QB Brady Quinn

Just imagine if a white player punched Jamarcus Russell or Vince Young. The player would be gang assaulted by many, many other black players on the team. The player would be instantly cut, and probably banned from the NFL by "old school" Roger Goodell. The jock sniffers on ESPN would be outraged, and the player's name would become synonymous with evil, much like John Rocker.

In this case, this clown (who I've never heard of), will suffer no real consquences. Brady Quinn, however, will lose a little more confidence. I'm taking a wild guess that no teammate sprung to his defense when he was attacked (whether it was a sucker punch or not) by the much bigger, far less known player. I'm also guessing no one, except Quinn perhaps (and that's no sure thing), is even upset about the "incident." Quinn now knows that his black teammates are not truly on his side, something all young white QBs realize at some point. It's truly amazing that any of them can succeed.

The headline of the story -- "Quinn Punched" -- tells us all we need to know about what happened. If it wasn't a sucker punch, or if Quinn had in any way tried to defend himself, the media, to the extent they didn't bury the story, would havelabeled it a "fight" or an "altercation."

He frequently mentions how "horrible" the Heavyweight boxing division has become, and has said NFL players like "Derrick Brooks" or "Ray Lewis" WOULD BE the HW Champs. They are simply choosing football over boxing. Reali, (AKA 'Stat Boy') on the equally crappy PTI, is a know-nothing, skinny little woman.

I saw that yesterday. I would love to be in a cell with Reali. Let's just say, he would get more than a punch to the face... Maybe I'll sell him to one of the dark warriors that he likes so much.

They always try to frame black thuggery in a "comedic" and condescending context.

Tony Reali sounds like the type of caste lackey who'd like being "queen of the cellblock" & passed around like a carton of smokes.

Quinn has more talent in the tip of his finger than Reali has in his entire candy@$$ body.

As for Ray Lewis...I'll give him the same "sympathy" that those "affletes" were giving Tom Brady....Ray & Suggs need to take their skirts off & just play. Lewis got away with cold-blooded murder thanks to a stacked jury of his fellow "bruthaz & sistuhz".

Ray Ray is getting a bit more ornery at this late stage of his career. I say he has a TNB meltdown some time and goes out with a bang. We can therefore conclude that Ray Lewis was a hot headed punk Gangsta in a big MLB's body.

Black star players do not like any White players taking liberties on them. That goes against the grain of letting the black stars lead the team.
So looks like Quinn did do at least one good thing in last night's game.

Ray Lewis should first look at himself and what a hypocrite he is. He claims to be a holy man yet he was involved in criminal activity and in my opinion got away with murder. The guy got a murder charged dismissed and pleaded guilty to obstruction of justice and received one year of probation.

Brady Quinn's block on Terrell Suggs has really caused quite an uproar around the league. Several players on OTHER teams, completely disconnected from the event, have publicly demanded he be fined an outrageous amount. What I'd like to know is- when did this kind of block become illegal? Why is it illegal? When I was young, that would have been considered a fantastic block. It makes no sense, and seems curiously to be a way to penalize white QBs.

Anyone who doubts the extent of black solidarity need only look at the reaction to this incident. Can you imagine white players on OTHER teams publicly demanding that say, Vince Young, be heavily fined for an "illegal" block on say, Jared Allen? Obviously, the mind reels at even contemplating such an impossibility. In each of the comments (as well as the unprofessional and borderline threatening ones issued by Suggs' agent), there was a strong and obvious racial component, simmering just beneath the surface. True, no one mentioned race, but it was front and center, between the lines.

Brady Quinn, sad to say, will almost certainly be one of those loudly trumpeted first round "busts." He has been given no chance to succeed, and will surely get about 1/5 the amount of time black QBs like Jason Campbell are given. Now, however, he is a marked man. Look for every black defender in the league to go after him. I hope I'm wrong, but history tells me otherwise.

If we ever for a moment forget how important race is to virtually every black player in the league, we should try and remember situations like this. All blacks bond together, regardless of team, community or country. Whites, meanwhile, are terrified of defending each other.

Reading about this contrived "controversy" the thought that keeps coming to me is, why would Brady Quinn deliberately throw an illegal block when he himself is a quarterback and the target of likely retribution from defensesif he did so? The obvious answer is that he didn't do it deliberately. I agree there is a lot of simmering hatred and jealousy right beneath the surface in the NFL, much of it racially based, that becomes visible over actions such as Quinn's block that have nothing to do with race. Good analysis BigUnReal. I get sick of these chicken$#*T$ being afraid of their own shadow while the "affletes" ban together...even over a regular block like Brady's (which wasn't "dirty"). If any of the "affletes" attempt "revenge", the Browns OL needs to throw a nice legwhip, etc.

From the stat sheet, it doesn't look like Brady Quinn had a terrific game last night against the Steelers, but he got the W. Maybe, to overlook days where the stats are not all that, but he gets the win, he should have a nickname, or "nickphrase", like "He just win game!" Oh, sorry, that's already taken.
