Rebajlo should be very happy: Australia completely thrashed Jordan by a tune of 4-0! All the Aussies have to do now is beat bottom of the group Iraq in Australia next Tuesday, and they'll be headed to Brazil. I think the Aussies have been playing a lot better these last two matches; they almost beat Japan in Japan.

Some interesting qualifiers in North and South America tonight yet! U.S. vs. Panama, Uruguay vs. Venezuela, and right now, Argentina and Ecuador are tied through 85 minutes. Uruguay dismantled Peru yesterday from the looks of the box score, 4-2, with one of Peru's goals being an own goal by Godin.
 
The always classy Mexican fans are bombarding Costa Rica's captain, Bryan Ruiz, with beer, laser pointers, and other objects as he tries to take a corner. Now riot police are protecting Ruiz as he takes the corner.

Did they stop the match? I just caught the end and saw 7 minutes of added time and my first thought was that this being the corrupt CONCACAF group they are just going to play until Mexico scores.:grin: But no it ended 0-0 so a USA win against Panama would put them alone in the lead in this group.
 
The US starting 11 appears to be:

Tim Howard, Brad Evans, Omar Gonzalez, Matt Besler, and Beasley

In midfield Fabian Johnson, Geoff Cameron, Eddie Johnson, Michael Bradley, and Dempsey

Up front the lone striker is Altidore

It seems like Beasley and Johnson have been around forever. Fabian Johnson is one of Klinsmann's German-Americans (black father I assume). So only five whites for Team USA.
 
I think I've seen enough. USA leads 2-0 in the second half with both goals scored by blacks - Altidore, with a tap-in that was very well set up by three others players, and Eddie Johnson with the second. So I guess there's no chance of getting rid of Altidore and Johnson now! The very white (SWPLer) Seattle fans are chanting "we are going to Brazil".

Actually, the best news is that Cameron played d-mid better than any American in the last 3 years. That means no more Maurice Edu for awhile.

The funniest part of the match was seeing Panama's managers. Not only is Panama all black on the field, they have 2 black managers who are twins...LOL. Even African nations are smart enough not to have a black manager.

At least that is pretty proportianate to the population. I can live with that. Far more accurate representation than France or England.

This is true. Expecting an all White starting IX for the USA will never happen. If they started 8 or 9 Whites routinely I'd support them again.

Anyway, I saw most of the match and Altidore did play well. Other than him, it was really Bradley, Besler and Cameron who stood out. Dempsey almost had a magical goal where he intentionally struck the ball into the ground so it bounced over the goalie but unfortunately hit the cross bar. Going forward, I'd like to see Geoff Cameron displace Jermaine Jones at defensive mid. Jones is a generic player. Also, if Stuart Holden can get fit before Brazil, I'd like to see him replace Fabian Johnson on the wing.

No, but given the relationship between Klinsmann and Donovan I wouldn't rule anything out.

What I meant was that now that he's scored three goals in two different matches since being recalled to the USMNT he's not likely to be cut before Brazil, as he was just before South Africa 2010.

True, but if soccer was the number one sport here and blacks played it as their first choice, the coaches would pick these "security guards" as Frederic38 calls them. The powers that be are trying their hardest to get more black people to play soccer.

It seems England now has a solid caste system for wingers. I am trying to think of white English wingers under 24 or so. Milner and Downing are a bit older now. Can anybody think of one?

How can Spain, Italy and Germany have just about all white wingers, but England all of a sudden has none under a certain age? They are there, but they aren't being picked or shoved down to the Championship or league 1, if not just cut.

Well, the happiness is relative.:icon_wink: A 4-0 home win is always nice, particularly against a pack of non-Whites, but taking the quality of the "sand Negro" opposition into account this is a result which should be expected - hence it's really no big deal. I just looked at the Asian groups. What a joke! Here I was thinking Australia left the weak Oceania group to get more competition and thus improve as a footballing nation. Putting long term goals over short term "let's make the next World Cup" short term expediency and all that. But if anything it will be easier for Australia to qualify than New Zealand, which is still in Oceania.

Whilst Australia merely has to qualify in second ahead of Oman, Iraq, and Jordan, and even gets a chance for an Intercontinental qualifier if it does not manage that, New Zealand will possibly have to play a South American team (Uruguay?) or Mexico from CONCACAF to go through. Oceania is obviously an easy group with the likes of New Caledonia and Tahiti but I think Australia's position is easier as the only way automatic qualification would be difficult in the Asia section is if South Korea, Japan, and Iran were all in the same group. Other than having to travel a lot to Third World dumps Australia has it easy compared to Poland, Ukraine, and the Czech Republic, three countries that aren't looking like they will make it to Brazil.
 
