Yet another one. Career totals -- 79 combined tackles and 9 sacks in five seasons:

49ers released DE Datone Jones. Because the trade deadline has passed, he will be subject to waivers. The 2013 first-round pick lasted three games with the 49ers, his third team this season. Jones was likely cut to make room for Tank Carradine (ankle), who is eligible to return from injured reserve.

Another 2015 draft class bust!

Falcons waived CB Jalen Collins.

Collins was set to be activated from a 10-game PED ban, his second steroid suspension. Instead, the Falcons are moving on from the No. 42 overall pick of the 2015 draft. Still only 24, Collins played well down the stretch in 2016. Collins may clear waivers so teams don't have to pick up his contract, but he will undoubtedly get another chance.

I think it's fair to put Darren McFadden into the bust category after his retirement today. If anyone watched college football in the early-mid 2000s you will remember the hype around McFadden. He ends his career with 5,421 yards on 1302 carries with 28 TDs and 254 receptions for 2,114 yds with 5 TDs. Not bad numbers for a 10 year career but for all of the hype he garnered and his 4th overall draft selection he was a bust.

His teammate Peyton Hillis was racially slotted at fullback in college and had to fight up depth charts to get a starting job and in 2010 he had one of the best all around seasons for a running back in recent history. He was rewarded by essentially being run out of town by the walrus Holmgren and had a journeyman finish to his career. His career numbers are 696 carries for 2832 yards with 23 TDs to go along with 134 receptions for 1050 yards and 3 tds. He was essentially written off after his aged 28 season and has not played in the NFL since 2014. His 2010 season marks the high water mark for white RBs since the caste system took hold over the NFL in the early 80s.

2014 first round draft pick released by Jags after previous being cut by the Jets.

Jaguars released S Calvin Pryor. Pryor spent the first 10 weeks on injured reserve, but was one of Jacksonville's return players. He lasted just two games (28 snaps) before getting released. Pryor has three years starting experience but doesn't offer much on special teams. He isn't a lock to resurface.

The second tight end taken in the 2015 draft, Clive Walford posted 329 yards receiving in his rookie year, 359 yards last year, and 80 this season. He has 6 career TDs.

Raiders placed TE Clive Walford (concussion) on injured reserve, ending his season. Walford wasn't cleared this week and will be shut down with only two games remaining. As the No. 3 tight end behind Jared Cook and Lee Smith, Walford posted career lows (nine catches, 80 yards) in 2017. Walford will return at an $823K salary for the final year of his rookie deal.

Here's some cucked up analysis from weenieworld:

Free agent WR Dorial Green-Beckham was arrested for DWI, failure to display plates, and a window tint violation Saturday in Greene County, Missouri.

The former No. 40 overall pick in the 2015 draft, Green-Beckham is heading full-steam down the path of never playing again in the NFL after spending the entire 2017 year out of the league following his release from the Eagles in July. Mega talented and built in a lab at 6'5/237, DGB simply doesn't care about the game. In Philly, he was more interested in partying than playing football. The Titans were lucky to trade him for G/T Dennis Kelly. DGB turns 25 in April.

"Mega-talented" lol. If he's mega-talented then why does he suck as a receiver? Because he's dumb, slothful, criminally prone, doesn't know how to run routes, and is terrible at timing when to jump for the ball, among many other deficiencies. There are White "lab specimens" available every year who ended up playing at small schools because the big programs didn't recruit them, aren't drafted and never even get an opportunity. But if you're black and "affletic," all obvious "red flags" are overlooked.

The seventh pick of the first round in 2015 has played all of five games in three seasons in the NFL but still has "dat upside":

Bears coach Matt Nagy said Kevin White "has a big ceiling." Nagy is setting a clean slate for the former No. 7 overall pick, saying it is up to White whether he can turn that upside into production. "He’s got to put time in the playbook. He’s got to put in the extra work after practice when he can," Nagy said. "And then when the game comes, he’s got to make plays." White has played five games in three seasons because of multiple injuries and did not show well in that limited action. He is a long-shot to develop into a quality contributor.

It sounds like the wheels on Pete's plantation are slowly falling off. This is a huge whiff by Seattle who has been pretty terrible with their drafts in recent years.

