Wouldn't mind a draw here. Germany and Portugal going through in this group would be very good. Strange how many white American kids play soccer yet the team is only barely majority white.

Well, Klinsmann is a big fan of those "German-Americans" with German mothers and American fathers. Those negro servicemen sure loved them some fräuleins.

Ghana is exposing the negro US defenders now in the 2nd half. Germany should easily drop 3-4 goals on these AA fools. If the Ghanians weren't so inept themselves, they would've scored a goal by now.

Dempsey and Bedoya are white. A true white Hispanic is as white as any other white man or woman. Zimmerman, of course, is not white but was falsely labeled as such by the enemedia in their never-ending search for the Great White Defendant.

pumpkinhead already missed a goal scoring oportunity but now it's over

Like I said...they should've brought Donovon. LOL

If either Germany or Portugal have as much ball possession against the USA as Ghana did they'll put 4 or 5 shots passed Tim Howard.

Dempsey's father is half black, I believe.

Americans don't like soccer, and never will. I played soccer as a like kid, but I never really enjoyed it, and most people I talk to in the U.S. Feel that way. The U.S. will get destroyed by either Germany or Portugal next round, and then it will be over for them. I will be rooting for Germany to win it all.

Just as a matter of personal taste, I find soccer to be unwatchable most of the time, except for the once-every-four-years World Cup, and then I only find it interesting because the stadiums are so full, and the air of excitement in the crowd is infectuous. Also in the World Cup, teams that are actually representing the very best are on display, where as with American professional soccer, one is left with the impression that you are watching an inferior version of something else, such as watching Arena football or something.

Further, I see it as a grand opportunity for the inevitable result where Black or mostly-Black squads are shown up and soundly defeated by a bunch of high-motor, aw-shucks, lunchpail old-school hard-working White guys, since it demonstrates that when Whites that are highly-interested in a certain sport are given a fair opportunity on a level playing field and go toe-to-toe with representatives from other races who are EQUALLY invested in that sport, the White guys (or, for better or worse, teams with a significant number of White guys) can and usually do triumph.

Being culturally White is also important.

Dempsey has a White American name and is most likely a White Anglo-Saxon Protestant (WASP). I'll take some one like that over a White Hispanic that is Catholic and sides with Illegal immigrants.

They consider him mixed, part black, part white, and part hispanic. I think he looks Mexican, and he grew up in a Mexican neighborhood in Texas. If he was white he would a wigger, for trying to have a rap career.

If Dempsey was a quarter black the media would never shut the **** up about it.

This. We would've heard about it by now if he were any part black. They'd have proclaimed him the face of US Soccer over Landon Donovan/Michael Bradley a long time ago. They'd be talking about him like they talk about Altidore.

His Wikipedia page says he's a Christian, and he's married with a nice family. He's not ****y, and is a humble guy. Wikipedia also doesn't mention ANYTHING about him being a part black, which they love to do with most people who have black heritage.

No one considers him part black of Hispanic. He has an Irish last name and grew up in a town that 51% white.

I was hoping for a 0-0 draw between the U.S. and Ghana, but it was mildly entertaining to see the lispy, nauseatingly-hyped, do-nothing mouth-breather, Jozy “Pumpkinhead” Altidore pull up lame. I would image he’ll miss the game against Portugal and maybe Germany. Hopefully, Pumpkinhead’s replacement, Aron Johannsson (a citizen of Iceland with no discernible connection to the U.S.), will shine in his stead…

I'll bet that Jaguar is happy to have wasted several million corporate advertising dollars on a player that was injured 25 minutes into the World Cup Finals, haha...

It was also good to know that Ghana doesn’t seem to have the quality of previous tournaments (althought they do have some injuries), where they were the best squad that Africa had to offer. The most desirable results in this group moving forward would be for Germany and Portugal to win-out, for Ghana to go 0-3 and for the U.S. to go 1-2.

As for Germany, their 3 non-whites did nothing in the game to foster goals. It was Mario Götze’s run that set up Müller’s first goal via penalty kick. It was Kroos’ corner kick that set up Hummels’ header goal. It was Götze who fed Müller’s second goal. It was Schürrle who set up Müller’s third goal.

As for Hummels, thankfully his injury might only require him to miss one game…

Mats Hummels says the thigh injury that forced him off in Germany’s 4-0 rout of Portugal on Monday is not serious enough to force him out of the World Cup.

The Borussia Dortmund centre-back limped off in the 72nd minute of his country’s opening game in Salvador on Monday with a worrying looking thigh problem. However, Hummels and his coach Joachim Löw are confident the player will be back for Germany’s final Group G game against the USA even if he has to sit out Saturday’s match against Ghana.

No European team has ever won the tournament when its been held in South America or the US which is more than half a dozen times but so far the best teams have been Holland,Germany and Italy. This year could be a first. Its a shame Italy start Mario Balletelli something that hurts many Italians especially as he commands so much media attention and they really dont need him.Italy have an exceptional midfield, probably the best in the tournament Pirlo at 35 is still going strong. That is their engine, there are a number of Italian fowards that could do just as good a job as the African.

