From a purely selfish perspective black players should prefer Cousins. Cousins is going to throw to them and won't tuck and run hogging the glory and TD's to himself. Plus another white Qb with good passing skills is less likely to get the kind of media attention that RGIII gets, so more media attention for black attention whores. I imagine Cousins is the typical boyscout white Qb so he's not going to rock the boat no matter how much he gets screwed.

Yes, he is most certainly is. Last Sunday, after RGIII was injured and Cousins immediately flourished against Jacksonville, Cousins had this to say during his post-game press conference: “This is Robert’s team. My job is to be the backup quarterback and, if called upon to come in and play, then I better play and help this team win. That job doesn’t change. This is Robert’s team.”

Yeah, it’s “Robert’s Team,” alright. The guy who’s always injured, the guy who was a healthy scratch for the final three games at the tail end of last season, the guy who was such a whiny malcontent that he got Mike Shannahan fired due to the constant internal strife he creates, and the guy who is always creating media drama. But, hey, the little string-bean sure can scowl like a tough guy in TV commercials…

Ugh. We can't push past 26. Bills go good, but Cardinals go bad.

Yeah either this year or next, Smiff or Vick will not be QB'ing for the NY. That is if a sane White man/owner has any thing to say about it. Its insane the amount of rope they are giving to Smiff. LOL All for nothing.

Week 8 was a pretty good week for white quarterbacks. Roethlisberger threw for 6 touchdowns and over 500 yards. Foles, Luck and Rodgers all threw for over 400 yards. McCoy went 25 of 30 for 299 yards and a rushing touchdown. Mettenberger also threw for 299 yards in his first start. Rookie Derek Carr threw for over 300 yards and, as they usually do, Brady and Brees played well.

Pretty good? You are tough to please huh?

Don called it a historic week and I'd agree. Black QBs only dream of 400 (sometimes 300) yard performances. We had 4 in one week!

Meh. If Roethlisberger had an ounce of initiative he'd have thrown for 600 yards. :heh:

White quarterbacks are so blatantly, obviously superior to Black quarterbacks that the only way Blacks can really gain ground in that department is if Whites are snubbed in the draft, in college, and right down through high school, so that there are fewer White quarterbacks to set an impossible standard that Blacks have no chance of attaining.

It's already been an agenda for many years to increase the number of Black QBs despite their incredible suckage, in the way that no-talent idiots are hyped in the draft.

But there are still too many good White quarterbacks whose very presence and superiority make the claim that Blacks are "revolutionizing the position" look ridiculous.

Therefore, the position itself is "revolutionized" to accommodate Black ineptitude (ie, backyard pickup game style spread offenses, etc.), and Blacks suck even at THAT.

It must really stick in the Jewmedia's craw that White athletes can very clearly excel in caste positions, but Blacks cannot excel in the one position that really, truly matters.

So the media resorts to overpraising mundane Black performances and qualifying or ignoring superior White ones and hopes that no one notices.

The MNF game was an interesting one as it involved two white quarterbacks that were cast off by the Browns without being given a fair chance. Both played well, especially McCoy. Probably race played a role in their not being given a fair chance.

All of a sudden Kirk Cousins is being written off by the media. He's not even being given consideration as a potential starter for the Redskins.

It's clear that this sudden, universal viewpoint on Cousins has been orchestrated, in the same way that other news items are orchestrated. Most media outlets report the same things the same way and the Cousins story is an example of this.

For the record Cousins has only started 9 games in his career. this year he has a 61.8% completion percentage, 10 TDs, 9 INTs, an 8.4 Y/A and an 86.4 quarterback rating. And suddenly there's no potential for him?

A smart team that needed a QB would do well to pick up Cousins after the season. He's a promising player.

It's amazing how fast the media is trying to run Cousins out of the league like he is the worst QB to ever play the position. I see no critique of Smiff who has been historically bad - honestly the worst starting QB I can recall during my time following the NFL. Smiff has been totally coddled and its utterly disgusting how he gets chance after chance.

McCoy rising out of obscurity and playing a great game against the Cowboys is a good story. He got a raw deal in Cleveland as well.

If I were the Jets I'd offer Geno Smith even up for Kirk Cousins after the season. Maybe the Redskins will bite.

I think Cousins has amazing ability for shootouts, but if he doesn't cut down on his turnovers, he will be hard pressed to find another opportunity somewhere else as a starter.

Andrew Luck is on pace for a 50 combined TDs and 5700 combined yards this season. Even if he loses a lot of momentum no one can understate how good he's been this year. The best black QB season of all time was arguably Daunte Culpepper in 2004 and Andrew Luck is on pace to outdo that in only his third year. Teams who underestimate white QBs do so at their own peril.

The Texans are turning to Mallet. He will start after there bye week. I am pretty excited to see Mallet get a shot - let's hope he plays well.

Staggering facts. Lurkers, and nay-sayers should think pretty hard about this post.

There seems to be a MSM campaign to persuade the Browns to offer Brian Hoyer a big contract.

I think the motivation for this campaign is to make the Browns commit to Hoyer so Johnny Manziel will be buried.

