For the track fans here that want to watch this meet live streaming tommorow from 9 am to 1 pm.

Tortu only listed in the 4x100m relay, no Warholm in 400mh. Swoboda is listed in the womens 100m hasn't run outdoors as of yet.

Still no Marek Zakrzewski to be found. Hope this incredible talent can get back on track sometime soon.

Speaking of young Polish Sprinters. How about this result very recently?

19 year old Polish Sprinter Sebastian Libura ran a new p.b. of 10.30 -0.4! He has a slightly windy 10.22 already. Keep a close eye on this kid!

Oliwer Wdowik of Poland ran 10.10 (0.1w) to win his heat at the European Team Championships.
In the other heat, Henrik Larsson came 3rd in 10.11 (0.0w).

On the women's side, Boglarka Takacs of Hungary won the 100m in a championship record of 11.06 (0.0).
Ewa Swoboda of Poland was 2nd in 11.13.

I'm excited to see some of the young talent in Poland progressing. That's a 11/100th of an improvement from Wdowiks last race. Outstanding and he didn't fold under pressure. Great form and he stayed relaxed. He did this with no wind! I was happy to see
Ewa Swoboda out there celebrating with him.

Henirk Larsson should have gone 2nd from the photo finish. Regardless a time of 10.11 out of lane 9 is pretty damn good if you ask
me? Put him in the middle of the track and he probably runs a 10.05 to 10.07 in my opinion. His start wasn't the best but his finish
was better than anyone on the track. Very hard to do out of either the inside or outside lane of the track. Happy he got a new seasons best
time. Too bad this races didn't have a little tailwind or the times would have been even faster. This is a great track for running.

While Ewa Swoboda came 2nd in the womens 100 meters finals the star was Hungarian Sprinter Bogiarka Takacs who won in a lightning
fast time of 11.06 with 0 wind! She now holds the Hungarian All Time 100 Meters Record! Congrats.

In the Womens 100 Meters B Final we saw the sprinter from the Netherlands Minke Bisschops run 11.17 -0.2 wind for a new personal best!

Oliwer Wdowik after todays race:

Oliwer Wdowik ran great after the Estadio de Vallehermos lime treadmill. Sprinter Resovia Rzeszów obtained an excellent time 10.10. He won the B series, and in the overall classification he took third place. He scored 14 points for Poland.

- I think I couldn't dream of this start. I feel great gratitude that on such a difficult path, winding and full of injury, I came back. This result is to show my potential. He was covered with matters not cool for me for years. The run is great. 10.10 in such conditions he speaks for itself. I am ready faster. Maybe if I ran in series A, it would be faster - said Wdowik.

Our player obtained the third best result in the history of Polish athletics. Only Dominik Kopeć (10.05) and Marian Woronin (10.00) defeated 100 meters faster than him. The latter, a year ago, in the 40th anniversary of the Polish record, announced that for a person who would improve his result, he is preparing champagne.

"Marian Woronin can now open a fridge," he laughed in the sphere of Poland's mixed Sprinter.

Wdowik's exploits were also appreciated by the freedom, which just after the Pole's run fell to the finish line to hug his teammate.

- This result is impressive. Since I met Oliwer, I believe in him. I know that he will do what he belongs to him and will improve the Polish record - said Ewa Swoboda.

Six Championship Records fell on day one of the European Team Championships. Some hilites here.

Go to 24.10 to see Oliwer Wdowiks sensational race of 10.10 for the Win!

In division 2 of the European Team Championships, Alexander Doom won the 400m with a SB time of 44.66.
Rok Ferlan of Slovenia was 2nd in a NR 44.70.
Mihai Dringo of Romania was 3rd in a NR of 44.74.
Jack Rafferty of Ireland was 4th in a PB of 44.98.

400m and 800m times have really improved across the board this year.

The complete Mens Long Jump from today where M. Tentoglou shocked and awed again with a Championship Record!

What a race he had. The way he kept pulling through the whole race indicates to me he's ready for a sub 10 with just a little more work. Once you've watched enough sprinting you can just tell when a sprinter is on the next level. It's usually not the start, but the way they close out the race. It's a look I first saw with Lemaitre, how he would pull the field along almost like he was pulling them on strings. Bolt in his prime would pull people like that. It's cool to watch.

