I've actually been watching Croatia and Serbia a little bit. Croatia is up 2-0, and both sides start an all-white 11. Croatia has Eduardo sitting on the bench, though.

I noticed Germany did not start Boateng today either! :D Even though it's just Kazakhstan, it's still nice to not see his terrible self in the lineup. Germany starts 9 whites, and of course their two white-looking Turks. The Germans are also starting Julian Draxler today as well.

But as you said Frederic, not a lot of good European matches on today. I did notice that Portugal only managed play to a 3-3 draw against Israel.
Are there actually any blacks in Croatia? I am not joking.

Why not? Even those small nations can beat the bigger ones, or at least they get them in to trouble too:

Iceland has quarter of a million people. Iceland is fine. So is Luxemburg, even though they are rubbish. But principalities like Liechtenstein, Andorra, and San Marino with fewer people than a small town should not be involved. I'm actually surprised they haven't come up with the idea of paying some Africans or Brazilians to play for them in exchange for citizenship and/or money. In fact, I'm going to predict right here that within the next ten years "countries" like San Marino who are tired of being humiliated on the world stage will start to import foreigners who are not good enough to play for their own national teams (Brazilians in particular).

i don't know how andorra plays now, but because of them france almost didn't qualify for the 2000 euro champs
there was 0-0 until the last 5 minutes, and leboeuf scored from a penalty because of an handball
without that goal france should have played the playoffs to qualify
andorra played with litterally 11 players in their penalty area
most defensive team i ever saw

Croatia had 2 blacks sitting on the bench. Both were Brazillian transplants who have a Croatian passport.
One is Edoardo da Silva, who occasionally plays for the Ukrainian side Shaktar Donetsk. He is on his way out. The other is Sammir, who plays for Dinamo Zagreb. Sammir is especially disliked by Croatian fans who taunt him with the phrase "Sammir nije Damir!" - Sammir is not Damir - Damir being a common Croatian name. In other words - "he's not one of us". Both players were recruited by Dinamo Zagreb (the team that dominates the Croatian league) and ended up becoming part of the National team.
None of them played yesterday against Serbia, but I can see Sammir playing in some games later on, especially because Zdravko Mamic, Dinamo Zagreb's boss and a very influential figure in Croatian football, wants to increase Sammir's value by having him play for the national team.

If you are talking about the demographic situation in Croatia, there are close to zero Blacks in Croatia (and in the Balkans/ex-Yugoslavia in general). You can see some occasionally, but I would say there are fewer than a 1000 of them in a country of about 4.3 million.

I can't believe that England has gotten so bad. They're just as bad as France now. It is sickening to watch this. What European teams will we have left to cheer for in 2014?? Russia, Croatia, Spain, Germany(depending on what happens with Boateng), and any other Eastern Euro country that can make it in. I don't think I could cheer for Italy as long as that buffoon Ballotelli starts for them.

I'm sure Rebajlo noticed this, but both the Czech Republic and Denmark started their quota black fullback too.

I noticed Austria started some black guy named David Alaba... I remember seeing him in Germany's system at one point... nice "loyalty" there huh?

Jews actually playing football instead "just" owning teams, being media-types and super-agents? :faint2: What's next - giving up jobs in Goldman Sachs and picking up farming?

They do have some injured players.

I would like to see a white back four of Baines, Cahill, Dawson or Jagielka, and Jenkinson.
They could also pick Shawcross at CB.

They could have Carrick or Parker, Wilshere(when healthy), Cleverly, Walcott and Downing on the left with Rooney up front.

That would be 10 whites and 1 mixed. That"s a good team. Jones could find a spotin there for many years. He can play a lot of positions, maybe even replace Walcott.

england and france will probably never have more than 7 whites starters again because it would be shocking to have an all-white team when you have very multicultural populations (you can have 10 blacks though, no problem)

in the french team though, there are no black players in offensive positions, only defensive middlefielders, and defenders
and the best defender, koscielny, is white
lloris really stands out too
so it's pretty obvious that we wouldn't even notice if the black players were replaced by white players
in the defensive middlefielder position, there are toulalan, one of the best in his position in spain, who plays for malaga
schneiderlin in premiere league who is excellent and even scores against big teams
gonalons who is an important player in france and in the french national team
the excellent cabaye
so we could even have white back ups
but it seems that we have to use some blacks in these positions

Jack -

Yes, I noticed but decided to limit my post to teams that started more than three non-Whites - which speaks volumes about the standards of today. That's why I didn't mention Germany (who started Turk Ozil plus half-Tunisian Khedira, the latter being replaced by the Turk Gundogan late in the second half; the black Jerome Boateng was an unused substitute), Wales, Denmark, Czech Republic, Norway, Sweden, Finland, or Austria. I never really bother about Macedonia (who started three Albanians and a Bosnian Muslim) as over 30% of that nation's population consists of Albanians, Turks, and gypsies.

David Alaba was born in Vienna to a Filipino mother and Nigerian father:

alacrop_2608202.jpg

He moved to Bayern Munich as a sixteen year-old.

As Europe said, England have an injury or two and one must also keep in mind that this was a match against San Marino. Nevertheless, England's lineups are always alarmingly black... :censored::mad2:

Rumour has it that they are actually well over 40% of the population but there is a deliberate attempt to suppress the real number. The "pro-Western" (ie American/EU/NATO lickspittles) politicians don't want ordinary Macedonians to get worried about it in case there is a nationalist backlash and Albanians don't want to tip their hand, so to speak, until they are sure they are 50% or more.

Back to the football. A good result for, I assume, all-white Finland nabbing a point away to Spain. We'll see if the French can do any better.

france would start 6 whites and 1 arab against spain, but it could be 5, or 7 whites and 1 arab
benzema will start
i personally think that france will lose this match
france does the best result when they are not expected to do it, when everybody criticize them

By 2100 There Will be More Nigerians Than Europeans.

