There was actually a number of them until the early to mid-1980s, just that none were stars, used as you wrote mostly as tailback-fullback hybrids, a role blacks almost never play at the collegiate or pro level.First white RB at PSU since Heisman winner John Cappelletti or maybe Zwinak?
