tonight france faces spain

here's what france's starting 11 should look like:

Lloris
Debuchy-Koscielny-Sakho-Evra
Gonalons-Cabaye-Matuidi
Menez-Benzema-Ribery

so 7 whites, 1 arab and 3 blacks

i think that spain is better than the french team, but everything can happen because spain still has huge problems in defence
but france has a black central defender and because of this they should lose
i don't really care aout the result, but i don't want benzema to score

i watched france vs spain ofcourse, it was in spain

first, france conceded a goal because the BLACK CENTRAL DEFENDER sakho can't mark a player
spain is useless on the corner kicks, everybody knows it, they only had sergio ramos who could have scored
and deschamps chose sakho to mark sergio ramos, what a huge mistake
spain's goal is because of sakho, so because of the coach, deschamps, who decided to ask him to mark sergio ramos

lloris saved france on multiple occasions, including a penalty
he showed how much better than casillas he is

then spain played awful, especially their defence, no surprise
france should have won the match 10 times
benzema missed everything, as usual
he missed an opengoal, a true benzema miss

then deschamps waited until the last 5 minutes to bring giroud in in place of benzema, which made me mad
and giroud scored on his first oportunity, 4 minutes into injury time
very unpredictable match, many twists that made it, for me, the best match of the qualifyers so far, and one of the best matches i watched these past years

81932.jpg

france also had a goal wrongfully disallowed for offside (goal by menez)

Multiethnic Canada - supposedly the best Canadian team ever - went down to Honduras needing a draw to go through to the final qualifying stage. Final score: Honduras 8 Canada 1.

Below at the link is a picture of the only Canadian team to qualify for the World Cup - they came within 5 minutes or so of getting a draw in the opening match against Platini's France.

black clowns on display in both teams

here's the racial breakdown of their latest match:
Canada's squad has 5 Blacks, 6 Whites.

and, wow, what an upset! 8-1! they only needed a draw to qualify
the only canadians i met who knew about soccer were girls

Ex-Polish star trash-talking Andy Carroll ahead of their match with England:

Carroll, 23, is highly unlikely to start the match in Warsaw but asked about the merits of the Liverpool striker, on loan at West Ham this season, on Polish television, Boniek was caustic. He said: "My grandson Mateo moves better on the pitch than Andy Carroll. He has better co-ordination. He is very good at golf and tennis."

http://www.independent.co.uk/sport/...ms-poland-legend-zbigniew-boniek-8212589.html

Most comments are in agreement. (It's a left wing British newspaper).

The Poland v England match was postponed due to waterlogged pitch - even though they have a retractable roof:icon_eek: - and will be played at 17.00 European time on Wednesday.

the english media has been making fun of giroud too: giroud has 2 goals and 3 assists in 4 matches as a starter with the french national team: goals against germany and spain, ranked 1st and 2nd by the FIFA (he played 403 minutes in total with france)

he has 1 goal in premiere league in 3 matches as a starter in a totally new club in a new country

Here's an example of one of Canada's problems:

Veteran Canadian midfielder Julian de Guzman told Sportsnet Monday evening that his younger brother, Swansea City midfielder Jonathan de Guzman, will play for his home country should Canada earn a positive result versus Honduras.

...Jonathan, 25, was born in Canada (Scarborough, Ont.), but grew up a massive fan of Dutch soccer. The walls of his bedroom as a child were filled with posters of Dutch stars, and he’s longed to play for the Netherlands his entire life. When he was 12, he moved there and joined the Feyenoord youth academy. After receiving citizenship in 2008, Jonathan appeared four times with the country’s under-21 team and six times with the under-23 side, including at the 2008 Beijing Olympics.

But the Netherlands senior team has showed no indication of having Jonathan as part of its plans.

http://www.sportsnet.ca/soccer/2014-world-cup/2012/10/16/jonathan_de_guzman_canada_david_hoilett/

Not that De Guzman is much good but he'd rather play for a good team (the Netherlands) than the country he was born in. He'll only play for Canada if he's rejected by the Netherlands and the Canadian team looks like it might start winning.

Owen Hargreaves was a Canadian who spent a lot of his childhood in Germany but chose to play for England as his dad is British (the guy has a German accent!).

A few years a go a Bosnian goalie played for Canadian youth teams. He was featured in some documentary about how great Canadian multiculturalism is - Bosnian goalie saved from war in Bosnia, gets a new life in Canada for which he is so grateful to his adopted country. Then he gets criticised for being red-carded in an U20 World Cup match for Canada and the next thing you know he is playing for the Bosnian national team!

People are not loyal to multicultural countries. They are loyal to two things: 1) themselves - money, personal glory etc; and 2) blood - their own tribe, nation, even religion etc. Naive liberal Anglos (Canadian, American, Australian) are going to have to learn this the hard way.

Germany - Sweden 4:4 . Sweden incredibly came back from 4:0 about 25 minutes from time. Another dreadful defensive performance by Germany.

