2026 NFL Draft

Also the CFL. It has been historically dark but AJO is a bonafide star, fresh off a title run. Zander Horvath was barely used but when he was he exploded. I bet we see more of him this next year.
Both those CFL backs should be rotational pieces in a NFL RB room.. Keep me posted on when those guys play! Will make an effort to watch CFL like never before!

I’m really impressed by Sam Scott and Andrew Burnette. Blazing 40 times for bigger backs!

With little over a week to go before the draft in Pittsburgh, some media outlets are already throwing out absurd numbers like 700,000 are expected to attend. Actually, given that Goodell, Eisen & Co. repeatedly claimed 600,000, at least 20 times the actual number, were at little Green Bay last year (metro population roughly 330,000), I'm hoping for the one million mark to be claimed for this year's Caste spectacle.

If 700,000 people are going to be smashed together in a small section of downtown Pittsburgh over a three day period, how come 40% of hotel rooms in Allegheny County (Pittsburgh) are still vacant? From an article:

Perry Ivery, the board chair of Visit Pittsburgh and general manager of the 167-room Oaklander Hotel, shared the latest data, which was as of April 1, with KDKA. It showed nearly 60% of the county's roughly 19,000 hotel rooms have been booked for the Thursday, Friday, and Saturday of the draft.

https://www.cbsnews.com/pittsburgh/news/pittsburgh-hotel-availability-nfl-draft-april/

So less than 12,000 hotel rooms have been booked so far. I guess most of the 700,000 have decided to pitch a tent along one of the three rivers, in order to commune with nature and the brigades of homeless people.

I thoroughly enjoy your observations and criticisms of the draft attendance lies over the years that are pushed during the draft broadcast. With the draft being held in Pittsburgh you are going to a have a field day exposing and calling out the NFL lies! Looking forward to it. I always felt the draft should have remained in New York City as it was prior to the league deciding to make it into a traveling circus spectacle. All of this of course for more shekels in the NFL's pocket. It's just another example of how watered down the sport has become along with the ridiculous international games, the NFL stretching out it's schedule to the point where at one point last season there was a game on everyday but Tuesday on top of the constant rule changes that occur every year.

Don, these are some of your most entertaining posts (of which you have many).

For fun let’s do some math. Let’s say the DWFs are going to share hotel rooms to the tune of 4 per booking (probably generous). 4x12,000=48,000. It’s 72,000 if they go “Mexican” and cram 6 fatsos to a room. Then let’s say an equal number come from Pittsburgh or a driving distance not requiring lodging. We’re only at 100,000 so where are the extra 600k lügenpresse?

These supposed totals are comically fake when you even scratch the surface of what’s possible. And beyond the numbers, just think logically about the appeal of attending the event. Out of all the most hardcore sports and NFL fans I know IRL, I don’t know a single one who’s ever attended the NFL Draft. Not even when it was in NYC. It’s a super boring event for the most part, and is more consumable on TV, where you can have it on in the background while doing something else.

I went through 4 recently released 7 round mock drafts and to no one's surprise the number of White athletes selected in each was 62. 59, 62, 60. Well it may be a small surprise as it's a slight uptick in projections but nothing that will move the needle.

Noticeable trends:

I have seen QB Garrett Nussmeier mocked to the Steelers in several of the mock drafts along with Carson Beck. For some reason the "experts" seem to have forgotten that Will Howard is on the roster and all reports indicate they are high on him. Meanwhile only one mock draft had Cleveland selecting a QB when they have one of the worst QB groups in the league. The reason is obvious the "experts" don't dare mock a challenger to Sanders. Bryce Young and Jordan Love apparently have nothing to worry about either.

I do worry that Ty Simpson is being setup to be this year's White goy in the green room. The Jets and Cardinals both have obvious needs at the position and while I have seen him projected to land at one of those teams (mostly in round 2) I still feel that the league will pull a Howard, Ewers or Leonard type stunt with him.

The two black TEs getting all the pre-draft hyped are both woefully overrated and incapable of being even average blocking TEs. My prediction is they are selected lower than their current projections. Also, many of the WRs being hyped up will bust. This isn't a prediction but just a matter of fact.