Rebajlo, that's very true. At least Australia finally isn't playing down to the crappy level of it's opposition. So when they do get to Brazil, it might not be as embarrassing as it could be... I agree, I'm sure every Euro and S. American nation would love the "qualifying" that takes place in Asia; Japan and S Korea basically have a ticket punched to the WC every cycle now. Hopefully, Australia can join that group, if they can replace the senior citizens on the roster before they're upwards of 45.. Qualifying from the AFC is waaayyy easier than Oceania, as the regional giants play the same crappy competition (ie, Iraq and Oman are basically the same as Tahiti and New Caledonia) without the threat of playing a great South American team in a playoff this cycle.

Matra, I think Ukraine will make it to the WC, at the expense of Montenegro or England.

Europe, wingers in England seem to be like Cornerbacks or Runningbacks in American football right now, as like you said, whites are being phased out of those spots. I can't think of a very young white winger at all. I hope England starts 9 whites at the WC. I think that's impossible though, given England's white players always seem to get injured at the worst possible time, and the fact that Hodgson seems to be a really multi-kulti coach will prevent that. I'll predict somewhere around 6-7 whites for England's starting XI in the WC.

I forgot about about Mcmanamen at Wigan, but that is the only one I can think.

Bale is a British winger who is only 23 and was at Southampton as a youth. Interestingly, he started out as a left back, not a winger. They tried not to make him a winger and he is really fast too.
 
I don't really care about the African qualifiers, but a couple of points from them I've noticed:

1. The three Arab teams (Egypt, Tunisia, and Algeria) are all in through to the last leg of qualification. What are these three countries doing displacing the "real athletes" on the continent? "Logic" states that these teams should be nowhere near the World Cup.

2. My favorite point: South Africa, the country that is ruthlessly and relentlessly committing genocide against the Boer population of the country(in plain sight now less, with absolutely nobody besides us caring about it), has been eliminated from WC contention by Ethiopia! I'm glad to see the country of Mandela, Malema, and the ANC out of contention. There's nothing better that could've happened to these losers.

LOL....Jones was the worst player on the field. Cameron had the best game of his career last game and Klinsmann starts this idiot? Jones even had a concussion that caused him to miss the last game. Why would you risk injury to a player not fully recovered.

Klinsmann's lineup choices are sometimes baffling.

I can't believe that either. Jones wasn't that good out there tonight at all, and ended up getting subbed off for Cameron too!

I do believe Team USA's WC roster and starters will be whiter than this one. I believe Klinnsman will bring a whiter roster to the Gold Cup in July; most of his star black players will not be on the team, like all of his Blermans and Jozy Alitdore.

But, star white players like Donovan, Bocanegra, Jack McInerney, Wondolowski, Stuart Holden, Brek Shea, etc. should all be on the team. I think a lot of these guys (especially Donovan and McInerney) will play themselves on to Klinnsman's primary team. Plus, you have Cameron, who's right with Jones for the other midfield spot right now next to Bradley.

The best case scenario line-up for team USA is:

Howard/Guzan

Evans/Cherundolo, Besler, Gonzalez/Bocanegra/Goodson, Beasley

Cameron Bradley

Zusi Dempsey Donovan

Altidore (McInerney would be the sub)

So best case scenario I believe would be around 9 white starters, but I think it will be in the 7-8 range.

I would support that squad. The only change I would make is putting Fabian Johnson at LB in place of the atrocious DuhMarcus Beasley. Johnson is the only "Blerman" with any skill in my opinion. He had some nice crosses and made some nice runs last night. Jones, Chandler, Danny Williams (who should never be near the roster again) and Boyd have all sucked to varying degrees. Also, to the average mouth-breathing, flag waving, body paint wearing, star spangled moron-of-a-fan, Johnson is probably seen as White.

As an aside, I'm really curious to see what Stuart Holden can do when he gets fully fit.
 
Well, all the WC Qualifiers resumed today!! A great moment for my favorite player: Miroslav Klose gets his 68th goal, tying Gerd Mullers record for Germany. It's 1-0 Germany right now against Austria.

Also, Ukraine is up 6-0 on San Marino.

France-Georgia is scoreless at the half.

Bradley was a last-minute scratch and was replaced by Geoff Cameron. Altidore apparently has a minor hamstring issue and is not playing. Since he's pretty clearly a starter at this time, he'll probably take Zusi's spot on the field, although Cameron should play RB for Orozco to keep five whites out there.

Klinsmann is using a 4-2-3-1.

Already 2-0 to Costa Rica in under ten minutes. The first goal was understandable but the second was atrocious. Hard to say even whose fault it was because there really was no marking.
