I don’t have a source, but it’s possible Bills don’t want to lose Sills to another team on ps so they may try to trade Zay Jones or cut him. It’s a feeling i’m getting. I think they really like this kid. Went real hard after him UFA. They had Zay Jones playing special teams. Think maybe they were trying to show him off to teams? Who knows. I just hope it ends being Sills making the roster. Hopefully they can get Easley on the ps.

Much followed here at CF David Sills will be cut unless there is a miracle. Been one long downward slide since the draft.

That said don't give up on him. I'm not. For starters he is showing extraordinary maturity about his fate and will continue to work hard. He wants to stay with the Bills. From there he can start to build a relationship with Josh Allen and eventually make it into the NFL. I would like to think coaches pick up on his top flight attitude. Can teams cherry pick off players from practice squads. I didn't think they could?

I still envision him playing someday in the not too distant future.

I am off but hope to be back tomorrow to read about the rosters. Off to a decent start I think. Yes I agree it looks like Laird is in. No brainer.

But can't count the chickens until the official announcements.

Eagles cut Cody Kessler
Panthers cut Taylor Heinicke
Rams cut Brandon Allen
Buccaneers cut Vincent Testaverde Jr.

Aside from Testaverde Jr. these guys are all, at the very least, solid second-stringers who hopefully get picked up by teams looking for a capable backup.

On the plus side, the Bills cut Tyree Jackson.

Buffalo dwfs going crazy over the release of ex cfl standout Duke Williams. I just roll my eyes.

Kiko Alonso expecting to be released by Miami. Would be cool to see him back in Buffalo in some capacity.

Pats release LB Calvin Munson. Most experts thought he was safe after several fantastic preseason performance and a great offseason.

WR/PR, Gunner Olszewski, who played actually WR, PR, and slot CB in the final preseason game, has also been cut.

A week of truly terrible decisions for NE.

Huge busts Laquon Treadwell and Josh Doctson released. Semi-bust Jadeveon Clown traded to Pete's Plantation.

Bad move, are they going to make Edelman return punts again at age 33? Olszewski consistently got 15+ yards per return and didn’t muff any.

Treadwell’s release is a good sign for Zylstra, who might have made the team.

Theilen, Beebe and Zylstra is impressive. Never thought another team would copy New Englands receiving group from last few years.

Clowney at one point looked really tough. Not sure what happened to him, but Wigger Pete might be able to shuck and jive and connect with his soul to repair this man.

(((Kraft))) must be going back to his instinctive old ways, especially after the “warning shot” fired by his brothers over the “rub and tug” girls in Florida.

If the Wrecking Nall gets cut, Im going to lose it.

I got bad news but expected IMO, Ryan Nall was cut, if he couldn't break camp with the Bears last season, he wasn't going to this season with a more mortal camp. The notion of him being a swing back type wasn't in play either as he never played any serious snaps at fullback.

He should have a scrum with his agent and refuse a practice squad offer from the Bears and look to sign on elsewhere as it's obvious he will never make this rigged 3 Card Monte game.......https://www.cbssports.com/nfl/news/...g-as-all-32-teams-cut-down-to-their-final-53/

Pats with some dumb decisions - especially with Gunner. Rodent Nagy cutting Nall again just proves what an anti white ****** he is. He also cut Horpsted and Thomas Ives.

Hopefully Nall moves on to a team who may actually use him.

Is it possible that WR’s Justin Watson and Scotty Miller both made the Bucs roster?

Also, with Kenneth Farrow cut, it seems like Patrick Laird could be safe.

Vikings DE, Karter Schult, has been cut. I could see him making the PS, however.

Rookie LB Cameron Smith, appears to have made the team!

Yes, it’s great to see. Black WR, Jeff Badet, was also cut by the Vikings. It seems Zylstra has made the team.

I believe Minnesota had this trio on their 53 man roster during the second half of the 2018 season, so it should not come as a complete shock. That said, wait until the rosters are completely finalized before assuming this will happen, again. Even if a Goy makes the cut today, he could be released soon due to "athletic" waiver acquisitions.

I'm glad you gentlemen can stomach this. Please give me another reason to watch the NFL besides McCaffrey/Patriots and I'll consider it?

I'm glad Nall was cut in a way because Nagy was never going to give him an opportunity. Now if the other 31 teams all pass on him again, then it's the Caste System at its most blatant yet again, not that more than a handful of DWFs will notice or care. . .

Houston, Tampa and Buffalo quickly come to mind as teams that could use him, but won't.

True, especially so for the Vikings, as Zimmer stated recently that he’s not happy with their reserve WR corps and other receivers could be signed after all NFL roster cuts.

When will we know as Zenner has not been picked up yet and he's a as good or better than Nall?

They’re supposed to be “professional” coaches but can’t even see that a rare talent like Nall can play. What other RB in the league is as versatile as Nall and can rip off big runs at 6’2” 235lbs? Hell he’s linebacker size and has a faster 40 than 90% of them.

Makes me wonder how in the world did Christian McCaffrey make it????

Running back is seen as the ultimate black position, more so than cornerback, because it personifies toughness and masculinity. A back like Nall is as much at threat to the Caste System as a big, fast White outside receiver, more so actually. J. B. Cash wrote about this some years back: http://www.castefootball.us/index.p...-case-of-misplaced-white-running-backs.11336/

Peyton Hillis had one season as an outlier, and he's the only one going back decades. Travis Jervey was 6'0" 230 pounds and was an annual finalist in the NFL's Fastest Man Contest yet was confined to special teams his entire career except for a brief spell when Mikey Holmgren was forced to play him due to injuries. Christian McCaffrey doesn't change anything, just as Seehorn, J.J. Watt, Jordy Nelson and others didn't. McCaffrey is on the smaller side which helps too. Danny Woodhead was more accepted as a running back, just like White slot receivers are.

Good point Red Raider. I haven't posted in several months and don't have time today to post a long (as I usually do), detailed reply. But some quick points because there will be a lot of lurkers surfing in today and the next few days:

The idea that Nall was not drafted is a total farce. Several months ago I crunched his Combine numbers and found he should've been a third round pick, at the very least, based on his workouts. When you consider his height, weight and strength he could've gone even higher. If his name was RaSeandon McClain III from Selma, Alabama, he would've undoubtedly been a 2nd round pick -- perhaps 1st round given his workout times, coupled with his size. Compare Nall's numbers to Kareem Hunt's . They are closer than you think?

It's way beyond the time some starving, small time agents don't sue the NFL for racial discrimination!

Watch this bum end up back on the Patriots:

Dolphins released TE Dwayne Allen with an injury settlement.