This year has a double digit number of White LB prospects in the draft but I just see the same 6-7 names recycled through the mock drafts.

What is your take on Eli Heidenreich? He is tagged as a “Day 3 prospect” here but also compares to CMac.

SP, I articulated my take on Eli in post #230. The idea that some draft nerd is "complimenting" him for being a "Day 3 Prospect" is a total joke, when you consider his college output (stats), coupled with his durability and athletic gifts -- size, speed, ect. I would say the same regarding Dean Connors -- both clearly belong in the Top 3 rounds. Considering the Caste system, I would assume Pare, Jones and Tecza should all be happy being dubbed "Day 3 Prospects", as it appears all 3 will be undrafted.

Nice job by Leonardfan. I honestly thought Simpson should've returned to college for an extra year -- even if it meant transferring from Alabama. Whites should never leave school early believing they will be treated fairly in these vehemently anti-White, jewish run leagues (NFL and NBA in particular) -- unless they are "clear-cut" first round caliber. That said, I would hope some team like the Rams would pick him (round 1) up as a future starter. Going to Arizona will likely be a "train-wreck". Jets option, just as bad?

Considering what I typed above, regarding Whites not jumping early, nice to see that Heinecke caught a break. The idea that he was being denied an extra year based on playing a total of 15 minutes of college lacrosse back in 2021 is a total farce. Particularly considering the amount of players that have been granted 6th and 7th seasons of college. Miami (Fla) had a backup (non-prosoect), White TE that was like 25 and in his 7th year, recently?

Heinecke's "issue", in addition to being White, is the NFL has pegged him as a "tweener'. Awesome athlete, who can terrorize QB's, but is deemed undersized for being a Bryce Paup type. Mel Kosher Jr. once had him pegged as a 4th round type, which is encouraging. But he really needs another year to improve his overall skills (has only started one year) and become more of a standard middle linebacker/coverage LB type --- example Carson Schwesinger.

P.S: I only caught about 5 minutes of "football talk" in total this week. Perky Kay Adams was talking with Georgia Tech's other "athletic freak" Haynes King. She broached the lefty "Taysome Hill" subject, which is a very legit question -- he could be a 1,000 yard halfback. King was not really entusiastic about that, he wants to be 100% focused on quarterback, but said he could defer a bit.

I hope to be surprised and Simpson ends up being a late 1st/early 2nd round pick. Maybe the information he was given about his draft projection will turn out to be true. At this point the Howard/Leonard/Ewers debacle of last year is too fresh in my head to expect nothing but the worst though. The NFL and BSPN love manufacturing "drama" around the green room prospect who falls out of the first round. Simpson is a better prospect than Milroe who was picked in the 3rd round by Seattle.

Haynes King should embrace the Taysom Hill role and comparisons. The parallels are there - both were athletic dual threat Qbs but overaged - both enter the league at 25. With this draft being very White heavy at the QB position having another dynamic offensive weapon enter the league would not be the worst thing. It's a long shot but I think even seeing Cole Payton convert to running back full time wouldn't be terrible either but the chances of the NFL drafting a White QB to convert him to a true RB are less than 1%.

Heidenreich is arguably the best and most polished academy player to be an NFL draft prospect in some time. He is an actual RB/WR and not a hyped up black option QB. I think most of us CF vets can recall the nauseating hype for Keenan Reynolds and Malcolm Perry during those draft cycles - two option only running backs that were both drafted despite having no skillset outside of running the triple option. Heidenreich outclasses them both by quite a bit.

Reynolds did not record one meaningful stat in the league and Perry spent one year in the league recording 5 yards on 3 carries and 92 yards receiving with 1 TD. I shouldn't even be comparing two black option QBs to Heidenreich. The most current Navy QB and current NFL draft prospect Blake Horvath was much more a dual threat than either of the magical black QBs the Naval Academy had drafted over the past decade. The disrespect and ignoring of Blake Horvath when compared two the black Navy QBs is obvious and racially motivated. Horvath was a much better passer and equal runner to each. It's a shame he didn't get another year as a starting QB in Annapolis to see him overtake the two aforementioned mooks in the Navy football record books.

