Superbowl observations"¦

1) The Packers started 10 whites (Rodgers, Hall, Bulaga, Clifton, Colledge, Wells, Sitton, Hawk, Matthews and Zombo), whereas the Steelers started 4 whites (Roethlisburger, Lagursky, Miller and Keisel).

2) Had Jordy Nelson managed to catch his second touchdown (to essentially seal the game) on the Packers' final drive, he would have likely won the Superbowl MVP award. Along with Jerehme Urban and Jeremy Shockey, Nelson is one of the few white offensive players with sub par catching ability. Nevertheless, 9 catches for 140 yards and a touchdown lead all receivers on both squads. His breakaway speed against the Steelers' secondary was undeniable, though it went completely unnoticed by Buck and Aikman, who instead focused on his several drops. With any luck, Donald "The Smurf"Â￾ Driver will finally retire, leaving Nelson and Swain to join Jennings and Jones as the top wide outs. Nelson, despite comparisons to Ed McCaffery, is not a "possession receiver,"Â￾ he's easily the Packers' best downfield threat. Last night, he broke Max McGee's record for most receiving yards by a Packer in a Superbowl.

3) John Kuhn, along with former Boise State linebacker, Korey Hall, were used exclusively as "fullback types."Â￾ Joe Buck even referred to them as such the few times they were permitted to block for the James Starks. Then again, the Packers only ran the ball a dozen times. Even in short yardage situations, Kuhn was ignored.

4) The everlasting "watermelon grin"Â￾ finally disappeared from the Hines Ward's pudgy little pie face. His frown is invigorating.

5) Mike "The NFL's Sexiest Coach"Â￾ Tomlin was equally downtrodden"¦.you know, as opposed to screaming in Ebonics, laughing, dancing, chest-bumping, jiving, skipping, and "fake boxing"Â￾ with his African "subordinates"Â￾ / homies whenever the Steelers happen to be winning. Tomlin was interviewed after the game"¦and in an act of classic black egotism; he gave the Packers little credit for their victory. It was oh-so sweet to watch this black supremacist, Rooney-Rule beneficiary in such a pathetic, sniffling state. Chocolate tears likely stained the locker room floor as this spoiled brat wept. The explicitly evil Steelers owner, Dan Rooney, was nowhere to be seen.

6) The perpetually-injured, forever-celebrated reigning Defensive Player of the Year, Troy Polamalu finished with three total tackles"¦two of which were shoe-string "trips"Â￾ after completions of 30+ yards. He was late getting to the ball on the 29-yard touchdown catch by Nelson over Ryan Clark and he was late getting to Greg Jennings' first touchdown catch on the goal line (he delivered a hard hit, however). When Polamalu was easily beat on Jennings' second touchdown catch, Troy Aikman tried his darndest to make excuses for the little runt, saying after the touchdown that "it was just a case of Troy Polamalu's aggressive and great instuncts. He bit on the route because he's so good."Â￾ Yeah, sure he did. If Polamalu can manage to make a "big play"Â￾ (i.e., a designed blitz or cherry-picking interception) 4-5 times per season (in between injuries, that is), he'll promptly be elected to every Pro Bowl. His wildly inconsistent play is the main reason why I find his "hype"Â￾ to be undeserving.

7) The always-atrocious, never-funny array of Superbowl commercials featured a slightly less odious gaggle of "dumb white guys"Â￾ getting outsmarted, beaten down, emasculated, etc. However, the most appalling example of anti-white bigotry occurred during the various "Doritos"Â￾ commercials. In one shockingly stupid add, an openly gay white "man"Â￾ loves Doritos so unconditionally that he "sucks"Â￾ a Negro's finger clean in order to ingest more of the sacred cheese residue. A televised version of "syrup of ipecac,"Â￾ indeed.

Overall, it was a great night for our cause and a great ending to a very encouraging season. I imagine that many Jews, drunken white fans, jock-sniffers, and black supremacists were likely squirming in manner similar to any other invertebrate in the animal kingdom. Ha ha.Edited by: Thrashen

Thrashen, Jordy is as solid of a receiver as it gets, although, granted, he is no Welker or Collie catching the ball.
also, he practically stated the game, giving Packers de facto 11 white starters.

Kuhn wasn't used since their gameplan was to go with an all out air attack, they didn't even activate Quinn Johnson, their lead blocker.

WHOA, are you calling me out?

