T Wolves now back to .500. They can't seem to break away from a 50-50 winning percentage.

I was hoping Minnesota would have a chance of getting above .500 over the next couple of days, with the 18-25 NO Pelicans, Memphis at 22-20, and Atlanta at 23-21, however it may have just got a little harder for the T'Wolves. Nikola Pekovic, 18/9, is out indefinitely with bursitis in his ankle! He will be re-evaluated after 7-10 days of inactivity. A tough blow to the already inconsistent T'Wolves.

Look for more of the already heavy load to be put on Love. Also, I think we're going to see what Rubio is really made of over the next 2 weeks. I hope he steps up. They're going to need him!

Damn talk about bad luck. There is also alot of speculation that Pekovic could make the all star game as a reserve. He is a stud and belongs there with out a doubt. One of the best pure centers out there. He is a beast. Rest up Pek. We need you in the 2nd half of the season.

The 18-25 New Orleans Pelicans in Minnesota tonight at 8 P.M. Let's see if the T'Wolves can get over the .500 mark. They will be without Pekovic, but New Orleans has been without second leading scorer Ryan Anderson, 19.8, so should make for an interesting game. I look for Love to have a big night!

Also, Houston in Dallas tonight, where Dirk is 16 points from getting to 26,000 for his career. He's averaging over 21 a game, so he should get this with no problem and continue his march into the top 10 all-time. Oscar Robertson is 10th at 26,710. Look for Dirk to pass him sometime later in the season.

Thanks for the updates. If I were Dirk, I would try to save the basketballs from the big milestones of scoring in his career. Like for example if he had the 5000,10,000, 15,000,20,000,25,000, and eventually 30,000 career points. That would be cool to sign and date them and have them in a display case in his house. As I always say, Long live King Dirk Nowitzki.

Kevin Love will be on a mission. He knows how badly this team needs to break this psychological barrier. It will happen tonight. The question is did I just jinx this team again? I sure hope not. This is a must win! While most of the country is focused on the Heat/Thunder Game, the Twolves will start their ascent towards making the 2014 nba playoffs!

Yes great milestones indeed. I would like to see Love get a triple double tonight. Also, Rubio is going to have to step up.... In other news, Orlando's Nikola Vucevic returns tonight and despite only playing 12 minutes in the first half has 12 points and 6 boards to lead the Magic who are losing to the Raptors 55-40!

Not sure about a triple double but I would love to see it! I'm predicting a 40/20 game for Love which would be equally impressive!

Glad to see the Vucevic back. He can play. So many of our guys have been hurt this year.

Well, WL it looks like Love was 2 missed free throws from halfway to that 40/20! He's at 18/10 after the first half as Minnesota leads 47-35. If they extend the lead, look for Love to sit the fourth quarter.

Could be a great night shaping up for our guys......

Vucevic, 16/10 in only 20 mins. of playing time
Valanciunas, 14/15
Dragic 15 point in less than 12 mins.
Nowitzki, 11 first quarter points
Parsons 9 1st quarter points
Hawes 18/5 through 3!

If he stays healthy, at 21.2 pg he should surpass Oscar Robertson at #10 on the all-time scoring list this season, even if Dallas were to miss the playoffs. Right now there is one white guy ahead of him. Havlicek.

No problem brother.

Finally, Minnesota gets over .500, 23-22, with a win over New Orleans. We need Denver to lose tonight to move Minnesota into sole possession of 3rd!

Love 30/14/5.

Stiemsma of New Orleans had 12 boards. Minnesota should have kept him. They could really use some help for Love with Pekovic out!

I just saw these images of Dirk's wedding for the first time. Wow. I'll always be a fan. And he does seem like a genuinely nice guy (maybe that's his problem). But wow.

What a night for our guys. I love how you called them white assasins! It fits.