With this year's QB class being overwhelmingly White I figure I will put on my old draft hat from my younger and more optimistic days of fighting the caste take over of the QB position and give my takes on several of the White QBs along with the logical destinations for each. Of course there could be a ton of "smoke screen" and lies but to hear the Jets, Cardinals, Browns and Panthers talk up their current starting QB situations as if it is not issue could not be further from the truth.

As I mentioned in the first paragraph many teams seem intent on remaining in denial about their QB situations. Simpson would be an upgrade to several teams QB depth charts. The biggest issue with the NFL these days is QB development as it does not seem to exist. At the surface it seems most coaching staffs just plug in a QB and hope for the best, the reliance on rule changes has removed much of the complexity of NFL offenses which has been discussed. Simpson is intelligent so this could of course work well for him in absorbing an offense.

Here is my list of QB needy teams broken into tiers. About half the league can use an injection of talent at the position.

Tier 1 = immediate need for a day one starting QB or a promising QB that starts at some point this season
Tier 2 = developmental QB to sit behind a starting veteran
Tier 3 = Teams that can use QB depth with a prospect that could develop into a starter or reliable number 2.

TIER 1

Raiders
- Their QB problem in 2025 is the Jets problem this year.

Jets - this is obvious but the Jets are an awful franchise and Aaron Glenn's comments on Geno Smith are borderline retarded. Geno Smiff seems like the worst influence a young QB can have so maybe it is a good idea if the Jets ignore the position.

Cardinals - Brissett now wants a reworked deal to be paid as a starter. He is currently not attending offseason programs. Brissett was handed the job with the Colts after Luck retired and immediately failed. He is a career black journeymen of which there are now way too many in the league. The silver lining is Gardner Minshew has also been signed. Bringing in a young QB is a no-brainer but the NFL "brain trusts" all seem to be missing common sense.

https://www.espn.com/nfl/story/_/id/48514446/cardinals-jacoby-brissett-not-offseason-program

Browns - another retarded franchise that as of now is talking up it's awful QB room. The NFL of course wants Sanders to be the anointed starter for the sideshow he brings in and to pander to the black militant crowd. Gabriel is a Brett Rypien, Jake Browning, Trevor Semian type back up QB at best but was drafted in round 3 last year. Deshaun Watson has not been healthy or reliable since 2020. The Browns comically and historically terrible trade for him just shows how inept these supposed experts are.

Panthers - Bryce Young has been given three years to prove he is a franchise QB at 5'9 185 lbs. Dan Morgan is another former elite White athlete placed in a GM position and immediately sells out to the status quo. Truly disappointing but no longer surprising. As it stands the Panthers did bring in Kenny Pickett but getting another QB in the draft would not be the worst idea. The Panthers are very black though so seeing them struggle with the generationally overrated Bryce Young is not the worst outcome.

Tier 2

Steelers
- Rodgers is uncertain to return in 2026. Mason Rudolph and the promising Will Howard are on the roster with Howard getting a lot of positive attention and press. The need here does not seem too likely but a possibility.

Rams - Stafford seems to be on a year to year basis these days. McVay seems to have some loyalty to Stetson Bennett who has become a fun preseason QB to watch, not sure if he is successor to Stafford though.

Lions - Goff is still young for a QB but this year's draft has many talented QBs that make sense. Bridgewater needs to be out of the league.

Packers - Love is the second most coddled QB in the league. Criticism of him seems to be minimal and is pushed back on. He hasn't done much as starter. Desmond Ridder is somehow still in the league on the Packers along with Kyle McCord.

Cowboys - Prescott is both Jerrah's and Amerika's QB - again he has done nothing in the playoffs. Joe Milton isn't good or consistent. Sam Howell was brought in as a backup but the need is there.

Falcons - employing two mediocre QBs with one a viable long term option.

Tier 3

Bengals
- Burrow is top 5 in the league but his health remains an issue. The Bengals made one questionable and one awful free agent singing - Flacco being the questionable option - he certainly still has talent but is 41 years of age so youth is needed. The retarded signing signing was that of Josh Johnson who has no business being in the NFL for as long as he has.

Bucs - Mayfield is the started but depth is needed.

Chargers - Harbaugh still pushing the lie that Lance will develop into an actual NFL QB.