No, he was calling me out. Problem is, he misinterprented my position. I said that, if that game was for real, it means that the caste system is right. I still dont believe that that game was for real, so I do believe that a whiter team is better, if they are not sabotaged by their coaches.

What do I think of this? What I thought and wrote before. The Packers are a caste team, with whites in their caste positions. If Driver had not been injured, Nelson would have ended up with his usual one big play per game, and then that would have been that. The announcers were very quick to spit on Nelson's parade with the alleged "drops", when in reality he had one legit drop, the one before his 38 yard play. The other "drops" were in fact (slightly)overthrown balls.

Kuhn was not allowed to carry the ball. He had to block for the superior afrolet. The RBs were all afrolets.

3 Whites on the defense, they did their job very good. Matthews with the forced fumble which was a game changer, until then in the second half only Stealers were on the field. The momentum was with the Stealers, had they scored on that drive the Packers would have been under big pressure.

Still, at the end of the day, the Packers are a caste team. Jordy was lucky that Driver was injured, and put up a great performance, but even so the announcers had to piss non stop on his parade. Kuhn blocked for the "superior" afrolet. So what is there to think of this one?

Actually, I believe that Nelson was in on most plays before Driver was injured, so even if Driver had not gotten injured Jordy would have put up some solid numbers though probably not as good. It was another white white receiver, Brett Swain, who saw much more action than he would have otherwise.
Personally I believe that the key factor in taking whites out of football lies on defense more than offense. So, for me, with the Packers having three starting whites out there is significant, plus the fact that one of them is the defensive leader.

Saw a funny post.

Guy: Hey Troy, didn't you blow that coverage on Jennings for a touchdown?

Polamalu: I didn't blow that coverage.

Guy: Didn't you?

Polamalu: No.

Guy: DIDN'T YOU?

Polamalu: Yes.

This was oneweakness thatsome "experts" felt the Packers could exploit leading up to the game. Supposedly, the Steelers had troublecovering #3/#4 receivers all season. I believe the Packers planned to look Jordy's way regardless if Driver got hurt or not. Obviously, had Driver played the entire game, Nelson would of probably been targeted less.

I think Jordy is a serious caste buster. He seems to have those "loose hips" I always hear about. He's lanky, runs very smooth, great speed...he looks like the top tier affletes that are "allowed" to play WR minus the one "small" difference.

Jordys actually got great hands, he just had some tough catches to make. Plus he hasnt exactly been getting much playing time, so I say give him a break. His speed and athleticism is undeniable. Reminds me of the Shark back in 2006 for Notre Dame. Imagine if Shark were in the NFL today playing for the packers!

yeah i don't get it. If people think Jordy has sup par hands they should watch some college footage. He made Freeman, after he went to the NFL Freeman's stats dropped significantly. The balls were hard to catch, some almost impossible, but still called drops. Most NFL receivers would have missed some of those. However, I have seen Jordy make ridiculous catches, ones that looked impossible. There is a reason Rodgers kept going back to him. Nelson has the potential to be better than Collie or Welker. I think it is more of a mental thing right now, having to serve his racial apprenticeship for so many years, worried that one mistake and then hes benched for the game, kind of like Jacob Hester earlier this season, he dropped a pass that was a live ball, but didn't go after it until it a few others went after it, he just had this look on his face like "there goes the only chance i get this season". Rodgers showed confidence in him for the biggest game of his career, so hopefully he can start looking like he did in college.

I work nights, just awoke from needed sleep. I feel great! I am still in a glow from the Packers victory. Before turning in, I checked out ESPN homepage. It appears at least for one night, that BSPN was persona non grata. There was this photo of Clay Matthews and Aron Rodgers together with great smiles. Clay was holding Rodgers MVP belt. By the way was this the first year that SB MVPs were given this belt?

Regardless, again a great night and sort of a watershed moment for White dominated team to win the SB, the antithesis of a couple of years ago when the Cardinals played in it.

Just checked Drudgereport. There is a story that this SB was the most viewed SB of ALL TIME!

Which means that millions of White youngsters saw it, and have something real to aspire to in our country's secular religion. The good hits just kept coming from last night.