Included is a horrid miss by Tobias Tigjani Sana, the "Swedish" Black (mother Swedish, father from Burkina Faso :eek:hwell:) who missed an empty goal on an assist from Ibrahimovic when it was still 4:3 for Germany. The Russian commentator only comment was "boze moy" - "my god". Who knows what Ibra will tell him in the locker room - he is known for being very harsh with teammates who make such mistakes. Luckily for Sweden, Rasmus Elm corrected this by scoring at 90+4 to equalise. This is a typical example of how they simply cannot function under pressure.

Here are the highlights, including the "horrid miss" at about 3:20

there are a lot of things to say about germany
i think that in germany they must be very critical of that match right now
here's what i think about them: http://www.castefootball.us/forums/threads/14615-UEFA-EURO-2012?p=251676&viewfull=1#post251676
i'll post an article about it in french, but i need to translate it first

otherwise, on the last goal ibrahimowitch is definitely fouling the german defender

and that miss by the black swedish player :yuck:

I didn't see the match but I'd be curious to know if the Germans behaved with swagger and arrogance when they had the big lead. They have a history of being overconfident and contemptuous of their opponents when in front.

so you watched the match?

speaking of speed and black players, look at sakho's run against japan:

http://www.dailymotion.com/video/xugaw8_sakho-traine-une-caravane-contre-le-japon_fun

former french international christophe dugarry says "sakho's run is really surprising, he's sprinting as fast as he can, yet every player easily ran him down"

koscielny and gonalons, as well as the japanese player (with the ball!) were all faster than him
sakho litterally lloked like he had something on his back, something very heavy

yet they keep saying that sakho is very fast:

Renowned for his pace, aerial ability and leadership

aerial ability? sakho has none, he was guilty on spain's goal, and on lille's goal against PSG too: http://youtu.be/ZnvsMxzzy4A

someone told me that in the video game "FIFA" sakho had 75 in speed and koscielny 74, i don't know if it's true but if it's true it shows that everyone believes sakho is fast just because he's black

if he was fast, his coach at PSG would have used him as a fullback (thiago silva said that he prefered to play with alex alongside him, that he felt safer than with sakho, so sakho will only be 2nd choice in PSG)

also, i heard that joe hart made a mistake vs poland, on a cross
i said that i was really impressed by him but i wanted to see him play outside of premiere league to see if he was good on the crosses ect
one mistake can happen sometimes, let's see if he'll make other mistakes like this one
even if we discover that he's bad on the crosses, he'll still be amongst the best, maybe better than casillas
if he's good on the crosses he can be one of the very bests in the world, maybe the best goal keeper

I don't understand. The Premier League is the league where a goalie has to deal with lots of crosses, especially when compared to Spain.

but it's different in premiere league, i think
the crosses are more "simple", the goal keeper just has to be tall and that's it
many many times i've seen one of those tall premiere league goal keepers looking totally lost on some crosses when not playing in premiere league

to be more clear about it: i think that in premiere league the aerial ball is a very important part of the game, and the goalkeeper is less protected by the referee
so when you want to score a goal in premiere league you can throw a ball very close to the goalkeeper, and then it's where the goalkeeper has to be very tall, physical ect to prevent a goal from being scored

in other leagues, this kind of aerial balls don't exist, and the goalkeeper is protected more by the referee anyway
so the crosses and aerial balls are intended to be put away from the goal keeper
it means that a huge part of the goalkeeper role in other countries is making the decision to come out of his goal or not
while in premiere league you almost always have to go and battle for an aerial ball when you're a goalkeeper
that might be, according to me, why when they play outside of premiere league, the goal keepers from premiere league look lost sometimes on the crosses

anyway, being a goalkeeper in premiere league and in the rest of the world are 2 very different things, in france we talked about it once again, because lloris was transfered to tottenham

OK, now I think I understand. You're not questioning whether Hart can handle crosses - the way Spanish keepers cannot. Although one would think that the more crosses a goalie is used to seeing the more skilled he'd become at deciding which ones he needs to come out for. But, yes, I can also see how a Premier League goalie, when in doubt about a particular cross, would almost always come out aggressively for it whereas in some other leagues the goalie would err on the side of caution and let his defenders take care of the situation.

yes, i think that because of their unique style of football, the english goalkeepers learn to be aggressive, and don't learn to think before going out of their goal
being too aggressive on a corner or a cross can be a mistake
you can try to get the ball while letting your defenders take care of it would have been a better choice, but you can also be fooled by the direction and the path of the ball if you come out of your goal too early
then you would have to adapt your footsteps to change direction, and that can lead to a total failure because whithout taking the right steps you can't jump

South American qualification: It seems as if Uruguay have hit a bit of a dry spell…a third consecutive very heavy loss (1:4 against Bolivia, though it’s understandable to a degree given the high altitude and the rather hostile atmosphere in La Paz). I wonder whether the team no longer has the hunger because of the successful showing during the 2010 World Cup and the triumph at the 2011 Copa America. Coates hasn’t seen a lot of playing time and the defense has looked vulnerable, though they haven’t produced the goods in the forward department as well. Maybe Suarez is tired, as he has been playing a lot for FC Liverpool due to their lack of forward options. Argentina, Colombia and possibly Ecuador are almost certain to qualify, but Uruguay will have to improve to finish in 5[SUP]th[/SUP] place and face New Zealand (I think that they will manage to defeat New Caledonia) in an intercontinental playoff. On the plus side, one can say that Uruguay now have most of their difficult games out of the way, so it’s quite likely that the results will start to improve. Peru and Paraguay may still rock the boat for the favourites.