Australia only 2-2 against Oman : (

Liberals live in a fantasy land, they honestly think the life expectancy of Nigerians will be 50+ when they have no more teets to suckle from.

That’s a very good example, the same thing happened in the 2008 Euro qualifiers. England lost 2:3 at home against Croatia and Russia needed a win in its away match against Andorra in order to secure qualification. The Russianstook an early lead, but were unable to add to their goal tally and the last 15 minutes of the match were really tense – Arshavin was sent off and the Andorrans even had a chance to equalize in the closing stages of the game. Eventually the game ended 0:1 and Russia reached the finals in Austria and Switzerland at England’s expense, where they had an amazing run, eliminating the Netherlands in the ¼ finals. Andorra are under normal circumstances a difficult team to break down and other national teams are rarely able to inflict blowout losses upon. However, the Iberians are relatively ill-disciplined and frequently receive yellow and red cards.
However, I agree that San Marino and arguably Liechtenstein are not sufficiently competitive and they could benefit from a preliminary round (like the format they have in Concacaf, with countries like Belize, Montserrat and other small states weeded out after two elimination games, just before the "real" group stage qualifiers begin). Malta (their 0:6 loss against Bulgaria is an aberration, I think), Luxembourg and the Faroe Islands are usually able to hold their own, even against the big guns.

@Frederic, you may like this France NT collage which I discovered on another forum:

I am sure that Giroud will make the Spaniards nervous; he is always a goal threat in such decisive games…
world stage will start to import foreigners who are not good enough to play for their own national teams (Brazilians in particular).

They could have been tempted to do that in the past, but my understanding is that relatively few Brazilians and other foreigners will be eligible for their national teams, because of FIFA’s new regulations that apply to all competitions involving national sides (since 2008) – a player lacking ancestral or birth links to a country cannot represent its national team unless he has resided for at least five years in that state. Also, I think that Liechtenstein & the other principalities (and especially the Faroe people) tend to be quite patriotic, so the fans are likely to be very vociferous in voicing their displeasure if any mercenary players are recruited.

Edoardo da Silva

I think that his first choice would have been Brazil if they had decided to call him up (despite being married to a Croatian woman), though in fairness he has generally delivered the goods for the Croatian team. Isn’t he actually a mestizo (sort of a similar racial type to Luis Suarez)? I haven’t watched Sammir’s performances (it’s odd that his name is Islamic), but it’s unfortunate that the federation has decided to go against the fans’ wishes (preserving the integrity of competitions involving national teams is important, they shouldn’t start to resemble club sides).

They could have Carrick or Parker, Wilshere(when healthy),Cleverly, Walcott and Downing on the left with Rooney up front.

I wonder why Milner and Barry (especially the latter) no longer seem to be first team regulars. They are still first choice for a strong Manchester City side.

David Alaba was born in Vienna to a Filipino mother and Nigerian father

He was Austria’s Footballer of the Year for 2011 and 2012 (not sure whether he has been capped for Germany as well), could have indeed been eligible to represent Nigeria and the Philippines in addition to his country of birth (and possibly Germany). Nigeria and the Philippines have recently been recruiting many half-Nigerian and half-Filipino or foreign-born footballers (Peter Odemwingie, Victor Moses, Neil Etheridge, Phil Younghusband) to participate in World Cup qualifying games, I am guessing that Alaba refused to consider offers from their federations, which must have been monitoring his development.

The most interesting of today’s games will be France vs. Spain (could potentially decide whether Spain will need to go through the playoffs in order to make it to Brazil) and Mexico vs. United States (the biggest rivalry in North & Central America). The Yankees are now in the driving seat after their 1:0 win over Costa Rica (courtesy of a Dempsey goal) that was played in a snow blizzard, while the Mexicans are yet to win in their qualifying group.

Denmark vs. Bulgaria and Montenegro vs. England could also be highly unpredictable matches.

can you believe that he won't start?
against spain we will play with 1 striker, and it will be benzema unfortunately
what can he do more than he did
he scored in the 2 latest qualifying matches for france, including the first leg vs spain
benzema hasn't scored in his last 11 games

Are Nigerians everywhere? And do they ever impregnate one of their own?

Every time I get a cab, it always seems to be a Nigerian. Every time I stay at a hotel, its always a damn Nigerian bellhop.

They seem to be experts at breeding and scamming their way into first world countries. I've met people from almost every country in the world. Nigerians are by far the sleeziest and dirtiest scum of the earth.

The blacks for France screwed up a good chance on a corner. Where the hell is Giroud?

Edit: And now this goofy, lanky negro Pogba just karate kicked a Spanish player in the head. Of course, he complains to the ref he did nothing wrong.

As I type this a 2nd yellow leading to the red. :icon_mrgreen: African self-control at its finest.

The always useless Benzema is taken out. 12 straight goal-less games. Instead of Giroud, they put in the even more useless Sissoko.:help:

Typical black stupidity by Pogba. Two yellow cards in the span of one minute?? The African players have no self control.

It would seem unbelievable if we didn't understand how Africans play football.

Good result for Spain, who dominated the game with 76% of the possession. They literally ran circles around France's black midfielders and defenders. Unfortunately, they still can't turn that possession into goals. Lloris did make a fine save or two.

As for France, they deserved to lose for keeping their best striker on the bench until extra time. Also, they could rapidly improve by cutting the African dead weight in the starting lineup. None of them are play-makers that increase France's chances of scoring and subsequently winning. Evra, who might be the best of the dark bunch, was routinely beaten down the wing. If he lacks the speed, what does he provide? Smarts?
