Today, out of nowhere, there were ubiquitous articles about Grayson Allen, all with the same theme: he's Duke's next "villain". Google "Grayson Allen villain" and you'll get 500,000 results. Most of what I read is complimentary about his game, because you can't be hated if you suck. The guy has never done anything to be labeled a villain. He just has that "punchable face". Anyway, it is absolutely despicable garbage that the media just can't wait to stir up hate against him.

Grayson has all the tools to be a legitimately dominating player. Question is will he be allowed to shine early? Or will he get the Singler treatment.

There has been buzz about Allen's pro potential now and it is easy to see why. But this villain thing is so disgusting and horrible it makes me sick. Here is a kid like a good sport who had to sit on the friggen bench practically the whole year, ( and it would have been the whole year if one of the Duke's players hadn't been dismissed from the team) and you have these weasels out there starting up this hateful racist campaign because he saved the day for Duke in the Championship? His hustle and heart and skills and athleticism is somehow deemed offensive to these miserable bunch of twerps?
These punks think it is cute to push this crap on the public. In my mind it is first class hate speech that plays into the modern thought making the rounds at college campuses that it is ok to truly hate white athletes!

Jordan Spieth is fortunate to be in a sport that is black-free other than 1/4 black Tiger Woods, otherwise the media and DWF knives would already be out trying to demonize him.

But it only takes the slightest slip-up, and sometimes no slip-up at all, for a White athlete to become a designated villain. ESPN took a "survey" of PGA players recently and one of the questions was if one of their fellow players was involved in a fight in a parking lot, which one would they be least likely to help.

What a juvenile, totally ridiculous question to ask in the first place. The anonymous golfing pros who answered most often picked Bubba Watson as the one they would be least likely to help. (They were probably afraid, even in a supposedly anonymous survey, to pick Tiger.)

Yes, Bubba Watson, the self-taught, humble, non-drinking, non-cursing small-town guy who weeps every time he wins, is a scumbag. Who knew? Rating NFL and NBA players on a 1 to 100 scale with 1 being angelic and 100 the most vicious thug, Watson would rate about a 2.

But the media has to manufacture White villains, which was the purpose of the ESPN "survey." Every time I've seen it mentioned, only the "least likely to help" question was written about. Bubba even had to answer questions about it at Masters press conferences this week, and did so with class and grace.

Spieth is wise well beyond his years, and likely knows the "rules." But still, the headline of an article in today's local sports section reads "Hard Not to Like Jordan Spieth." Interesting wording, because the first inclination of the corporate sports media and DWFs is to not like any successful White athletes.

Sports Illustrated (from a Cultural Marxist Perspective) recently ran an article on Bryce Harper being "the most hated baseball player." Why? Because he's confident and brash and was that rare White athlete to garner media attention at a very young age. It's the same instant hate Grayson Allen is now facing.

When Whites soon become an official numerical minority in the USSA (they already are a persecuted minority psychologically), the hatred against Whites and White athletes will only intensify. Most pathetic of all, it's almost always led by Whites and Jews and then instantly picked up on by the lemming White masses.

Don, this might be off the beam, but I honestly don't think the country is going to last much longer, in its present form. The US is going to collapse, and then it will be up to Whites to seize their chance and take the reins. I say this because the country is out of money, period. My work has me speaking with a fair amount of business people, people involved in politics at a certain level and others who privately, off the record - and you would be surprised at who some of these people are and/or at what they do - these people are worried, and think the country is going to tank in short order, as in by '21 or '22 at the latest.

Whites? We don't need a majority of our population to "seize the moment" if and when things tip, just a determined and willful minority. The rest will follow. But having enough determined people is the key and the question.

That's my two cents on ...that.

As far as the press goes, it's jews* manufacturing the White villains, and their White lackeys who'll sell out their own mothers to keep their jobs follow suit. Rory's my favorite golfer I have to admit. :icon_lol: As far as Allen goes, I can only hope that he is allowed to realize his potential. Many times a great White talent comes along and it seems as if orders come from on high to derail him.

