Tortu only listed in the 4x100m relay, no Warholm in 400mh. Swoboda is listed in the womens 100m hasn't run outdoors as of yet.

Still no Marek Zakrzewski to be found. Hope this incredible talent can get back on track sometime soon.

Speaking of young Polish Sprinters. How about this result very recently?

19 year old Polish Sprinter Sebastian Libura ran a new p.b. of 10.30 -0.4! He has a slightly windy 10.22 already. Keep a close eye on this kid!

Oliwer Wdowik of Poland ran 10.10 (0.1w) to win his heat at the European Team Championships.
In the other heat, Henrik Larsson came 3rd in 10.11 (0.0w).

On the women's side, Boglarka Takacs of Hungary won the 100m in a championship record of 11.06 (0.0).
Ewa Swoboda of Poland was 2nd in 11.13.

I'm excited to see some of the young talent in Poland progressing. That's a 11/100th of an improvement from Wdowiks last race. Outstanding and he didn't fold under pressure. Great form and he stayed relaxed. He did this with no wind! I was happy to see
Ewa Swoboda out there celebrating with him.

Henirk Larsson should have gone 2nd from the photo finish. Regardless a time of 10.11 out of lane 9 is pretty damn good if you ask
me? Put him in the middle of the track and he probably runs a 10.05 to 10.07 in my opinion. His start wasn't the best but his finish
was better than anyone on the track. Very hard to do out of either the inside or outside lane of the track. Happy he got a new seasons best
time. Too bad this races didn't have a little tailwind or the times would have been even faster. This is a great track for running.

While Ewa Swoboda came 2nd in the womens 100 meters finals the star was Hungarian Sprinter Bogiarka Takacs who won in a lightning
fast time of 11.06 with 0 wind! She now holds the Hungarian All Time 100 Meters Record! Congrats.

In the Womens 100 Meters B Final we saw the sprinter from the Netherlands Minke Bisschops run 11.17 -0.2 wind for a new personal best!

Oliwer Wdowik after todays race:

Oliwer Wdowik ran great after the Estadio de Vallehermos lime treadmill. Sprinter Resovia Rzeszów obtained an excellent time 10.10. He won the B series, and in the overall classification he took third place. He scored 14 points for Poland.

- I think I couldn't dream of this start. I feel great gratitude that on such a difficult path, winding and full of injury, I came back. This result is to show my potential. He was covered with matters not cool for me for years. The run is great. 10.10 in such conditions he speaks for itself. I am ready faster. Maybe if I ran in series A, it would be faster - said Wdowik.

Our player obtained the third best result in the history of Polish athletics. Only Dominik Kopeć (10.05) and Marian Woronin (10.00) defeated 100 meters faster than him. The latter, a year ago, in the 40th anniversary of the Polish record, announced that for a person who would improve his result, he is preparing champagne.

"Marian Woronin can now open a fridge," he laughed in the sphere of Poland's mixed Sprinter.

Wdowik's exploits were also appreciated by the freedom, which just after the Pole's run fell to the finish line to hug his teammate.

- This result is impressive. Since I met Oliwer, I believe in him. I know that he will do what he belongs to him and will improve the Polish record - said Ewa Swoboda.
