Green Bay has done a complete switch of their offensive line. Bryan Bulaga will move from RT to LT and RG Josh Sitton will move from RG to LG. Meanwhile Newhouse and TJ Lang will move to the right side and Newhouse will be facing competition from Don Barclay at RT. So the Packers have 4 capable guys, one away from a snowplow :rockon:. Wide Receiver Jordy Nelson is a lock on the outside. He averaged 18 yards per catch in 2012 and 15 in 2013! He's been pretty explosive and still has not reached his full upside due to some nagging injuries. With Rodgers and Kuhn Pack will start 7 white guys with a chance at 8 on Offense.

The Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel reports LT Bryan Bulaga suffered a knee injury in Saturday's intrasquad scrimmage, and the Packers are "fearing the worst." The injury initially seemed minor, until Bulaga approached medical staff reporting a "problem" with one of his knees. After exams, the Packers reportedly have "concern that the injury was a torn ligament and would turn out to be season-ending." Should Bulaga's injury prove as severe as feared, Green Bay's first option would likely involve turning back to Marshall Newhouse. Newhouse started the past two years on Aaron Rodgers' blindside, but consistently struggled and was benched this offseason in favor of Bulaga.

Don, it looks like Bulaga has a torn ACL. This definitely is terrible news for him, but also for Aaron Rodgers, who'll have Marshall Newhouse attempting to "protect" his blindside again this season.

Bulaga sustained the season-ending injury in Saturday night's intrasquad scrimmage. After making 33 starts at right tackle over the last three years, he was pegged as Aaron Rodgers' new blindside protector. The Packers will now have to move Marshall Newhouse back to the left side, and perhaps try fourth-round pick David Bakhtiari on the right. Newhouse started every game at left tackle last year, but struggled badly and graded out as ProFootballFocus' No. 54 overall tackle. It's not good news for Rodgers.

With David Bakhtiari a likely new starter for the Packers, I'm trying to do a little racial investigation of him. Its likely his dad is Iranian or some other middle easterner, but I wonder if his mom is white as in some photos he could pass as an Italian or Greek. On the Packers website there is a recent interview of him and he looks fairly white. He comes across as well spoken, and lists Joe Staley as someone he models his game after. Also, his brothers all have conventional first names. He lives and grew up in the Burlingame San Mateo area in northern California so its likely his parents are professionals.

Green Bay’s premeditated darkening platform hasn’t come without cost, as the 2011 and 2012 installments of the squad obviously lacked the fortitude and discipline required to win even a single meaningful game in the playoffs. They lost to the Giants in the first round of 2011 (following a 15-1 season) before skating past the hapless Vikings (lead by black quarterback Joe Webb) before getting drubbed by the 49ers in 2012.

WR Jordy Nelson, the son of a Kansas cattle farmer hailing from the “middle of somewhere,” could regain his title of the NFL’s premiere deep threat in 2013, as he was in 2011. When healthy, Nelson is impossible to cover one-on-one, particular on deep routes. Thankfully, the Packers failed to re-sign Greg Jennings, leaving Nelson and the talented Randall Cobb and James Jones as clear cut starters. Having quality receivers starting alongside him should actually help reduce double teams on Jordy…

Kuhn, the criminally underused fullback out of DII Shippensburg, was once a record-setting tailback in high school and college, but has mostly been relegated to blocking for the putrid collection of black running backs that have littered the roster of the past 3 seasons (DuJuan Harris, Ryan Grant, Alex Green, James Starks, Cedric Benson, Dimitri Nance, Brandon Jackson), a handful of predictable goal line carries, and catching short passes out of the backfield. In “emergency duty” during their championship season, Kuhn looked like a powerback in the mold of Marshawn Lynch, BenJarvis Green-Ellis, Jonathan Stewart, or Peyton Hillis. Kuhn, already a fan favorite, could be a juggernaut of pain for opposing defenders, but alas, his talents (like so many other capable white athletes) are wasted in favor of the recently-drafted Eddie “Lard Ass” Lacy and other black scrubs…

Offensive backs-up that could make the team include: QB Graham Harrell, LT Don Barclay, C Garth Gerhart (Toby Gerhart’s younger brother), G Greg Van Roten, T Andrew Datko, and TE Ryan Taylor.

Green Bay’s defensive woes are well-documented, particularly their secondary, which hasn’t featured a regular white starter since Matt Bowen, who had a nice campaign in 2002. In 2003, Bowen moved on to Washington, where he had a great season…

Defensive backups that could make the team include: Nobody. From 2[SUP]nd[/SUP] string to 4[SUP]th[/SUP] string, there are no other white defenders on the roster.

Projected whites on the 53-man roster: 18 (when including 3 specialists)

Overall, despite their dearth of white defensive talent, Green Bay should be a palatable club, particularly so in the NFC, where the only “white friendly” teams are the Packers, Eagles, Vikings, and to a far lesser extent the Cowboys and Rams. In my opinion, if Nelson is healthy and dominating at WR, I’d love to see this team in the Superbowl.

All NFL teams operate within strict racial guidelines when it comes to rosters, religiously adhering to unwritten rules that went into effect 30 years ago, one of the key ones being that neither a roster nor a starting lineup can be majority White. Whenever an organization changes within the allowable demographic parameters -- all black except for the kicker, punter, long snapper and a few o-linemen and maybe a quarterback at one extreme, to "relatively White friendly" but still predominantly black at the other "extreme" -- it will almost always coincide with a change in coaching staff, GM, and/or ownership.

But the Packers have gone in a different direction very quickly toward eventual coal blackness following their Super Bowl win with the Whitest starting lineup and overall roster in the league even though their front office remains the same. Watching them playing right now against the Seahawks, they are blacker than Plantation Pete's team once you get past the starters. No black defensive players other than Matthews and Hawk, and with Vince Young now in they have three sumo o-linemen as well. There's a White receiver playing I've never heard of, so I'll give his chances of making the roster at about 1 in 1,000.

Once Jordy Nelson gets healthy and if they stick with an all-White line, Green Bay will have 8 White starters on offense and 2 on defense. But -- they're as black as the Steelers when it comes to up and coming players to replace current starters once they fade or leave via free agency. So enjoy rooting for the Packers for another season or two or three, before they return to the wretched Mike Sherman era of lousy teams that were all black outside of Favre, some o-linemen, and Aaron Kampman (who had to serve a lengthy racial apprenticeship before becoming an instant star once he was "allowed" to start).

Clearly Ted Thompson, Mark Murphy and whoever else may make personnel decisions, such as Mike McCarthy, were terribly embarrassed by the amount of White players who helped lead them to a Super Bowl win. When they sink a few seasons from now, with Aaron Rodgers playing the role Ben Roethlisberger does for the rapidly declining Steelers, I'll be glad to see it because they'll have richly earned it by abandoning a formula that worked for one that will fail.
