Manziel is under a barrage of criticism for rather ordinary things and consequently the buzz is he suddenly is not an "NFL quality" quarterback. In the meantime in the NFL, following a terrible preseason game Terrell Pryor was gifted the starting QB job for the Oakland Raiders. Just for review and comparison, Pryor was involved in a HUGE college scandal in which he sold Ohio State merchandise, reportedly drove 8 different vehicles that magically landed in his lap, and signed autographs for money. I'll repeat that, he signed autographs for money. Oh, this sin. His punishment was that his white coach was fired and his nfl draft prospects only rose. For him the scandal was quickly forgotten by all.

What's more this turd of quarterback threw for over 300 yards in exactly one game in his three year college career. By comparison the guy we are constantly told absolutely can't throw (one Tim Tebow) threw for over 300 yards 5 times in his three year career as a starting college qb including an amazing 482 yards in his final game - a bowl game no less. It didn't quiet his critics in the jews media one bit. Why let facts get in the way of a good white boy/goy can't throw story?

During Pryor's pro day, with no defense he was able to complete a paltry 70% of his passes to unguarded receivers - 90% and above is the average for a qb on pro day. All this and yet we never heard Steven A. Smiff or any self-loafing white talking head utter the words "The Dude can't throw!" even though it is quite obvious that "that dude can't throw and never could throw."

I saw quite a bit of Pryor when he played at Ohio State and he was indeed horrible. If I remember correctly he wasn't even drafted to play QB for Oakland, that was considered a joke. But now that joke players are the in thing at the position I guesss it's okay. I expect in a couple of years that Denard Robinson will be moved to Qb too.

Back to Johnny Football, in my area there is a new local sports station that features a former morning DJ that was popular amongst the older FM crowd. He was goind on about what a "punk" Manziel was and how he should be suspended. It was sickening to listen to this aging old White turd attack a young brother like that but the funniest part was his criticism of ESPN for "sticking up" for Manziel. When ESPN is considered the defenders of Manziel amongst the DWF leaders then you know it's going to be tough for him.

I think there will be some blow back as Manziel's supposed shortcomings such as partying, taunting, and being flashy, are traits exactly in step with the morality of our evil empire. Unlike say Tebow or some other boyscout White player, Manziel is not bucking the current trends of behavior but following them. He should come out as bi-sexual or something and then he will be treated like a hero. If the negative Manziel meme continues to gain traction amongst the sports sheeple then I bet his agents have him admit to some sort of drinking problem or similar, so as to play the victim card. That's another tactic common amongst culturally ostracized White males with no other victim card to play.

Fox Sports 1 analyst and ex-Chicago Bear Brian Urlacher cut right to the point earlier this week, when he was asked about Johnny Manziel’s actions during Texas A&M’s season opener against Rice.

“I’m not saying he’s a punk, but he acted like a punk in that game,” Urlacher opined. “[He's] such a good football player. You saw in the second half, what he did — three touchdown passes and ran it pretty well. It’s just too bad he had to act like that. I’m pulling for the guy. I want him to do well.”

The folks at CNBC’s Squawk Box tried to draw a similar reaction out of Patriots QB Tom Brady on Thursday. Brady joined the show via video, as part of a segment that also included an in-studio interview with Patriots owner Robert Kraft.

The show’s host, Joe Kernan, turned his discussion with Brady toward Manziel by saying, “You’re probably going to play against Johnny Football one day,” and then asking Brady, “What’s the biggest thing you’ve ever done in terms of flaunting? I think I’ve maybe seen a fist pump. That’s about it, isn’t it?”

Brady responded with a rather indirect comment about Manziel’s behavior.

“I get pretty emotional,” Brady said. ” I have a lot of respect for … my teammates, for my organization and certainly for other guys in the NFL. There’s not a guy playing in the NFL who hasn’t earned the right to be here, and who isn’t supremely talented.

“He’s [Manziel] probably been the best athlete in his high school class, in his elementary school class. So when you look across the ball, you have respect for those guys and treat them with respect. Football’s a physical game … and as [Kraft] would say, “If you’re a turd, it’s going to come back to you.”

It’s hardly an out-of-bounds dig at Manziel’s character, but it does add yet another log to the Johnny Football fire.

Defending Super Bowl MVP Joe Flacco took the Manziel controversy in the other direction over the weekend, commenting: “I don’t know if I’ll be too popular for this … But I don’t know how I really felt about Johnny Manziel, but I feel like now everyone hates him. He’s quickly becoming my favorite player in college football.”

Oh, just a reminder: Even if Manziel turns pro following this college season, there still are eight months until next May’s draft. So this likely is just the beginning of all the Manziel frenzy.

The highlighted part is indeed the most significant statement Brady made. Probably half the guys in the NFL dont deserve to be there, and if they would have had to actually make their grades in school probably 90% of the blacks wouldnt be there.