Commanders - Daniels so far is a one year wonder injury prone QB. Mariota is what he is, a journeyman backup.

Prospects:

1. Fernando Mendoza indiana - I was one of the first to recognize Mendoza's talent and ability dating back to his 2023 season at Cal. I saw through the BS back then with the black QB hype machine and recognized a 1st round 1st overall pick talent before NFL GMs, NFL scouts, amateur draft "experts".

Mendoza was a breath of fresh air at the QB position this past year at IU. He's much more of the actual prototypical QB. The Raiders seem intent on not screwing this up. Bringing in Kirk Cousins as a vet QB with him aware that Mendoza will be the pick is a much better scenario than how the Falcons signed Cousins only to bring in a future 1st round bust QB the same year. Reports were that Cousins had other options but chose the Raiders due to play in Kubiak's system. It's certainly a double edge sword as Cousins is still a top 15 QB but will more than likely end his career bouncing between a stop gap starter and mentor to Mendoza. With that said Mendoza is the best pure QB to come out since Lawrence in 2021. He will also get the benefit not many young White QBs have which is to be throwing to the best TE in the game Brock Bowers and having a very good second TE option in Mayer.

Mendoza's mindset and mental makeup are very rare in this day and age. Of course this is always overlooked as the NFL is hell bent in bringing as many low IQ, mentally fragile buffoons into the league even at the QB position these days. For me his mental acuity and intangibles set him apart from many prospects over the past several years. Mendoza seems to have a similar type of football autism that made Andrew Luck such a great QB as well.

Destination: Raiders

2. Ty Simpson Alabama
- Served as a career backup until 2025 where he was able to show he was a much better QB than his successor. He decided to jump to the NFL after getting 1st round projections. He father is an FCS head coach so perhaps they used some insider information and connections to make the NFL draft decision. Simpson played very well at a fading Alabama program if you ask me. The offensive line wasn't great, there was a minimal running game, the overhyped/overrated WR Ryan Williams was an absolute dud. TE Josh Cuevas actually emerged as the most reliable target for Simpson.

Simpson actually reminds me of Aaron Rodgers a bit as a prospect. Similar physical attributes, athletic but not reliant on his legs, accurate with solid arm strength. I still can recall the criticisms of Rodgers - the way he held onto the ball/release and his most talked about game in which he completed 23 straight passes against USC and how even back then all the experts were digging into each of those passes stating many were dump offs or short passes. Rodgers only started for a year and half for Cal after transferring in from junior college. Not to say Simpson will turn into Rodgers but I feel the comparison as prospects is valid.

Destination(s): Jets, Cardinals, Browns, Panthers

3. Garrett Nussmeier LSU - Nussmeier was prolific in 2024 as a starter throwing for over 4000 yards a year after LSU sent 2 WRs to the NFL draft in the first round. He did more with less after replacing Daniels as starter. This detail along with the Tigers losing Will Campbell to the NFL last year are not brought up enough when it comes to Nussmeier's 2025 season. LSU in 2025 was a disaster, Nussmeier suffered an oblique injury which hampered him all season. On top of that bozo Brian Kelly was fired during the season leading. Injuries and issues with coaching saw Nussmeier placed in and then removed as the starting QB. I'd argue that Nussmeier's issues were program and injury related rather than anything with his skillset. Just like Ty Simpson he is the son of a coach, he's much more of a gunslinger type QB. Nussmeier won the Senior Bowl MVP, performed well at the Combine and his pro day.

Destination(s): Jets, Cardinals, Browns, Panthers, Rams, Packers, Bengals, Bucs

4. Drew Allar PSU -
Allar's 2025 season was cut short due to a season ending injury last October. Penn State's season was starting it's free fall and James Franklin was fired. Franklin's offensive scheme could have not been more averse to Allar's skill set. Anyone that watched a PSU game could notice how predictable and horizontal the offense was. Plenty of draw plays to the RBs, called QB runs for a 6'5 230 LB QB and very light on the vertical passing game. Allar's physical skills are probably at the top of the whole class but his college career choice hurt his draft prospects. I feel that Allar is being treated as an afterthought despite having a very good overall college resume. He also leaves school after 4 seasons so he is a younger QB.