The Dutch have been impressive. They start 3 black/non white players at defensive positions but their midfield and foward line consist of athletic white guys.I was impressed by them at the last world cup where they got to the final but they could go one better this year.

At a quick glance it looks like Belgium has 6 whites, 4 blacks and a Muslim starting. I had thought it would be 7 whites, 3 blacks and an Arab.

I was happy to see team USgAy beat the super-affletes from Ghana. It was seriously nauseating to hear over and over about Ghana's speed. Sure some of those lanky negros are fast but does anyone have the gall to say that tactically they suck? Or how about their piss-poor accuracy on shots, headers and set pieces? With both fullbacks, Johnson and Beasley, allowing attack after attack, how did Ghana not have at least 3 or 4 goals? Well, see my analysis of Ghana's technical skill. Germany, and to a lesser extent Portugal, would have eaten USA alive.

To me, Cameron, Jones (best game I've ever seen him play) and Beckerman were the keys to victory. Dempsey also deserves credit for a quality goal and staying on and playing with gauze in his nose. I assume his nose was broken after an axe kick to the face from some supa-afflete? The reckless high kick, which I would have awarded a yellow card for, was not even called a foul. The FIFA refs have been mostly horrible all tournament.

Zusi also needs to start. He's one of their most creative passers and their best taker of free kicks. His corner was perfect. Something also needs to be done about Beasley. He stinks. I would have had Clarence Goodson and Belser in the middle with Cameron on the right and Fabian Johnson on the left. But Jurgen didn't even think he was good enough to make the squad. Gonzalez, Brooks, Chandler and Yedlin were more worthy.....:spit:

I don't follow Belgium closely but I thought Dries Mertens or Kevin Mirallas would be starting? Are Dembele and Chadli really superior talents?

From my layman's perspective, I assume that certain European teams feature a few Blacks (and, in the case of nauseating squads like France, a lot of Blacks) out of some mistaken belief that the Black players are actually good to begin with, or any better than the available White players.

In the case of the USA I think the placement of Blacks in soccer is not so much an extension of the belief that the Blacks are any good, but because the USA team would look like something approaching a Waffen SS recruitment poster if the actual, BEST players represented our country. Perhaps an aberrant Black or Hispanic here and there, but everywhere else, White, White, White, White...

The "politically-correct" public will acquiesce to an all-Black team in certain sports (in rare cases, such as hockey, which many consider a "niche" sport, few complain if it's basically a White-pride parade), but if a global sport with significant Third-World participation features an all-White, or nearly all-White squad, the fat ass, never-played-sports-in-their-lives club would flap their gay bingo-wings in a hissy fit of Broadway musical proportions.

So, that is why the USA team is destined to suck, because the best players do not actually play. Many are snubbed from the team in order to appease the feminists and ******* and disingenuous liberals who say "I love minorities" in one sentence and meanwhile the doorman in their Manhattan lofts knows who NOT to let in the building.

So, you have lame, useless American Black players who have no real right to be on the field, and will naturally be carved to ribbons by Teutons and Spaniards and Scandinavians and Mediterranean peoples.

In Europe, by contrast, while perhaps the best players do not always get to START, they are inevitably still on the squad and WILL play crucial minutes.

Hey guys I don't really follow soccer but I have a question about Balloteli. Is he actually a good player or is the only reason he's considered a super star because he's black ? I know he's probably not as great as they hype him up to be but is he at least decent. Would he have made the national team if he weren't black ?

Algeria's first goal (a penalty) in a WC finals since 1986 according to the commentator. Funny thing is I actually remember that 1986 goal because it was against Northern Ireland. A free kick in which an Algerian stood in the NI wall, the oldest trick in the book, and shot it right through the wall beating the Arsenal keeper Pat Jennings.

Here's another thing I remember from the 1986 WC: an all white Belgium team making it to the semi-finals only to lose to Diego Maradona's Argentina. Based on how they played in the first half against Algeria this toothless and unimaginative Belgian team will be lucky to get through the group stage.

he has a powerfull shot and is pretty skilled for a black player
but if he was born in france i believe he wouldn't have turned pro
he did in italy and was always considered italy's future because there are few blacks there
i consider him similar to the former french international djibril cissé, maybe more skilled than him but less physical too
cissé is considered a clown in france
in france balotelli would have been unnoticed

at club level he has never managed yet to have a good season
based on club performance there are many white players who deserve to start ahead of balotelli and who are not in the team (italian players all play in the italian league so it's easy to compare them)

another amateurish corner kick: algeria's black goalkeeper come out of his goal but manages to miss the ball , and a black belgian totally misses the open goal after that
blacks can't head the ball, and can't come out of their goal when they are goalkeepers

I didn't think Belgium would be just as bad as the USA in terms of their white starters. Hell, the USA will be better now (assuming Besler's not seriously hurt).

And a serious question here: does Belgium even have a white striker? I see another no-name black just came on for Lukaku.