Im just waiting to see ONE guy with the balls to point out the way black players constantly do much worse than Manziel, and hes being attacked because he is White. Of course that would be the end of that persons career.

Someone should have played this clip during that inane interview, along with countless other pertinent examples of Brady jawing with and taunting defenders, violently spiking the ball after goalline QB sneaks, etc., over the years. I never minded him doing so…but don’t criticize someone else for doing something similar.

I love Tom Brady as a player, but his comments hardly surprise me. I really want to think there must be one successful white player out there who sees the double standard, but I don't know- maybe there isn't.

Today, I caught a bit of that horrific Jemele Hill, where she was attacking Manziel, and also gave several examples of black college players, such as Chris Webber, whom she claimed were criticized much more harshly. Michael Smith, who appears to be one of the more sensible black "journalists," immediately called her out, saying "let's talk about the elephant in the room- all those players you mentioned were black, and Manziel is white."

This is how bad our mainstream media is. Just as it is in politics, the "debate" is so restricted, the discussion contained within such narrow boundaries, that the dumbed down audience, even if they are intellectually capable, is never given a chance to reasonably consider any given issue. Race- which has come to mean "black grievances" for all intents and purposes, can only be discussed by blacks. Whites can only chime in to express their profound guilt and perpetually apologize for crimes they never committed.

You know the discourse has reached the height of absurdity when the most rational commentators on these topics are invariably black. Sterling Sharpe, Michael Smith, Michael Irvin and even Steven A. Smith are sometimes cogent and treat white athletes much fairer than any white "journalist" does. If any talking head is ever going to address the discrimination against whites, it will have to be a black one.

While a few of the black "journalists" are sometimes more even handed than their white brethren, vile, ebonics spewing racists like Jemele Hill wield an ever increasing amount of influence on ESPN and the NFL Network. Affirmative Action is really working its magic on those two networks, as they seem to have as much overflowing black "talent" for hire as the NBA and NFL does.

Manziel is going to have to deal with the kind of intense scrutiny, and nonstop, unwarranted criticism that only Tim Tebow, among high profile athletes, ever has. With his combative personality, and the unfortunate personal choices he keeps making, it's hard to see this media fueled soap opera ending happily.

I guess they forgot the game against Alabama and he looked good against LSU. DWID, I think a very large portion of black NFL players are juicing. Football is a job and it's important to make as much money as possible and prolong your career. PED's can help you achieve this.

I agree. This game will also help his draft stock since all the BSPN experts say how talented the Alabama defense is - if Manziel can shred them again it will only help his cause.

Why would anyone here want to see Saban go down as the greatest coach? The guy is a hardcore caste-o-phile. He was like that when he coached the Dolphins and he is like that at Alabama. There would be nothing I would enjoy more than to see his coal black squads go down in flames.

The thing I worry about is the new coordinator, which I don't know who it is right now, Kingsbury was a great one, which is why he is a head coach now, Sumlin is the college equivalent of Tomlin, doesn't do anything really. So it might be ALL on Manziel, he might not get the best play calling like last year, he might just have to improvise on every single play, which he is good at doing anyway. Nick Saban is a guru but not many of his players do well in the pros considering how much of a powerhouse they are.

Manziel is pretty much the main thing holding my interest in college football right now, well football in general with it seeming that every White rb is sharing carries right now. I didn't get a chance to see BYU, its taking forever to get a copy of it. Do we have a true starter in any league at rb? (like Ncaa fbs, nfl and cfl) I thought Chad Kackert started for the Argonauts but I downloaded a few games and didn't see him on there. Edit: nevermind looked it up and he has been out for weeks with a knee injury, luckily it looks like he still has a starting spot, their running game has sucked wo him and they keep calling him the Grey Cup hero/star.

I've never been more pumped for a game than this one tommorow. Alabama will throw everything they have at this kid. Can he handle the pressure two years in a row? I would answer that with a hell yeah. Johnny Football will get it done but it won't be easy. I expect a very close hard fought game but I do see the Aggies winning. This kid is from another planet. Haha. He is that good.

Watch some of the training that this kid goes through. This is the type of work he puts in to be the most exciting player in all of college football. Great documentary. Have a look guys.

Well that was too good to be true. No way are they going to let Johnny Football crush Alabama. If they win, it will be close. Alabama went down the field like they were playing Pop Warner players the last drive. And then the next A & M drive gets stalled by one of those always perfectly timed penalties.

And the Alabama receivers continue to be wipe open. Does A & M understand they allow blitzing in college football? And now another TD. My, that was quite a momentum shift, wasn't it? Hilarious.

If A & M doesn't win this game, after being up 14-0 early at home, then you all can guess what I attribute that to. Glad I don't watch much college football. I've seen this movie many, many times. Alabama and Nick Saban epitomize what I mean by a "chosen" team.
