I keep hearing the phrase "he finishes his runs." What exactly does it mean to "finish" a run?

I haven't been able to figure that one out.

I'd think it means he barrels forward for an extra yard or two every play. You know what every RB in the league does.
 
Maybe "finishes a run" is one of those made up compliments people give so that they will have something nice to say to someone, kind of like soft litotes.

"That was a SUPER heart effort!" is like something you say to a special-needs kid when he helps fold laundry (after which, someone folds it again properly).

"That's pretty, but it's not your best color" is what you say to a woman when you want to avoid telling her that she looks fat in that dress, but you're not so in a hurry to leave the store that you just say eff it and tell her "it looks fine," because you were smart enough to eat a snack before leaving home and therefore aren't that hungry for lunch yet.

"He finishes his runs" might be something you say about some dumbass after he got tackled too early but you (the casteslut announcer) want to avoid saying "he runs like a geriatric moron and has the evasive skills of a fat kid on a suburban preadolescent team".

Well! I'm sure glad he finished his run, because otherwise he would run out of the stadium into the parking lot or into a liquor store and scare the Korean owners.
 
Really thought that the Eagles were going to give it away. That is very good news that they made the playoffs, giving us two teams to root for against the other odious NFC choices.

What happened to Kirk Cousins today? What a horrific game to have, and against a terrible defense like the Giants. You won't hear any fans clamoring for him to start now. I wonder if it affected his trade value.

I want to root for the Patriots, but it's pretty hard when their top RB is now the thoroughly despicable Lagarette "Sucker Punch" Blount. How can someone that slow have a long TD run? I'm sorry, but with him running the ball regularly now, the Patriots are just not that much fun to watch.

What really hurts, when seeing the likes of Blount and future HOFer Edwin Baker (what street corner did they find him on?) getting tons of carries, is realizing Rex Burkhead, who is in another stratosphere talent wise, never even sniffs the field. And compare Blount with Hillis- why is Blount given such a golden opportunity, when someone who is superior to him in every single aspect, like Hillis, is relegated to backing up yet another future HOFer, Andre Brown?

Why do the Chargers ignore Woodhead except in crunch time? I've never seen any back utilized like this. He should be on the field at the same time as Matthews- used in the slot and other creative ways. But that's expecting a lot from these glorified gym coaches.

I have to agree with Don- some white players are more equal than others. Denver, with Manning the clear superstar and TWO regular white WRs, are far more threatening to the Caste System than a team with an all white offensive line or two white defensive starters. I hope they win the Super Bowl.
 
The Redskins had no game plan - a team in disarray. They made him throw the ball 49 times without any offensive balance.

I'd put the Eagles above the Pats, but otherwise agree. Here's to one and done's for seven thru twelve.

This looks good. And in terms of playoffs, this is as good as it gets from a caste perspective. The only white-friendly team that didn't make it is MIN and I suppose it would have been better if ARZ had made it over the 49'ers or Saints.

Now, it's important that the teams we root for have some success. My hopeful picks:

DEN vs NE in the AFC title game
PHI vs GB in the NFC title game

Any combination of the above 4 in the SB works for me.
 
Congrats to Danny Woodhead on going over 1000 yards from scrimmage for the first time in his career.

Could have gotten another ~100 yards rushing on the same number of carries if his carries were true running plays and not just shotgun audibles up the gut. Even with Matthews miraculously becoming less fragile and more reliable this year, Danny still should have gotten at least another 5 carries a game. He legitimately could have been a 180-200 carry, 90-100 catch guy this year, but only seemed to be used when the team really needed it, when a drive had to be successful, when time was running out.

He had 40% more touches in 2nd and 4th Quarters than in 1st and 3rd quarters, whereas Matthews was used evenly throughout. He ran for harder yardage as well. Only 30% of his runs were to the outside, and many of those were from the shotgun, compared to 50% outside runs for Matthews that were mostly sweeps/pitches. Despite being 20 pounds lighter, his inside running average of 4.1ypc was significantly better than Matthews' 3.6.

Interestingly enough Woodhead and Matthews both shared nearly equal amounts of offensive snaps. Must be nice to have a paleface willing to take over the pass blocking for you when you need a breather.
 
The good thing about the Panthers being in is Luke Kuechly will be seen nationwide. It'll be hard for the bums who announce the games to ignore him making tackle after tackle.

The term "finish off a run" was used in the SEC when it was all white.

