Hrgović bossed adeleye. Two solid rebound wins.

He's better than dubois as well which is frustrating. He just didn't seem to be best shape for that one.
Yes he had a rocky moment late in the 8th round but he rode it out similar to Zhang when he was dropped by him. This fight was largely one way traffic.

Nick Ball who fights similar to a Saxon warrior from the historical drama The Last Kingdom out worked the less dynamic Goodman but seemed to get a wider decision than it seemed on television as this seemed closer similar to the last card which was a one round margin as at times Goodman was able to out box the stocky warrior.

In the main event Itauma showed Whyte the door early with 2 or 3 power combinations wobbling and dropping and stopping Whyte, the referee was risking a 500 count on Whyte if more combinations were rained on his concussed brain.

I thought the Ball decision was way too wide on two of the cards. A good fight from Goodman. It took Whyte 6 minutes to walk to the ring, and now I know why. He knew he was going in the ring for the last time. I don't know if he connected with a single punch.

I happened to watch the highlights of the Itauma fight and while Itauma looks like a pretty good prospect, this was a blowout of a shot fighter. He looked a lot like James Kirkland or Jeff Lacey in their last fights. He didn’t belong there and should retire to preserve whatever health he’s got left.

I concur with both of you he had a look of condemned prisoner walking to his execution and fought as bad as any shot former champion or contender who should retire.

This is boxing so he will get offers for a b side bout against somebody looking to make a name off of the ghost of Whyte. Knowing the history of boxing most likely he takes the blood money offer.

I had to go back and watch Jeff Lacey’s last fight. He fought and up and coming Sullivan Barrera and it was a painful watch. Lacey didn’t belong in there and neurologically couldn’t get his body to do what his mind wanted it to. Teddy Atlas was commentating and basically said what most announcers wouldn’t.

There is boxing from Florida to the Congo. It appears that most of the whites are from England. I hope they are enjoyable.

Yes a slow weekend with the British prospect card probably the best watch of the weekend. I scarcely saw a name I recognized on the two North American cards.

I recognized a few names or at least bloodlines on the Australian card with Alex Lepai and one of the Dibs who are Lebanese Australians and one even had a main stream world belt for a cup of coffee. Dib is probably more famous for suing 50 cents for not honoring his contract and the rapper stated something to the effect his stage name was similar to his net worth...

Probably the biggest news of the week after the chilling dispatch of Whyte is that Jake Paul and Tank Davis are fighting an exhibition. After the talk of Joshua vs Paul this is more the speed of Paul as he is fighting a smaller guy who shouldn't be able to hurt him and is making possibly low 8 figures for his time.

https://www.boxingscene.com/article...-davis-set-for-an-exhibition-bout-in-novemberNote the fight will be an exhibition as even in hands off corrupt jurisdictions like Florida or Texas the commissions know that a man 50 pounds lighter and a half foot shorter have no business fighting even a club fighter with those advantages.
