Looks like Gaye was an appropriate name afterall.

"Im excited for the fight, I got a f'n hard on right now thinking about it"

If Haye was truly not scared of Wlad I don't see what would stop him from taking a cheap shot on that show. Plenty of affletes do it during the weigh ins, pre fight stuff etc. With as much anger as he has against the brothers you think he wouldve launched himself at him with just that scrawny guy in between.

I'm guessing this will be Wladimir's biggest payday yet?? Ridiculous that it took an arrogant, foul-mouthed mulatto whose unproven to accomplish this.

It would have to be as 50 million pounds is about 70 million US dollars. Which is more than Lewis vs Tyson(which was an utter mismatch). The hype in this part of the world hasn't gotten beyond internet chatter really. So if the hype was a big as Pacman vs Gayweather this fight would be a 100 million plus event...

Either way Haye goes out a winner. So what if he loses? He'll make a ton of money in the fight and this is a fight he doesn't even deserve. Haye is only a champion on paper. He's never beaten any top heavyweights. He lost to Valuev and I think Chagaev would have beat him as well.

Black v White angle in boxing has always sold. Haye or his management saw this. So he amped up his TNB to create a demand for this fight. He has accomplished it. With it a huge payday.

Wlad, if he destroys Haye, will still not get the full credit. The media will say Haye was over hyped and not any good. If Haye wins, he is an all time great in some of the media eys. If that fair, of course not. It is the caste media at least here in America.

I know the black vs white angle sells but Klitschko has fought and beaten better blacks than Haye like Tony Thompson, Eddie Chambers, Calvin Brock, and Chris Byrd. None of those fights even came close to the hype of this one. The four blacks were all legit A level heavyweights when Wlad fought them.

Hopefully I get a stream. Since the fight is in Germany it should stay up.

Here is an article from some drunk white claiming Haye will win.

Klitschko vs. Haye: Does David have the skillset to beat Wladimir?</h1>

By JW Ryan:
I'm going to try and propose why I feel David Haye will win the
upcoming fight against Wladimir Klitschko on July 2nd in Germany.

I appreciate the doubters that take issue with his perceived lack of
power in the heavyweight ranks, why did he take so long so take out John
Ruiz?</span> He put him on the floor twice in the
first round, surely a healthy sign, why didn't he jump all over him and
get the job done, this is the key point which we will refer to again
and again"¦Carl the cat?"¦He gave a textbook example of punching himself
out of any energy reserves and ended up losing. During the Ruiz fight
time and again there were thunderous shots going in but he stepped off,
knowing he had hurt his man and there was no immediate need to expend
any more energy, the accumulation of these blows was going to tell.
<div style="display:block;:left;margin: 8px 8px 8px 8px;">

<ins style="display:inline-table;border:none;height:280px;margin:0;padding:0;:relative;visibility:;width:336px"><ins id="aswift_1_anchor" style="display:block;border:none;height:280px;margin:0;padding:0;:relative;visibility:;width:336px"></ins></ins>
</div>Why did he not thunder into Audley Harrison? Again, he knew he had
the power and knew to stick to a game plan. I personally doubt Harrison
had the ability even given the opportunity of a free shot, to knock
down Haye, but it was the control against a far lesser opponent which I
found impressive.

With the Nikolay Valuev fight, another aspect of Haye's athleticism
became apparent the perceived lack of stamina, the love of a dust up
that would eventually lead him to trade with the giant"¦didn't come, nor
did David Haye look like a man that had just gone 12 rounds in a
heavyweight world championship.

To touch on the previous Monte Barrett and Enzo Maccarinelli fights,
it was I personally believe a transition period, the change from
cruiserweight to heavyweight and worse of all home crowd syndrome. I
think Haye is at his biggest risk in front of his home crowd with
everyone baying for blood, he loves the toe to toe trade"¦I think Adam
Booth has instilled a further level of strategy to Haye, knowing he will
be fighting consistently bigger and heavier men needs further
refinement in game plan and for me the last three fights in particular
have shown a maturity about Haye's boxing.

I feel heavyweight boxing needs a change, and for me Klitschko has
been in so many fights that there are traits very visible in his
armoury, take a look through recent fights, stuff jab to tee-up the
overhand right, it happens time and again. Experience is gold in boxing,
but a time comes when there are no more tricks on display and you
resort to technical safety waiting for your opponent to let his guard
down for one moment then back to type.

Klitschko has not knocked down an opponent in less than 6 rounds for
over 4 years, given the generic shape of those same challengers, what
was their physical condition come rounds 7-10? They were physical
empty!. By holding the centre of the ring and keeping the fight at
distance energy was conserved and as soon as the left hand was dropped,
right over the top and it was game over. How many punches will Haye land
in the same 6 rounds? If only 5 or 6 are landed flush then there won't
be anywhere near the same sting in Klitschko's right hand

Consider the amount of short combinations Haye threw against Valuev
and stayed on his bike for 12 rounds. Valuev was immeasurably harder to
hit, if the fight does go into the latter stages you won't have a fresh
Klitschko in the centre of the ring, he will have taken plenty of
punishment, the 3 inch reach difference won't matter one bit if the foot
speed and movement is correct.

