Again, let's remember that this thread is now only for posts concerning multiple teams, players on multiple teams, or the league itself. All posts about an individual player or team belong in the team forums.

Don posting this here because Beckham is currently a FA.

I think Beckham is one of the most loathsome players in the league. His whole career was made off of one catch. He has thrown Eli Manning under the bus and now thrown Mayfield and the Browns under the bus. Apparently but predictably many of the Browns players wanted Beckham to return to the team after his father's child like meltdown on social media. How or why any team would want to welcome this cancer into their locker room is beyond me. He's the epitome of the modern black athlete - effeminate, passive-aggressive, aggrandized by the media hype, selfish, mentally fragile etc.

Consensus from Media is that Scam is back! **** Darnold!

Also Baker Mayfield is holding The Browns back. I've yet to hear any of the talking heads acknowledge his Top3RBs were out with the flu. Or acknowledge that Baker has been instrumental in Browns turnaround. A historically awful Franchise.

Mayfield holding back the Browns is laughable. He’s injured and probably should just shut down for the year but he is gutting through it. The Browns are 5-5 and could easily have a winning season.

Im just so tired of the media in all it’s forms. Sports media is probably the most hyper-reactive and instantaneous with talking heads spewing their “hot takes” and somehow get traction because enough idiots out there buy into it. They are just instruments to keep the bread and circuses going. They are all tools. Their most egregious offense as of late was putting all the focus on Rodgers not getting the covid vaccine while almost totally ignoring the black 1st rounder from Alabama who killed a woman. Just shows how ****** they are.

Agreed. Laughable is what the Browns were before Baker.

It was great seeing Rodgers come back and beat Seahawks in a 17-0 shutout!

Ruggs really bailed out Gruden from public eye huh?!

NFL to intensify COVID-19 protocols around Thanksgiving holiday
With Thanksgiving approaching and COVID-19 cases rising again nationwide, the NFL on Tuesday night issued a memo to its teams detailing changes to its COVID-19 protocols, including mandatory testing for all players and staff the Monday and Wednesday after the holiday and mandatory mask-wearing for all players and staff while inside club facilities from Nov. 25 through Dec. 1.

The memo, a copy of which was obtained by ESPN, also establishes new requirements for surveillance cameras in team facilities for the purpose of enforcing COVID-19 protocols. The memo says the league has been "periodically reviewing footage from surveillance cameras in club facilities to ensure Protocol compliance. Discipline has been issued against individual players and clubs as warranted."

Effective Nov. 29, all NFL teams will be required to have video cameras installed in their weight rooms and cafeterias, including weight rooms that are outdoors or in practice bubbles. Teams must retain video from those cameras for 30 days in case the league requests to view it for the purpose of finding out whether people are following mask requirements at team facilities.

A lot of players and coaches were pushed into taking the deadly vaxx as the path of least resistance. In fact, many of their jobs likely depended on it. They thought they'd at least get their privileges back, but instead they got the ol' Covid Switcheroo!

It’s hard for me to feel sorry for any of the players. The coaches, to some degree yes, as they were threatened with termination. Players like Rodgers, Beasley, Harrison Smith, Cousins and Hopkins all had the courage to just say no. Others could have followed their lead.

ESPN specifically ((Kellerman)) crying that Amari Cooper isn't vaccinated. LOL.

ESPN saying vaxx isn't a personal choice "but a communal one" lmao. These ******* really are funny. "

Coronabros are in Glee, that Negro Football League is ramping up their mask protocols for Thanksgiving.

"It's like if you step on a Rusty nail, it's your choice. But you still miss games."

" People who wear seatbelts still get injured in car wrecks!" Their response when hit with the reality that vaxx'd players are still testing positive.

The NFL moves franchises not because they aren't being supported enough but because a city didn't sufficiently submit to an owner's greed-fueled blackmail demands. The league has been a money-making machine for a long time and teams shouldn't be able to relocate without just cause and there no longer is just cause, just a city's refusal to spend millions (now billions actually) of taxpayer monies to build a new stadium every 20 years to benefit a billionaire. The city of St. Louis has won damages but that's no consolation to the fans who spent (wasted) so much money supporting a team that split town. Yeah, it's mostly DWFs who lost out, but it's still the little guy getting shafted as always.

Yep. That's it. Don's first sentence really summed it up.

In the past NFL teams hardly ever moved. Its only in the recent history this has become the norm. Greed driving it all.

Under no circumstances should any local, state or federal government give as much as one penny to these privately owned businesses unless it can be shown that they will make money on the deal.

Although the article explicitly states otherwise; the big rumor in St. Louis is that the NFL is going to expand by 2 teams with St. Louis receiving one of the expansion franchises.

The city of St. Louis basically had the saying turnaround is fair play happen to them with Rams leaving St. Louis, except that when the Rams came to St. Louis there lease was up and here their greedy owner violated his lease.

As other stated corporate welfare is probably worse than real welfare. As for the money that may clean up a district in St. Louis but that in no way helps that city for much as the city except around the baseball and hockey stadium is largely an abandoned city.

Not sure if I should post this in the Texans thread, or the Lions thread or the Bust thread, but I think this is the best place.

The NFL's leading tackler last season, Zach Cunningham, was cut the other day by Houston. Part of it was due to lack to coverage skills, part of it was due to off-field issues. On waivers, the sad-sack, Chad Hansen-less Detroit Lions are the first team in line to claim him.