Don't post as often these days, so lots of thoughts:

What a great game. Just wanted to say, that I agree with Thrashen that Nelson's hands aren't spectacular. For the NFL however, they are certainly not poor and in the average range. Nelson has the potential to be an in prime Terrell Owens type with slightly better hands and less whining/Cancerous attitude problems. Nelson had one clear drop in this game, one ball he dropped after getting nailed that is caught maybe half the time? at most in the NFL- and he had two overthrown balls go off the very tips of the tips of his fingers that would have required a SPECTACULAR catch to pull in. He still had NINE catches for 140! yards!

Aikman seemed more caste than he usually is last night. He was annoying at times, but he did come to Jordy's defense once after he made a big play on the very play after his clear drop, by mentioning how his big plays have helped make up for some of his mistakes tonight or something of the sort. Nelson may move into the #2 WR role next year. This kid is so good that even the NFL will find it hard to keep him as the 4th WR with Driver getting older and not performing at Nelson's level these days.

As much as we wanted to see John Kuhn, Starks had a nice YPC against such a good Steelers' run defense. Starks has performed pretty well and looks like he could be a very solid STARTING tailback in the NFL.

Starks style actually reminds me of Hunter Furr some. Furr has a little more speed, but Starks burst, triangle numbers, size, cut and go follow the blocker style, balance and toughness really remind me of Furr. Neither of these two guys have great X-Z agility, but have superb balance and speed to go with a Powerback X-Y agility style. On that note, Hunter Furr has made an appearance as the #40 tailback in the NFLdraftscout rankings for 2013 when I checked recently. This is with barely even playing, so this kid should be smart enough to transfer if Butch(er) white boy athletes Davis doesn't show him any love next year.Edited by: ToughJ.Riggins

All in, you're right I was calling you out, not Deadlift.

The feeling I get reading your posts is that there is no way out of the caste system. I would say most of us here believe there is, and that big nights like last night help in the cause.

What a lot of people were trying to explain to you after the Patriots lost is that sometimes people don't play their best game. Last year, Duke who started 4/5 white players got beat by an all black Georgetown team, and a Maryland team that started 5 blacks, 1 latino, and 1 white player. Yet they still went and won the championship. If those Duke losses last year weren't scripted, does that mean white players aren't really as good as we think they are?

I don't know what your background in sports is, but most of us here have probably played sports on a variety of levels, up to college. I don't think we have any professional athletes who have claimed so. But those of us who have played sports, even on a high level, know that we can beat a team once, and lose, and likewise lose to a team and then beat them again. It doesn't mean one is eternally better and one worse, it just means they were better in that contest.

When I read your posts I felt like that argument wasn't getting through to you.

As far as Jordy Nelson "only" getting so much play because Driver was hurt, WHO CARES? He was the leading offensive player in the super bowl, scored a touchdown, and got a ring! Every time they showed highlights throughout the game, there was always a white player making a play, whether it was Rogers, Nelson, Matthews, or Rothlisburger.

What millions of people saw where plenty of white guys playing on the biggest stage in football! I doubt very many people saw the Packers and thought "well, the Packers have plenty of white players on their team, but I didn't see any playing safety or cornerback. Sure their leading receiver was white, and another white receiver and tight end were targeted several times, and their white linebackers made plenty of crucial plays like blocked passes, sack, tackles for loss, and forced fumbles; BUT I still think Green Bay only won because of the black players, and they should actually reconstruct their team like the Redskins, because winning the Super Bowl isn't the highest honor a team can achieve."

Look, I don't know what your motive or belief system is. But most of us here agree it's a good thing when white guys are succeeding in football. When they lose, we are disappointed but we don't feel like it's the end of the world. We will cheer for the white players that remain, which is why we're happy that the team with the most white players, that had a nearly half white starting lineup won the biggest game of the season.

If you want to take in what we say, that of course is up to you. At least be honest with yourself that no matter the result of the games that nothing is going to even encourage you a little bit to think something good is happening. I can live with that, I can't live the argument that Nelson being the leading receiver in the game is somehow further entrenching the Caste System.

Good points ES. I think the Pats team beats the Jets 8 out of 10 times late in the football year. There was as much as a 25 point swing between Branch's 4th down drop in Jets territory, Crumpler's dropped TD- and Chung missing on the fake punt- which caused the Jets to take over on downs and then they scored 7 right before half time. Just the last scenario alone could have been a 14 point swing. Heck, even Welker had an uncharacteristic drop and didn't even start the game due to punishment for his foot jokes. I'd say the Pats were a better team, but just not on that day. We easily could have seen a Pats-Packers Superbowl, it just wasn't destined to happen. The bottom line: The black Jets defense is better than the black Pats defense. But there is a bigger gap between the Jets black offense and the Pats relatively white/ fair offense.