The MSM is promoting black quarterbacks who can both run and pass as the future. A white quarteback that can run and pass doesn't fit their black supremacist agenda so they seek to destroy the careers of players such as Tim Tebow and Johnny Manziel.

Hoyer has played decent. He's nothing special,in fact he's very lucky to have a strong running game and good defense. Before that Bengal blowout Hoyer had back to back **** games. He's not worthy of an extension and if he does get it, I think the conspiracy to limit white dual threats is very much alive!

Scouts Prefer Derek Carr Over Colin Kaepernick

From Middlekauff:

I reached out to several NFL execs and multiple QB coaches asking them what Bay Area QB they would rather have moving forward. The answers were a unanimous (5-0) for Carr . It seems crazy because Kaepernick has won big games (4-2 in the playoffs) and has all the physical attributes you could want. But the consistent sentiment was he may just be what he is and some of his fundamental flaws will not change (accuracy/touch) over time. Kaps frenetic play is just something his coach and skill guys will have to learn to live with, it may not be something that changed. He will always be a guy that forces you to live with the bad because the good is so special.

Carr's pocket presence and natural development over the ‘14 season has caught the eye of many around the NFL. His arm strength was never the question and he has quieted the “he may not be tough enough” crowd quickly. Everyone I spoke with was very bullish on his potential and what he will become once Oakland surrounds him with talent. Carr has definitely made the scouting/coaching community take notice early in his career.

Return of the Pocket Quarterback

Here is a good article penned by Sports Illustrated Caste Stooge, Peter King. It's about the decline or crash of the running (read black if you'd like) quarterbacks and the return of "pocket passers". King gets quotes from former GM Bill Polian (who seems like the closest thing we have to a guy who "gets it") and draft "guru" Gil Brandt.

http://mmqb.si.com/2014/12/03/quarterback-market-draft-2015/

Here are 3 poignant excerpts:

“Let me tell you this,’’ Gil Brandt, the draft guru of draft gurus, said Tuesday night. “I think we’re slowly, slowly going back to the age of pocket quarterbacks.”

“What we’re seeing this year is the incredible erosion of the running quarterback,’’ said Polian. We very well may be. Kaepernick hasn’t had a 40-yard rushing game since September. Griffin has gone bust, for now. Newton is gimpy and trying to stay in the pocket. The only quarterback making a good living outside the pocket in 2014 is Seattle’s Wilson, and at 5-11 and 208, that cannot go on forever.

“Cam is the most interesting guy right now,’’ said Polian. “When it comes down to it, he hasn’t proven much yet, except he can get hurt. He’s got some tread off his tire already.’’

Leonardfan should especially enjoy this article!!!

Thanks for bringing that article to my attention Freethinker. I wonder why they didn't decide to interview any of us for it. We have been at the forefront of the smoke and mirrors of the current black quarterback experiment calling it out for what it really is.

Hopefully we will see a trickle down effect from the nfl to college recruiting. I honestly think next year
in college football will be a shift back to more potent pro style offenses. I fully acknowledge that the zone/spread option works great at the college level, just like the triple option does. The NFL is a different animal requiring a different skill set. I wonder if those recruiting services will have to go back to labeling pocket passers as pro style qbs. They moved away from that label in the past few years because it doesn't go with the agenda.

Just like Bortles came from out of nowhere to be the top prospect I fully expect either Connor Cook (as the article mentions) or another white qb rise up and over the heap of black quarterbacks. My personal opinion is Garett Grayson will be that guy.

I never that I would read an article like that written by Peter king. He contradicts himself week after week in his column so I wouldn't be surprised if he comes out prior to the draft with more uninformed hype for the black quarterbacks.

I will say that if Mariota goes in the first round I won't have an issue with it. He will go to a team that is replacing a black quarterback most likely. From what I have heard about him and seen in games is that it seems he is a high character, team first player, quiet and humble. Maybe that's blasphemy on this site and I honestly never thought I'd have that type of attitude towards a non white qb but I consider him the exception. Winston and Hundley are both bums though.

Historically the QB position has been dominated by white pocket passers.

That trend is likely to continue.

It will be interesting to see what happens to Colt McCoy and Mike Glennon in the offseason.

McCoy has played well for the Redskins and will be a free agent at the end of the season.

For some bizarre reason, Mike Glennon has been written off in Tampa Bay despite performing well when given the opportunity. The Bucs may draft a quarterback high in the 2015 draft.

Glennon may be available in trade. A quarterback needy team would be smart to try to acquire him.

Its not blashpemy. Mariotta is not black so I dont even know why his name comes up in the black quarterback mix.

I agree. I don't consider Mariota to be a black quarterback either. He's half white and half Samoan, therefore he's 50% white and 0% black. He won't be allotted opportunity after opportunity like the black quarterbacks are. If anything, he will receive the Mark Sanchez treatment if he starts to struggle and will be treated more like a white quarterback by the media. This is already happening actually. The narrative by the caste sports media is that Mariota is the inferior prospect to the beloved Jameez Winston, but will go ahead of him in the draft due to r̶a̶c̶i̶s̶m̶ errr.... I mean character issues.