Shocking loss for Canada…their coach Stephen Hart has resigned and there will be a new man in charge for the upcoming Gold Cup. The Canadians have traditionally struggled against Central American sides and Honduras is a bit of a bogey team for them. I have also been reading some comments on sites like BigSoccer which suggest that the “Maple Leafs” are not doing enough to ensure themselves a proper home field advantage…sometimes it’s a bit of a gamble to host matches in Toronto, as many of the immigrants who have Central American heritage are likely to cheer for the opponents of the Canadian team. In addition, the weather in Toronto is on average not as cold as in some other big cities in Canada, so the Central American sides are usually able to adjust to the meteorological conditions without too much trouble.

England’s group is quite interesting…I think that the English will manage to qualify directly, but Montenegro are now in the driving seat for the second spot after their away win over Ukraine, the “Little Serbs” could make the playoffs.

Germany vs. Sweden – it’s hard to say whether the Germans became overly confident and really underestimated the opponent once they took a 4:0 lead (I agree with @Matra that this seems to be a weakness when it comes to them), but Neuer made a rare mistake on one of the Swedish goals and their defense (without Hummels) generally looked quite disjointed. It’s amazing that Sweden retained the self-belief (after 0:4 they must have been thinking of ways to limit the damage and prevent a real thrashing). Also, it seems that even top national sides are not immune to conceding goals in a quick fashion and are prone to mental lapses.

Excellent header by Giroud, I get the impression that he really enjoys playing for France and tends to do even better (than for his club team) while on international duty. Hopefully Chantome will soon get his chance as well.

Belarus won 2:0 against Georgia, but are a long shot to reach the playoffs…one of my favourite goalkeepers Veremko is now their captain and showed his worth with some decisive interventions, though he was of course left out to dry against a very dominant Spain.

giles, i stopped watching uruguay months ago because they are anoying, the coach fails to bring in new players, as you said coates must play more, nobody understand why cristiano "cebolla" rodriguez doesn't play more also
there are many young players that could be called
cavani as never been used in his right position too, if you remember the 2010 world cup he was useless
i think that they will qualify though

i was impressed by peru and paraguay, and they had some good results
peru did 1-1 against argentina, and they deserved to win
but the latest matches have been VERY disapointing for me, look at the players on the peru team and on the paraguay team, they don't play with their best players, the ones that made me enjoy their teams

argentina on the other hand is very impressive, if they could get another goal keeper it would be great
messi is finally loved by the fans, he said that he feels loved by the fans, and he's put in the right conditions, so he shines with argentine (he was very good before too, but less influent than in barcelona)
it means that argentina will be very dangerous at the world cup

Maybe Suarez is tired, as he has been playing a lot for FC Liverpool due to their lack of forward options.

His careless giveaway in mid-field led directly to the second goal. I was disappointed in Uruguay's poor play.

Canada's team has no heart. The 8-1 result has to be the most embarrassing in the country's history. It didn't have to be that way as they dominated Honduras when they played in Toronto yet just couldn't score even though they created a lot of chances. Even their 8-1 loss didn't have to happen. If you watch the video below at 0.16 seconds and 0.34 seconds you'll see they should have scored twice early on in the match but their "striker" Tosaint Ricketts messed up both chances. The first opportunity came after less than two minutes and had he scored - as he should have - it would have been a very different match. It's an appalling miss. Why on earth would he give it an extra touch? Then at 0.34 seconds in the video the same player misses an easy rebound from the post. That was right after Honduras had scored. So Canada should've been in the lead. But when Honduras scored the second goal the Canadian team just collapsed.

The "rain-delayed" Poland-England match finished 1-1, which was a fair result. Incidentally, both goals came from corners.

England started 7 Whites and 4 blacks, finishing with 6 Whites and 5 blacks. Poland's team was all-White (complete with Frenchman Ludovic Obraniak...).

Meanwhile, Australia squeezed out an unconvincing 2-1 win against Iraq in "neutral" Qatar before a colossal crowd of 2,183. Things really looked up to **** when the Arabs opened the scoring after 72 minutes, but the Socceroos salvaged the three points with two quick goals in the 80th and 84th minutes. Unfortunately, both goals fell to non-White players: US-based Tim Cahill and that ever-annoying twerp Archie Thompson.

Three of Australia's remaining four group matches shall be played at "home" (but the stadiums shall doubtlessly be packed with an assortment of Australian-hating, welfare-sponging camel shaggers), with the lone away fixture being against Japan. Given such a scenario and the "quality" of opposition, one would expect the Socceroos to easily manage automatic qualification via a top two finish but these days one can never be sure.

As I said in an earlier post, if it comes to an intercontinental playoff against a South American nation, Australia is finished. Anyway, I'm of the opinion that if the Socceroos qualify for the finals they shall be nothing better than whipping boys (or, more accurately, old men...).