NFL Network's Ian Rapoport reports the Seahawks are expected to cut DT Malik McDowell "in the near future."
The 35th overall pick in last year's draft, McDowell didn't play a snap as a rookie after suffering severe injuries in an offseason ATV accident. McDowell was then arrested last December for disorderly conduct in Atlanta. McDowell was a top-20 prospect on talent alone coming out of Michigan State in 2017, but fell in the draft due to off-field concerns, which now appear warranted. Apr 16 - 5:17 PM

Off topic a bit, but it's amazing, and cool, how quickly the NFC West has turned upside down. Now, at least before the regular season starts, it's the Rams clearly on top, followed by the rejuvenated 49ers, with the Seahawks and Cardinals now looking like basement dwellers. I like LA and San Fran as teams to root for in the NFC after the Vikings. Still like Green Bay's defense, but other than that they've worked overtime to be a very dislikeable team and their new GM looks like he may be one of the worst Caste cucks in the league; their upcoming draft will reveal more on that.

My Lindy's Sports NFL draft magazine (a better mag than the Football Weakly IMO) breakdown of the current Cowboy's roster informs me that Dak Prescott and Ezekial Elliot are a "dynamic combo."

Even with a six game suspension for one and a bad year for the other they're still dynamic.

Before the 2017-2018 season began, I read that the Bears coaching staff were showing Kevin White old footage of himself at West Virginia. The reason, they said, is because White had "lost his motivation" and that he "didn't believe in himself anymore." He might be the biggest WR bust of the past 10 years. Can you imagine a white player being coddled like this?

Joseph Barksdale's depression. DeMar DeRozan's depression. The former Dolphins' sumo Jon Martin's depression. Etc.

How long before we hear about Kevin White's depression? Those busted mudsharks unable to make him whole? lol

Busts, busts and more busts. All these are currently on the front page of Weenieworld's updates:

The Sacramento Bee's Matt Barrows believes 2016 first-rounder OG Josh Garnett is the "most prominent player in danger of being cut" by the 49ers. He was the 28th overall pick in the 2016 draft and sat out all of last year following a knee scope and conditioning issues. The new regime doesn't seem to be a huge fan of Garnett, who was ex-coach Chip Kelly's final first-round selection in San Fran. Garnett is competing with veteran Mike Person and fellow former first-round bust Jonathan Cooper for spots on the Niners' offensive line.

ESPN Bills reporter Mike Rodak believes 2016 first-round DE Shaq Lawson is "competing for a rotational role, if not for his 53-man roster spot entirely" this summer. Rodak thinks the team could try and trade Lawson ahead of Week 1, especially once free agent pickup Trent Murphy (knee) is back to 100 percent opposite Jerry Hughes. Buffalo also has Eddie Yarbrough, Terrence Fede, and Owa Odighizuwa as rotational pieces. Lawson, the No. 19 overall pick by ex-coach Rex Ryan, has just six sacks across 21 career appearances.

The Broncos moved OT Menelik Watson to guard during spring practices. Watson is simply trying to hold onto his roster spot, as he's no longer the team's preferred option at right tackle after the Broncos traded for Jared Veldheer. GM John Elway gave injury-prone Watson $5.5 million guaranteed last year only for him to miss nine games. Watson is competing with former Dolphins and Bills busts Billy Turner and Cyrus Kouandjio for a job on the offensive line.

Billy Turner is still in the league? Him and Dallas Thomas were one of the worst guard combos I have ever seen on any Dolphins team ever. I wonder if Dallas Thomas is hanging around with some team as well. Wouldn't surprise me due to the caste system.

The Caste System and modern day NFL in a nutshell. The whole thing is just another giant welfare program for blacks.

Packer fans likely doubling the length of their nightly Judeo-Christian [sic] prayers regarding Aaron Rodgers' health. My guess is that Rodgers' productivity will drop this year, with DWFs, media "experts" and the team's management as oblivious as to the main reason why as many were last year when Jordy Nelson's numbers dropped so suddenly and permanently after Rodgers was hurt. This team without Ted Thompson's influence continues to rapidly decline.