I don't believe a word of Emanuel Stewart's, ‘we'll do him in four
rounds' â€" simply rubbish. This will return to type on Klitschko's part,
fight at length and wear Haye down. I believe Haye will take his time in
creating an opening. I see the game falling into 3 sub-divisions, a
dull opening 2-3 rounds where both fighters will be extra cautious, the
middle rounds where Haye will look to offload some heavy punches and the
stark truth will be whether his punches are having a telling impact. I
suspect somewhere between rounds 8-10 the accumulation of shots from
Haye will be telling. Haye must maneuver around a stiff jab and be
cautious of the right hand, but Klitschko will not have the hand speed
or footwork of Haye.
I think Haye will win it late, I see a tame couple of opening rounds
as Klitschko will expect Haye to thunder in, but I think the likely
knock out will be in rounds 8-10. I think fatigue works both ways, and I
don't believe Haye's punch power will wain into the latter stages as
was evi

I really like Wladimir's chances in this fight. Wlad is the bigger man, better boxer, hits harder than Haye IMO, speed between Haye and Wlad is probably even. Both guys have shown chin issues in the past, but I feel Wladimir has dramatically improved himself since his 2003-2004 days when he last lost a fight. Wladimir has been utterly dominant in the heavyweight division 2004 onwards, and quite frankly, I just dont see Haye being able to deal with Wlad's jab, boxing ability.

Wladimir seems to have developed the mentality and skills of a champion, and dare I say, it almost appears Wladimir is unbeatable in his current form.

I like Wladimir on a mid-to-late rounds KO. Ill give Haye a small chance on a puncher's upset, but even at that. I dont see him having any chance if Wlad is on his game. I also think if Haye wins, it will probably be in the first half of the fight. Wlad has shown issues in the past, but in the past 3 years he has become a perfect boxer. He is also mentally very strong, and thats very important in this kind of fight.

Lets Go Wlad!

In my opinion this is the biggest fight in boxing in a very long time.

American boxing fans tend to de-emphasize this fight, but thats because no Black Americans (ie Mayweather) is involved. Well guess what? The world is bigger than USA. And we've got 800 Million Europeans who are an audience to this fight.

I think its very conceivable that Haye/Klitschko is watched by more than 100 Million People worldwide, making it one of the biggest fights in boxing history, if not THE biggest.

Really I dont think people are comprehending how big this fight is. Typical biased American fans thinking the world revolves around USA, when it does not.

Lets Go Wlad</font>!!!

Realistically, I consider Klitschko-Haye to be a bigger fight than Mayweather-Hatton, Mayweather-DLH, Mayweather-Marquez, Mosley-Pacquiao, Pacquiao-Hatton.

I think this fight is a lot bigger than those fights.

Even going back to 2002-2003, when Lewis fought Tyson, you had two older guys, one of which was past their prime (especially true in the case of Tyson, and somewhat true for Lewis at that point).

Klitschko-Haye, in my opinion is probably the biggest boxing match in over 20 years, and in all likelihood, on a global scale might be one of the biggest fights of alltime.

but Wlad taking his time and knocking his opponents down after 6 rounds is "boring". When its guys like Ali going the distance its called the "sweet science". Now its "boring" if it takes longer than a few rounds, these guys can't pay attention for more than 10 minutes? Going 12 rounds isn't that long to watch.

I think Haye thinks he sees flaws in Wlad on film that he can exploit. Once he steps in the ring he is going to be in for a shock that its going to be a lot harder to actually execute his so called game plan. Wlad is going to be much faster than he thinks and his punches will hurt much more than he expected. Pretty much everyone he has fought is pretty much a 3rd rate club fighter compared to Wlad.

I still find it amusing that certain members feel this is the biggest heavyweight fight in years? Why because of Haye's resume? No, certainly not. Only because of his big mouth. You are all buying into the propaganda this clown has put forth.

WA 33 surely this is not the biggest heavyweight fight in years. But the caste media is hyping it as that and hoping and praying that gaye scores the upset and can start the BS about restoring the heavyweight divison.

From a caste perspective it is huge that Wlad smash gaye like a bug.

I'll be totally honest. I do have my worries for Wlad in this fight. No way Haye can outbox Wlad but if he can get inside those jabs he does have the power to knock Wlad out. Seeing that Wlad had chin problems in the past it's always a possibility.

I think the trouble with this fight is that Haye has the same chance that any other inferior fighter has against a superior fighter -- both men have two fists, the world is round, anything can happen (though of course, people smartly bet on what's LIKELY to happen).

The trouble lies in the idea that the media is behaving as if Haye has any more than a puncher's chance, and is trying so hard to give Haye a credibility and resume he doesn't deserve.

It's a clear case of anti-Klitchscko bias, and it's even more clear that this bias is racially-motivated in both cases.

Sad is the fact that the media already have a litany of prewriten excuses for Haye's likely demise in this fight, where as if Wlad loses it Haye will promptly retire and declare himself a latterday Cassius Clay, and Wlad's entire career will be discredited by the media. Of course one loss cannot erase a career of proven success, but then again, the media made a contender out of a worthless, WORTHLESS (key word, WORTHLESS) f*g like Haye.
