 8 touchdown passes. Big Ben had 3/4s of this season total in one week. His running ability is his only saving grace but that's even down this year. I don't see his career having much longevity.

If the playoffs were to start today, there would be zero black quarterbacks involved.

Like all black QBs with the exception of Vick, Newton will have to become a pocket quarterback as he gets older if his career is to have any longevity as a starter. That's been the demise of just about all running black QBs, and Vick has always been wildly inconsistent and mistake prone, as well as very injury prone. He's only starting now because Geno Smith is terrible.

The only reason Kaepernick, Wilson, Griffin and Newton are in the NFL is because of their elite running skills (much like Tebow). Geno Smith and Bridgewater don't have that, Smith is toast and Bridgewater won't last long. The other four will last as long as they can keep running. As passers, none are even better than average. Warren Moon is the only elite, black, passing quarterback in the history of the league. After watching Cam the last two weeks, i have no idea how he passed for over 4,000 yards his rookie year. I'm pretty sure he'll never do it again.

He passed for 4000 yds because 4 seasons ago the spread offense was brand new to the nfl and much like the wildcat back in 2008 which was effective at first the nfl caught up to the scheme and neutralized it. Certain elements can be used in an offense and be effective from time to time but it does not work as the core of an offense.

The fact no one will admit this in the main stream sports media just goes to show that their is an obvious agenda to coddle and prop up black qbs. I'll be the first to admit that the scheme works in college but when I read all of the supposed experts saying the nfl is trending towards college offenses i can't get mad anymore, I just begin to tune it all out because it's a fake narrative they are trying to push as truth.

Last night was the first time I've watched an entire Panthers game since Newton became their starter, and it amazed me that he has no clue how to put touch on a ball, or arc. He just throws it in a straight line as hard as he can, and often last night it was way too high, even for the 6'6" Kelvin Benjamin. Does Carolina have a quarterbacks coach, or does Cam just not listen, since he's "superman" and all?

Just look at Seattle's offense. They have to run a college offense for Runt Wilson to have any success. It's a pretty simple scan one part of the field offense, then tuck and run if that read is not open unless it's a designed run. The only reason Seattle's offense has been able to sustain offensive drives is because of Lynch and/or Wilson who has good running ability and is good when the play breaks down. As much as I can't stand Runt Wilson, I can recognize his running talent. The mystery of containing him though still seems to bewilder defensive coordinators.

Jameez Winston will no doubt leave school and go to the nfl so he can avoid the allegations against him. He probably belongs behind bars, but he will be a bust at the pro level nonetheless. His game reminds me so much of Geno Smiff. I feel bad for the college scout who suckers his organization into drafting this future bust.

Why? Let's be honest these scouts make the same mistake year after year at every position - drafting based on magical skin color which equates to "upside" and "potential".

I know, but Jameez is being touted as the next black Peyton Manning. This pick will set a franchise back 5 years. This will be a career killer.

Yes, there is no risk for a scout in this situation. Once you recommend an afflete based on "upside," you have immediately transferred the burden onto the coaching staff. It will be simply understood by the media and the DWFs that the "upside" exists and that it is the coaches failure if he fails to capitalize on it.

That's why imaginary traits constitute the favored platitudes heaped on blacks, you literally can't be wrong as long as long as society collectively agrees to believe in them.

Ah, the NFL draft... Sort of like a singing talent show where one kid clearly performs better than all the other kids, but they give the trophy to the "favorite" because he had a cold and "would have" sung better had he been healthy.

If anyone has put Jameez and Peyton Manning in the same sentence they are morons. I stopped putting any stock into what any of the talking heads said years ago. They are almost always wrong and do not have to worry about being called out due to caste system support - credibility does not exist. Winston is right there with Jamarcus Russell as a player that will destroy the franchise. He doesn't call his own plays, he has to look over to his planation master Bimbo Fischer.