Here's a fascinating tidbit from a fan site which will blow away any DWF or Black Supremacists' specious and totally erroneous claim of "why not, Cunningham's got a be 100 times better than Alex Anzalone in coverage".

  • Utter lack of impact plays. Cunningham has one INT, six sacks and five forced fumbles in five NFL seasons. Lions LB Alex Anzalone has more PDs in the last four games (5) than Cunningham has in his last 24 games played.

My biggest take away from the Urban Meyer news is -

Seemingly he hired a white strength coach with rumoured past of racist remarks. The guy was run out of the league in a day.

A league full of women and child beaters, but there's no room for a guy that maybe said something that was taken in a racial context.

The NFL is nearing a major problem with all of the positive COVID tests. The league and players union are revisiting the protocols. The rumored proposed solution: stop testing vaccinated players.

Rumor confirmed. Vaccinated players will no longer be subject to daily tests.

The Lions did not claim Cunningham (now in Tennessee) to replace Anzalone. But why would they, if you read what I posted above? Hopefully Alex will be able to play soon, as he was injured last week.

Speaking of Tennessee, reason I brought this up, is the Lions actually did use that #1 spot to claim safety Brady Breeze off waivers from Mike Vrable's defensive plantation. Any white drafted by Tennessee after round 3 has virtually no chance of sticking -- and they don't bother to draft whites (except OT's) in the top rounds anyway.

Detroit now has two whites (whopee!) on defense. First time since Jim Caldwell left? Someone named Jeff Risdon, a pretend scout perhaps?, has decided "kneecap biter" Breeze is way too slow to play defense with the all the Lions' super heroes! No surprise, a lack of hip swerve seems to the issue, according to Risdon.

Safety Ben DeLuca made his NFL debut last week for the Chargers and should be on the field tonight (special teams). Some sources have him listed at LB, which makes zero sense, except for stacking/slotting caste purposes?

Speedy, former BYU CB Zayne Anderson could also play tonight. Played 3 games for K.C. earlier this season. Has been added to the roster, again.

Finally: Happy birthday to Charley Trippi, who turned 100 this week. Ashamed to say I had no idea who this legend was until a few days ago. Was reading the Atlanta JC Monday and saw the link of UGA Caste clown Kirby Smart bringing him a huge b'day cake, saying he was most athletic Bulldog ever! Trippi was the #1 overall pick in the 1945 NFL Draft by the Chicago Cardinals and went on to make the PF Hall of Fame (QB,RB,DB)......While Trippi was drafted in '45, he did not play until 1947. Don't need to look it up, as I'm sure he was forced to go overseas for two years and sensely risk his life in a war started by he same Demonic group that eventually sent Arizona Cardinals DB Pat Tillman to war after another false flag event (9/11). Glad Mr. Trippi made it back from war and made it to 100 years old.

It's now being reported that the Browns-Raiders game is being postponed from Saturday to Monday. A major reason why the league's beyond absurd "protocols" are being changed on the fly to allow players who test positive or who are deemed "close contacts" to come back quicker is because all the current disarray with so many players suddenly sidelined is infuriating two of the main groups that prop up the league and keep it so popular -- gamblers and fantasy football players. This week is the first playoff week for most fantasy leagues, and with players being sidelined left and right it's ruining the seasons of the 30 million or so Americans who play ff. (I was going to write "DWFs" instead of "Americans" but I play fantasy football myself so I changed it to look more dignified :D)

Here's a good article about the craziness of it all, as none of these "Covid-positive" athletes even get sick much less are in danger of dying. It's the experimental vaccines that pose the risks to their health.

Yea Saints fans hated Alex even tho he played great. I'm glad he's doing well, albeit on a bad team. His replacement Kwon has made many boneheaded mistakes but they don't say anything. A majority of saints fans also claimed that Trey Hendrickson only got sacks because he lined up opposite to Cam Jordan. Glad he's tearing it up as well.

The test is so bogus and gives so many false positives that even the NFL has been forced to take a step back. Of course, they're redirecting it to push people to get vaccinated with the "vaccinated players no longer face daily tests" policy (which will be temporary, the daily tests for everyone will come back as soon as it's deemed viable). "Get the jab to get your freedom back" was a Big Lie from the beginning. Everyone (except the 0.01% elite) will be tyrannized, jabbed or not.

Tyler Higbee being forced to miss a game because of a false positive test was major BS.

I'd say we are that point in the battle of the social opinion game that we can debate or discuss less and start assigning blame to those who play the Coofer Cult game. While it's fine to understand every jot and dot of the virus pandemic and the evil perps who perpetuate the misery it is far past time to let go of the fantasy that the evil people can be dissuaded from evil by debate or discussion.

I mention this in relation to the NFL because Clay Travis is still trying to reason or mock the NFL into compliance with his views. IMO it's time to use an Alinsky rule and isolate, target and freeze some of the people who rule and enforce this evil garbage. The Alinsky rule is basic conquer and divide, will the covid cult of the NFL composed of grifters and greed heads rally about someone who brings heat upon the cult? Perhaps but perhaps not.

Clay is playing the conservative grifter, the usual kind of person who howls in outrage and proclaims to bear the truth, but per usual always distracting us from looking at weaknesses of the evil ones or even contemplating using those weaknesses against the evil ones. FTR this grifter racket pays extremely well to the few chosen to lead it.
