Parody thx again for the video of Frochy's win. Man, that was a hard fight to score. Many close rounds contrary to the Showtime announcer(not Bernstein or Tarver). I scored the fight a one point win for Froch. If Dirrell was not deducted it would have been a draw.

Listen Dirrell is a very skillfull and quick affelet, but Frochy wore him down and got the W.

Regarding that announcer I spoke of earlier, he was totally biased toward Dirrell. I one point I thought he was going to cream in his pants when Dirrell had some of his better moments. Frochy would come back with hard shots, all I heard was crickets in the night.

Like I said earlier, get the win tonight and look spectacular next fight. With Kessler on the horizon that is going to be hard.

If I were to rank the fighters in this fight I would have Kessler first, Abraham, Dirrell, Ward, Taylor and finally Froch. He is the weakest link.

Huh? Surprised I would read this on CF. Froch already KO'd Taylor and beat Dirrell. The decision was just, though Froch has looked better. Let's face it, the three white boxers are 1-2-3 followed by the great black nopes. Here is a more proper ranking:

1. Kessler
2. Abraham
3. Froch
4. Ward
5. Dirrell
6. Taylor

Bottom line? Whites 2, Black 0. It will go to 3-0 for the good guys next month when Kessler fights Ward.

ESPN Dan Raphael(one of the most fair boxing minds) had it 114 113 for Frochy.

I can't wait for AA to take Dirrell apart. I see Dirrell giving up at the end, cause he can't stand Pain. AA is a pain merchant. It is going to be wonderful to see. It looks like Taylor won't be medically cleared. Another affelet who is a notch below Dirrell, Alan Green. So far, Ward has been cool, not being a typical affelet.

Liverlips, had the fight taken place in America Froch would have lost on points. There is no doubt about that. He was taking alot of shots from Dirrell but Froch has a good chin so he didn't go down. He also barely beat Taylor and was down until the last round. Every judge had him down four points in the Taylor fight. Like I said before I hate to criticize white fighters but I'm not a fan of Froch. He is arrogant and continues to criticize Joe Calzaghe. If him and Joe were ever to step into the ring together Froch would be embarrassed.Edited by: whiteathlete33

Liverlips, compare Froch's performance against Taylor to Abraham's. There is not comparison. Froch was getting popped the whole fight by jabs and had no answer. Abraham kept a tight defense and Taylor couldn't land anything on him. When he saw openings he went after Taylor and finished him off in the last round. Froch is an overrated fighter.

Taylor's punches were landing mostly on Abraham's gloves, and even the two Jewish commentators acknowledged Arthur was leading in the fight in the late rounds.

It seems no matter what white fighters accomplish it't not enough. It doesn't take a genius to figure out that Abraham or Kessler will win the Super Six. Kessler is the better of the two but Abraham has a decent chance of knocking Kessler out.

In other news Adamek may be fighting Hopkins at the Prudential Center in Newark NJ in January. That would be a great fight. Adamek fights old man Golota this Saturday.

WA 33 it will never be enough. If 5 years from now "OLD Joe Calzaghe" come out of retirement and beat the newest/greatest to be affelet and KO's him, the media will say the affelet was never good. All the good affelets are playing in the NFL and NBA. But we know better.

froch is an excellent fighter- world champion,undefeated,good chin,good defence,does'nt cut and face does'nt swell up,has a difficult style of fighting that is hard to beat.

Froch is an above average pub brawler of which England has an abundance of. Blokes that can pound most negros into the stout drenched floor. Froch, however, doesn't do well against a runner in a large ring. Although some of Carl's punches miss and the fact that he takes some shots limit his status as an "elite" fighter, at the end of the evening he continually remains standing whilst his opponents are invariably vanquished. Froch represents the endemic, indefatigable, never give up mentality/tenacity that once led to the sun never setting on the British Empire. I suppose that in another time, the champion may have helped to hold the garrison against hordes of attacking Zulus. Today, he holds the title against a succession of barbarous inferiors. As to this tournament, my money is on Carl Froch and his brethren.

Abraham vs Kesseler will be nothing short of a malicious mugging on a cellular level! One will win, and both will have exacted a pound of flesh from the other. Kessler seems to be more active than King Arthur, while both posses major power. If I had to choose today, it would be Kessler.

I remember when Kesseler fought Super Joe. I think it was in the 9th or 10th round that Joe buckled Kesseler with a body shot. I remember the shot, hard yes, but no where near how AA lays into a body. So I have to give AA a great chance on standing on the top when the Super Six is over. No matter, I just love how our fighters are beating down the "affelets". Andre Ward while acting professional should be a relatively easy fight for Mikel to win.

If Kesseler is a bit more technical than AA. I expect him to land more punches. Of course, King Arthur can make up for deficiencies with one punch (ask Sad Intentions about that.) Should Kesseler fight with the intensity he used against Andrade, it will be a beating that Ward will never forget and I expect he will quit on his stool, or find a soft spot on the canvas to lay down on.