The sad thing is that most of our guys just seem to race their best with no wind. A couple of years ago it was Dominik Kopec from Poland who went 10.05 and 10.06 with no wind. Yannick Wolf from Germany recently with his 10.05 +1.1 a few weeks ago. Now Oliwer Wdowik with the 10.10 and no wind. Even though all of these guys could have run faster it's better that they learn to run around 10 flat with or without the wind. So while it may cost them a few sub 10's, in the long run they are better off.

Oliwer Wdowik was coming off an injury so it's a fantastic result. We will see how he does in his next race. I like the fact that Ewa Swoboda said that she believes he can break the Polish Record of 10.00! She really believes in him. High praise from a superstar of Polish Athletics!

One last thing. It's long over due that both Germany and Poland get a sprinter to go sub 10 wind legal. No it won't count if it's an import. Julian Reus had his 100 meter German National Record of 10.01 broken by a Ghanian Import running for Germany who ran 10.00. I will not reckonise that period. It's a disgrace to the sport in my opinion. Either way I hope it's a white German to do it soon. I don't worry about Poland as they don't allow africans on their teams. Only a handful of European Countries have stayed true to the cause of keeping their teams pure. I admire this as whites are being taken over all across Europe and the World. We must fight for the future of our people!

Yes. Marian Woronin's 41 year old record makes no sense.

Not just him but the Great Armin Harry from Germany too.

Seeing the Mens 100 Meters A Race points to the huge problem. The Netherlands Mens 4 x 100 Relay won with an all import team. The majority of the teams are getting to look like Africa. There was only 2 whites out of 9 sprinters in the A Race for the men! That is a continent and nations that are giving up athletics. Where is the racial pride? These men will come and take the women. Europe will fall and never come back if something isn't done about the mass immigration pushed by the traitor leaders all across Europe and the World. It's an all out attack on the West or White Countries. It makes me so angry. All of these leaders have sold out for money and betrayed their people.

It’s the same with Pietro Mennea’s white 200 meter record. It’s almost 50 years old and nobody has been able to beat it.

Yes it sucks. One of the main reasons though is the mass immigration for the last 2 to 3 decades. Whites are beaten down and told they
are not good enough. It's all lies by the communists pushed through Cultural Marxism. They attack the faith, family and every type of society to destroy the culture and traditions. Whites must fight back in sports and in life if we are to survive. Whites make up 7 percent of the earth!

On a positive note we will see my new favorite sprinter Lachlan Kennedy racing in the Diamond League Race on July 5th in Eugene, Oregon. I wish I could fly up there and see the race live. This kid is electric and despite the stars in this race I believe he will show up ready to rumble.

8.46m! Tentoglou back to best with world lead and championship record at Madrid 2025
image

After an indifferent opening to the season, Olympic long jump champion Miltiadis Tentoglou was back to his best in explosive style at the European Athletics Team Championships 1st Division in Madrid on Saturday with a brilliant world lead and championship record.

Could 2025 be the Magical Year for many of the countries that have never gone sub 10?

Australia finally had an Australian go sub 10 with Lachlan Kennedys 9.98 -0.7. (I know Australia isn't Europe)

Germany is close with Yannick Wolf and his 10.05. This could be the year!

Poland with Oliwer Wdowik and his 10.10 with 0 wind. Domink Kopec with his 10.05 two years ago.

Sweden with Henrik Larsson 10.08 and 10.11. This guy is far from done.

Just a few examples. Let's hope some of these guys break through. Once enough european sprinters do it more will do it. It's
as much a psychological factor as it is a physical. Hard work plus good genetics equals success on the world stage!

Swedish Sprinter Henrik Larsson will run his 2nd 200 meters race in in 3 weeks on July 3rd at home. I really believe this is a good idea. His
speed endurance is improving which is what is necessary for a sub 10 in the future. In his last race of 10.11 with 0 wind he stormed from way back and if the race were another 10 meters he wins it without a doubt in my mind. He only lost by 4/100ths of a second. Smart move by his coach.

A new name for you - 18 year old Leendert Koekmoer of South Africa.
He won the Bauhaus Junior Gala 200m this past weekend, with a meeting record, 20.34.
He also has run 45.03 in the 400m and 10.50 (-1.0) in the 100m.
Let's keep an eye on him.