*I never capitalize 'jew', 'hispanic', etc. because when "white" is used to describe WHITE PEOPLE, the "W" is never capitalized, when it should be, as far as I'm concerned. I wouldn't care if they capitalized the "B" for blacks, as long as we get the same treatment. I'm tired of the way the tribe will manipulate stories and always have "white" next to the terms Jew, African-American, Hispanic, Asian, etc. with Whites marginalized simply by the use of a lower case "w". Laugh if you want, but I know it's part of the tribe's game.

Don, just think about how much hate players like Laettner and Allen get compared to real thugs like Floyd Mayweather. Laettner and Allen never did anything wrong. Floyd, on the other hand, is a violent, racist, woman-beater who is the highest paid athlete in the world. Who is supporting this fool? Plenty of white people, that's who.

For Grayson, I think it's the fact that he is athletic that gets them worried. He can dunk and get to the basket. If he just hit long jumpers in the Final Four then that would be fine. The Russell Westbrook-style game made them mad. Coach K just might have another Duke Dynasty on his hands led by Grayson Allen.

The "most hated" thing could really backfire though. Then he could be the most favorite basketball player in America.

I've been looking a long time for that "determined and willful minority." Still isn't in sight, just a lot of hot air on the internet these days and nothing else, but maybe, hopefully Whitey will get off his ass before it's too late.

As far as capitalization, I follow a lot of the same guidelines you do. The cultural communists subverted not just spoken English but written English as well.

Don, I don't think the determined folks will step to the fore until the collapse hits. Then we'll see how many Whites are willing to step up.

A group could step up beforehand, but right now there simply aren't enough Whites who are uncomfortable. Too many Whites have the "...I've got mine," mentality, they don't realize we are in a war. But they will.

The "marxists" have subverted literally everything. They've done a great job when it comes to shaking the self-confidence of Whites in general.

I agree. The way things work today is any publicity is good publicity. If someone is talked about and a large group is negative then usually another group forms in support, as long as the person being discussed has not blasphemed in the modern sense, ie spoken poorly of blacks or gays, or exhibited some similar sentiment.

There is a bit of a push back on white hate when directed at an otherwise sympathetic or non threatening subject. Allen fits that mold so far.

Anyway the antiwhite Duke player meme is getting pretty old and played out.

Sports Illustrated article

Even in the SI wrap up article the writer referred to Allen as as the next hated white player.
Certainly the fact that Allen is young and has a high flying game as mentioned in a previous post plays into this hate hype. If he was the standard spot up shooter type there would be less animosity. Obviously Duke has very little to do with this sort of thing since mostly black Duke teams are deemed likeable by the media. Just that Duke is always on the big stage so the white guy makes an easy target. I am trying to be fair about this and yes Dekker and Big Frank of Wisconsin were not subject to this sort of talk although Doug Gottleib was so nasty about Frank's NBA career it was very revealing.
Again young and very athletic white basketball athletes who are 6'5" and under are targets for extermination and this anti- Allen brigade barely disguises the primitive wish to spiritually murder and weed out any of these type of white athletes. It is an attempt to ruin their promising careers before they really take off. In the end a terrible thing to behold.

Dukes Tyus Jones declared for the Nba Draft after his freshman year so this will be Grayson Allens Team. He will be the main star next year. At the worst case scenario he is one of a couple of stars and he is guaranteed to start. Great news. Get ready for more hate Grayson. He can handle it. Duke will be fun to watch next season.

Funny bit of non-journalism today from a young CBS blogger. Grayson Allen is the hands-down favorite for the "Aaron Craft Award" this coming season.