I love Kuechly as much as the next racially aware white guy but believe me, his success will be overshadowed by that narcissistic man-child Newton.

I live in SC it's nauseating to see old white men and women walking around with Newton jerseys everywhere. They have absolutely NOTHING in common with this retard but think by wearing that jersey it makes then cool..... ****ing disgusting

Very nice list, PamelaOC. I’d actually put the Bengals (who have Dalton, Eifert, 3 white OL, and Whalen/Sanzenbacher on their roster) ahead of the Zulu Drew-commanded Saints. By the way, assuming you’re actually a legit new poster and not another in a long line of impostors, I've enjoyed your posts. Welcome aboard.

1) Even with highly-unfortunate, season-ending injuries to Sebastian Vollmer and Rob Gronkowski, New England is clearly the most white-friendly squad in the playoffs. They still have Brady, two starting white receivers (Amendola/Edelman), a 4/5 white OL, TE Mulligan, and FB Develin on offense. They also have two white starters on defense (Gregory, Ninkovich) and reserves such as Vellano, Jones, and Fletcher. Their special teams players include LB Chris White and FS Nate Ebner.

2) As you noted, the Eagles are certainly next in terms of fairness. They have a young star at QB (Foles), a starting white flanker WR (Cooper), a white back-up WR (Maehl), three white TE’s (Celek, Ertz, Casey), and a 4/5 white OL. Defensively, Connor Barwin is one of their few star players, safety Colt Anderson plays special teams and during nickel/dime packages, and Jake Knott and Casey Matthews are reserve linebackers.

3) The Packers are obviously 3rd. A superstar white QB (Rodgers), a white superstar flanker at WR (Nelson), FB/HB John Kuhn, two white back-ups at TE (Taylor, Stonebreaker), and an all-white OL. On defense, Hawk and Matthews are the only white defenders on the roster. Thankfully, Matthews will reportedly return to action in the Wild Card game against the 49ers.

4) As others have noted, the Broncos are probably 4th, as they have great value in Manning, Decker, Welker, and the criminally-underused TE's Tamme/Dreessen, but little elsewhere.

5) The Chargers are next with Rivers, Woodhead, and 3 white OL on offense. Between their starters (Weddle, Johnson, Lissemore) and back-ups (Bird, Keiser, Gachkar), their defense may be the most white-friendly of all the playoff teams.

All of the other playoff teams are very similar in terms of racial make-up (although some are more vile than others) and need no analysis. If the 49ers, Saints, Chiefs, and Bengals are all mercifully eliminated next weekend (by the Packers, Eagles, Colts, and Chargers), the only truly loathsome squads remaining would be the Seahawks and Panthers. Of course, the Panthers have perhaps the NFL’s best defender in Luke Kuechly.

Um...thanks. All I can do is say that I am a "real" poster. It's kind of hard to prove.
 
I think I'm now at peace with Woodhead not being an every down running back. He is respected as a 3rd down player, and as a red zone target. He gets a good number of highlights, and that helps the cause, as does the fact that he's a solid fantasy player. Woodhead really is small. His more limited role will allow for a longer career, and that won't take away from the fact that he is a productive white running back, which isn't supposed to happen. He went for over 1000 total yards this year, and that was with Matthews having a great year. Hopefully, his success will help pave the way for others going forward. I don't think "3rd down back" can become a legitimate caste system position. If it does, we should welcome it.

In the spirit of the Rooney Rule, the NFL needs a Kuechly Rule that mandates a certain minimum level of white players on defense. It's disgraceful that we've gotten to the point where most white fans think it's perfectly "normal" for a team to start 0 saltines on the defensive side.
 
One note about yesterday's win by GB Kuhn was in for a lot of the snaps and when the game was on the line in the 4th and it was 4th down and they needed inches they handed it to him on a dive, of course he produced. Jordy beat the secondary in man coverage like a drum. But of course I was right if the O is producing then it seems the D finds something and actually can make stops, so we'll see if a shootout can happen next Sunday, then I like the odds of a Packer victory over Krappernick. Going to be a great day of football since I'll be able to watch North Platte's finest Danny W. and then the Packers and hopefully snowing at gametime.

I'd put the Chargers above the Broncos. Also, the 49ers are clearly the most anti-white team. They had 3 white starters last week plus the black quarterback. I also don't understand the hatred for the Chiefs. To me, they are exactly the same as the Colts and Bengals - 5 white starters and a few subs.