Destination(s): Cardinals, Browns, Jets, Lions, Rams, Packers

5. Carson Beck Miami -
Beck is a bit of an enigma. I thought he looked better at UGA, especially in 2023. In 2024 UGA did not struggle because of Beck but because of the awful WRs that dropped an egregious number of balls. The 2024 receiving corps for UGA led the nation with 36 dropped passes - 6.9% drop percentage. That issue was never discussed as Beck decided to chase NIL money to Miami. To Beck's credit at Miami he led them through the college football playoff but ended up losing to Indiana in the championship game. Tools wise he checks all the marks but his decision making is questionable at times. Beck is a 3 year starter and went 37-6.

Destination(s): Cardinals, Browns, Panthers, Lions, Rams, Packers, Bengals

6. Luke Altmyer Illinois - Altmyer is becoming a favorite sleeper pick leading up to the NFL draft. He developed into a solid dual threat starter for Illinois for the past 3 seasons. He projects to solid number 2 QB with starting potential. As the draft process has moved on he has become one of my favorite prospects.

From BSPN: "Altmyer grew up in the shadows of Mississippi State and started his college career at Ole Miss, but he made his mark at Illinois, starting for the past three seasons. He set team records for career passer rating (144.31) and completion percentage (64.36), while ranking second in quarterback wins (23) and touchdown passes (57). Altmyer made 35 starts and helped the Illini to their first consecutive seasons of nine or more wins. The 6-foot-2, 210-pound Altmyer stood out during Senior Bowl practices and clocked the No. 6 time in the 40-yard dash at the combine (4.72 seconds). A Big Ten coach described Altmyer as "Not flashy, but he is a winner."

Destination(s): Bucs, Lions, Chargers, Commanders, Bengals

7. Cole Payton NDSU -
Can't help but wonder if Payton were black that he would get the Trey Lance treatment as an unquestioned, surefire bonafide top 5 pick. It's a legitimate question and comparison. Payton was a 1 year started at NDSU but played every year more so as a running back (similar to Tebow in 2006). He is an elite athlete and the combine testing proved that so he may be a candidate for position change. He's a left handed thrower so I will be lazy and put the Falcons as an option since both of their QBs are left handed.

Destination(s): Lions, Packers, Falcons, Commanders, Bengals

8. Cade Klubnik Clemson

Destinations: Ravens, Bucs, Chargers, Commanders, Steelers

9. Sawyer Robertson Baylor

Destination(s): Bucs, Steelers, Bengals

10. Joe Fagnone UCONN

Destination(s): Browns, Jets, Steelers, Panthers

11. Mark Gronowski Iowa

Destination(s): Steelers, Browns, Bengals, Bills, Commanders

12. Jacob Clark Missouri St

Destination(s): Bengals, Packers, Bucs

Nice list! The fact that Klubnik and Robertson are 8 and 9, to me, proves how deep this class is! The group think from the experts in regards to this class being “weak” is purely Anti White.

I’m very interested to see where D2 QB Jack Strand ends up. Probably as an UDFA, but his size at 6’6 245 is intriguing. 13k passing yards at Minnesota St. Moorhead. Played his HS football in Wisconsin.

Thanks! Ran out of steam on the write-ups lol. I think I did a decent job of articulating team needs at the position.

Good article on Cole Payton

There's a lot of chatter again among the "draft experts" that the Giants will take RB Jeremiyah Love with the fifth pick. It's possible the Titans will take him at #4 and it's possible he'll go later.

A running back being hyped so highly once again like Ashton Jeanty last year, who wasn't a bust but certainly didn't live up to the "generational talent" label, illustrates yet again the weakness and decline of the black talent pool. But as far as the Giants, hiring John Harbaugh will likely mean bad news for Cam Skattebo even if they don't draft Love.

Agreed. Let's not forget the Giants hired Rodent Nagy as offensive coordinator too.

Yeah, Harbaugh and The Rodent, the duo from hell for Skattebo and White players in general. Can only hope they'll surprise us.

And the Bengals make the first moronic move of the draft. Giants now with two top 10 picks. Odds of them selecting an RB now go up.