ESPN's Rob Demovsky writes both DeShone Kizer and Brett Hundley struggled during minicamp. It is not a surprise considering how bad both looked last season, but there was at least some hope Kizer could take a step forward in a better situation. Perhaps he will, but Demovsky writes he held the ball too long, took sacks, and struggled with his accuracy during minicamp. Hundley struggled with the same things. Unless one of them improves in training camp, Green Bay's backup situation will once again be a concern.

The Packers had a player who didn't struggle in the preseason last year in QB Joe Callahan. Callahan was released by the Packers after they traded for Kizer.

Callahan is probably better than both Hundley and Kizer but they're black and Callahan is white so they get the opportunities. That's part of black privilege

These talking heads just don't seem to get it. The reason so many of these black QB's struggle at the pro level is simply because the pro game is too fast for them. They can't process the information quick enough to run an NFL offense. There's a reason why playing QB in the NFL is the hardest position in all of sports. Very few people (even whites) can do it at such high a level. When you insert affirmative action hires into such a position for diversity purposes, it only dilutes the NFL product even more.

The same holds true for all other positions as well, though it's most noticeable at quarterback because of the prominence of the position, the only one the casual fan even pays attention to. Every year the NFL drafts lots of black defensive players who have decent to excellent 40 times, but little else going for them, which is why so many of them underachieve or become busts.

A typical example is found in an article I was reading last night about Tyler Matakevich, he of the "limited athleticism" but great productivity. The article compares him to Terrell Edmunds, the Steelers' first round draft pick, who ran in the 4.40s but whose college production left a lot to be desired:

By the time the regular season opens, rookie safety Terrell Edmunds and third-year Tyler Matakevich figure to be at least the top backups at their positions. The favorites to start ahead of them are two free agents that signed back in March: Morgan Burnett and Jon Bostic, respectively.

Let’s say, hypothetically, that the Steelers never signed those veterans. Let’s say that they got into the regular season with Edmunds starting at strong (or free) safety and Matakevich starting as inside linebacker (the mack, presumably, though they might also move him to the buck if they trust his coverage less than Vince Williams.

So in this hypothetical scenario, who would you have more confidence in entering the 2018 season that they would be capable of being an effective starter, or at least a player who won’t be too much of a liability to the rest of the defense?

It goes without saying that Edmunds is the more talented of the two, but he is also a rookie, and we know how big communication issues have been in the secondary. It would also force Sean Davisinto assuming the role of veteran, in just his third season, before he has really established himself as a quality starter himself.

At the linebacker position, you at least have Vince Williams, who has been in the league for several years now. He had a better first season starting than many would care to admit, but at the very least, you would figure that the pair of Williams and Matakevich would be solid on the communication end.

Matakevich is obviously physically limited, which is far from the ideal pairing with Williams. I suspect this is going to be the main argument being made below. Though while Edmunds has the speed and athleticism, his college tape shows a player who doesn’t yet always know where he’s supposed to be. As a rookie, that could be a bigger problem than Matakevich’s athletic limitations.

What can't be explicitly mentioned is that Matakevich simply is a better talent because he has a head for the game and can very quickly diagnose plays and react accordingly, negating and surpassing what little advantage Edmunds (and a zillion others with great physiques and flashy 40 times) had in straight line speed before the ball was snapped.

Obviously there are many black defensive players without great speed who have a head for the game, and some fast White players who don't pan out, but we're talking averages here, and the advantage Whites have between the ears is the biggest athletic advantage of all, and it's also the one that's absolutely verboten to mention.

Yep Hundley must frustrate the coaches if they had half a mind (debatable) since Hundley can move about the pocket but then holds the ball and nothing happens.

The 30th overall pick in 2014 - he has been pretty mediocre - 2 career ints in 4 years - 21 total passes defended, 2 total sacks, 162 total tackles. He was drafted as a safety in round 1 and obviously does not have the numbers a prototypical safety would have.

The 49ers plan to decide Jimmie Ward's position at training camp.

Ward repped at corner during offseason workouts, but his 2018 position is up in the air. He was a free safety last season, but graded out near the bottom of PFF's ratings. Ward may back up at multiple spots if he doesn't win a starting role.