Nowitzki is such an amazing basketball player. I don't agree with him on other things like Steve Nash but I root for him as an athlete. He is probably the best white basketball player ever other than Bird. We could add many other guys here to consider to. Bob Pettit was as good as anyone scoring and rebounding. Pistol Pete Maravich is one of the greatest scorers ever along with amazing ball handling & passing skills. The you have John Stockton who is the all time assists and steals leader in nba history ever! Add Nash with two mvps in back to back seasons. So many guys we could throw out there but over a career, no one is close to Dirk other than "Hondo" John Havlicek who Dirk will pass soon. Two more names off the tip of my tongue are Jerry West(Nba Logo)modeled after him and Rick Barry.

Dirk had 38 points and 17 rebounds last night. Incredible performance by an amazing bball player. I hope if his marraige fails that he marries a white woman next so he can have some white children. Just my opinion but I wish him the best. I hope he gets top ten of all time this year.

Kevin Love was the man. He does it night after night and finally my wolves are above 500. I had a few cold ones to celebrate last night. It was a great night. One last thing. Chandler Parsons is really taking his game to the next level and he had a nasty dunk last night. What a great all around player this kid is. The Twolves play again on Friday. Let's get another long winning streak. Currently they have went 6-1 over their last 7 games. I will take it and I want to see alot more winning! Hurry up and get healtny Pek. We need you.

I don't follow basketball that closely, but I find myself liking the Phoenix Suns, for a few reasons: They have some great white players. None of the "experts" gave them a chance at the beginning of the season, and now here they are proving them wrong. And last but certainly not least, they are based in the great state of Arizona, which has been relentlessly attacked by the venom-literally-drips-from-their-fangs cultural Marxists for daring to pass a (rather mild) law against illegal immigration.

I love the Suns too. They have been white friendly for the most part over the last 4 decades or so. Back in the late 80's to 90's they had Tom Chambers on their team. He scored a franchise record 56 points in one game and then a few weeks later he scored 60 points. It is still a Suns Record until this very day. On those Suns teams they had guys like Ainge, Hornacek, Majerle, and many others to go along with Chambers. Steve Nash won two NBA MVP Awards while playing for the Suns. Now they have Goran Dragic who will probably make the all star game. He is averaging 20 points per game and dishing out over 6 assists. Then Plumlee ane Len are the two big men. I think they even have another guy(russian) who doesn't play. So they start two whites.

Yes Arizona like Texas is a republican state and they don't like illegals.

Here is video about his 60 point game. Wish it showed more and was a better quality video. Keep in mind that when Chambers scored 60 points for the Suns, he was taken out of the game with over 4 minutes left. He might have went for 70 or even a little higher! Like I said before though, it is still a All Time Suns Single Game Scoring Record!

Good stuff WL, and here's one of the most famous dunks of all-time, Chambers posterizing Mark Jackson!

ENJOY!!!

Great seeing you post on the NBA thread PamelaOC! What are the chances of getting more women on CF? It would be great for our cause!

I liked the early-90s Suns too.., Majerle was big-time for that franchise. First rounder who was good for 16-17 points a game thru his prime. I liked those Suns teams. They had a unique look back then too, purple & orange jerseys, with the exploding, Raisin-Bran sun b-ball. They kinda had a monopoly on the purple&orange. At the time I don't remember many (if any) pro uniforms with that combination (?)

And to your last point, AZ was a very Conservative spot 25 years ago, but was rapidly transforming from illegal immigration.. not Goldwater's Arizona anymore/

It has changed a little but AZ still has Govenor Janet Brewer. She has taken on President Obama many times. She also is as republican and right wing as you will find. Then AZ also has the toughest sherriff in America named Joe Arpaio. He contnues to win election after election despite people like George Soros spending millions and LaRaza doing their best to get rid of him. Arpaio has had death threats and even the white house has threatened him over and over. Sheriff Arpaio does not back down from anyone. The guy is in his 80's and he is one tough
son of a gun. Arpaio is always doing immigrant roundups and turning them over to I.C.E. The problem is that with the liberals running things nationally, they tell ICE to let many of them go. What a damn shame.

Speaking of "Thunder" Dan Majerle. He had a dunk in a playoff game over Manute Bol. Majerle is 6'6 and Bol is 7'7. He dunked over him and they had a poster shot of it for sale through the Suns Team Shop many years ago. I will have to see if I can find the video of that dunk.
