My BQDS theory is that the league now wants "x" number of black QBs on rosters. Dobbs was nothing special, a few decent games with the Vikings before falling back to earth. Maye should be the unquestioned starter moving forward.
Pats also signed LB Robert Spillane for a White man's discount when seeing the asinine paydays mediocre CBs are getting. Just remember come draft day when all the CBs are getting drafted, how many will never amount to anything and those that stick around are not nearly as good as the money thrown at them during free agency.