It's all relative, but this was the best year in sports for me in my life- with two white RBs a huge part of their teams offense and a couple other role players as well, the whitest team in the league (I'm also long time fan of the Packers and Giants, but I'm now completely in Packer camp) winning it all in football. Heck, even the NCAA tournament had a fair team win with a basically fair team runner up with many other fair teams in the sweet 16! Throw in the end of the 2010 year with Jimmer Fredette lighting it up at the end of last year/beginning of 2011 and we are seeing some stereotypes shattered and a slow growing number of fans sobering up! Heck the FBS season wasn't all bad although it wasn't quite as good as the 09'-10' one. Stanford, Wisconsin, TCU, (heck even Oregon wasn't a horrible team to watch) all did very well.

Nelson was amazing, and it was nice to see Zombo solidify a starting spot with a great game.

Zombo wasn't shown as one of the starters by Fox was he? I thought they only showed Hawk and Matthews but I could be wrong.

If my memory serves me correctly, they did show Zombo. They showed the starters for the 3-4 defense. Each player hung on a banner, first they showed the D-Line, then the 4 LBs and I remember them showing Hawk, Matthews, and Zombo on the banners.

Yes, they showed Zombo as a starter. I remember reading before the game that Zombo would be a starter due to an injury.

A late post but great game for the Packers and a win for Caste Football. Another small step. I also won $300 bucks for the final score in a pool.

As for Frank Zombo, I think we have even downplayed how impressive it is for an undrafted rookie defensive end out of Central Michigan to earn a starting OLB position midway through the season. Then return from injury to reclaim his spot and perform exceptionally in the Super Bowl. Just making the team was impressive and forgoing the evil "White apprenticeship" to start so soon is icing on the cake. How many other White athletes got the breaks that Frank did and does this establish him as a starter now for next year?

Yes Zombo started. While I thought the Packers would win. I didn't think they could win without running more than they did. To think they could win without running at least 20 times would have been impossible in my mind before the game. It shows how good Rogers is with the balls that he puts up there for his receivers. My only regret on the game was Kuhn not getting any touches. By the way couldn't Matthews have had a haircut challenge similar to pro wrestling with Polamalu. It would have been fun seeing Sampson lose his locks at the 50 yard line after the game.....

Yes Jordy dropped a few but he was WIDE open all day--couldn't be covered. Great win for Pack very pleased. Rogers is a classy low key guy too.

Just wanted to point out some stats that I turned up regarding Jordy Nelson's SB performance:

Only six WRs have won the SB MVP award. Of those six only two had more reception yards than Jordy's 140, and both are in the HOF: 1976, Lynn Swann, 161 yards; 1989, Jerry Rice, 148 yards.

And only one has had more receptions than Jordy's 9 catchesin a SB: 2005, Deion Branch, 11 receptions.....but no TDs for Branch.

Jordy's performance was clearly MVP worthy.....and I'm so sick of hearing about the "drops"....he had two drops...one he immediately made up for by going 38 yards to the three yard line.....the other one he was being hit by two DBs as the ball was delivered. The other two he never got a fingertip on...pleez.

I've never heard remotely as much talk about drops as I have after this Super Bowl. Dropping passes is such a black thing that they are laying it on extra thick when a White receiver does it. Jordy doesn't have great hands but his are clearly better than those of James Jones and Donald Driver.
Anyway, Nelson has served his racial apprenticeship, he has too much game to keep down any longer and Rodgers has shown he has no hesitation in looking his way.

Driver is most likely done. Jones is a quality third receiver at best. Nelson can have a breakout year on the outside. We will have to see who the Packers draft though.

True, if an afrolete misses a couple no one points it out because all that matters is the big catch or plays he's made during the game.

I expect Jordy will be sensational next year. He made pleny of huge plays this season. The Packers showed they have great faith in his ability by going to him so often in the biggest game of the year. He runs excellent routes and gets OPEN!

No, he didn't catch every ball thrown his way, but a couple of those alleged drops were damn near impossible for anyone to catch.

Didn't Jones drop at least one very catchable pass? It's too bad Nelson couldn't catch the last one which would have made the score 35-25. It might well have made him the game's MVP.Edited by: sport historian