Back to the question though, let's just go ahead and make this an award. The Craftsmith Trophy, bestowed upon the player who most annoys opposing collegiate fanbases. I think the criteria we're looking for here is a recognizable face on a traditional powerhouse that is prone to annoying fans. He also needs to be an all-conference-level talent. Other recent recipients of this award (that I just made up): Gerry McNamara, Chris Kramer, Joakim Noah, Greg Paulus (ironically, one of Craft's future coaches at OSU), and J.J. Redick -- another player who this award could be named for.

I'll note a few quick candidates before giving who I think is the clear answer.

Bryce Alford: He's the coach's kid and his father was charged with nepotism in playing him over Zach LaVine. The reality is that Alford can really play, and when he's hot there isn't anyone in college basketball that can slow him down. His nine 3s in UCLA's upset win over SMU in the NCAA Tournament last year was a big performance on the big stage for a kid who has always been in his father's shadow. But having said all of those nice things, it's really not difficult to envision people hating him.

Trevor Cooney: Cooney Face, guys. Cooney Face.

Tyler Ulis: Ulis plays for Kentucky, which gives him a built in advantage in the opposing fanbase hatred department. Plus, he's a small, super pesty, maximum effort guy. Fits basically all the criteria.

Adam Woodbury: No, this award is not limited to just guards! Woodbury receives this nomination due to a penchant for eye-poking, accidental or not. Have to wonder if Iowa qualifies as a big-time enough program this year and if he qualifies as a big-time enough player to receive enough hatred nationally, but Woodbury will likely be booed in many gyms this year.

However, there is a clear preseason favorite here, and that would have to be Duke's Grayson Allen. Big name program with a history of producing annoying players. Looks eerily like Republican presidential candidate Ted Cruz. Plays with a ton of emotion. Slaps the floor on defense. Coach K calls him an "*******" in practice. Openly discusses how he is WILLING to be college basketball's villain.

This is pretty much a no-brainer, right? We might as well hand Allen the award now.

That's five out of six whites in the all-time list and four out of five whites as nominees for "player who most annoys opposing fanbases." Copious amount of double-talk in this little opinion piece. I think my favorite line is, "No, this award is not limited to just guards!" because that's exactly what I was thinking when I was reading this list.

Tyler Ulis is kind of a stretch, since I can barely tell any of the Kentucky players apart. I would suggest, for example, Maryland's Rasheed Sulaimon, who was coincidentally dismissed from Duke last year for generic "rules violations" immediately after reports of multiple rape accusations against him were made public. Granted, these were probably more of the 'feminist regret' brand of rapes, and Sulaimon claimed they were completely irrelevant to his dismissal. With ample options still at his disposal, he picked nearby rival Maryland to finish paying for his tuition before he gives the NBA draft camps a go next spring. He seems to also be one of those non-practicing, "assimilated" Muslims.

Those would all be actual reasons for Sulaimon to annoy you, not playing with emotion (whatever that means) or resembling a Republican politician.

Grayson Allen is a very gifted basketball player. He is the star on that team despite what the media says. The most he is hate the better. Allen feeds off that negative energy the same way Laettner did many years ago. He is good enough to back it up. Good start for Duke.

Duke should be more palatable to watch this year. Looks like they were starting a couple of pale faces from these highlights, including Allen, which would be two more than last year...

Allen completely lit VCU up tonight, finishing with a career high 30 points. And he even came off the bench too. I wonder if Coach K would ever bench one of his precious black one and done lottery picks for one bad game?

Allen lacks the selfishness required for a white player of his caliber to be truly recognized. Marshall Henderson got way more respect; and he wasn't half the player Grayson is.

Allen actually has back-to-back 30-plus-point games against all-black teams: 30 (off the bench) against VCU and 32 against Georgetown. he's the first Dukie to have a back-to-back 30-point scoring outburst since J.J. Redick.

allen%20and%20redick_zpsbpszxny2.jpg

five games into the season, Allen leads the nation with 122 points, and he was recently named the MVP of the 2K Classic. not a bad way to start off the year, even considering his benching for having a poor shooting night against Kentucky. he didn't keep his head down after that happened, though; instead, he simply went out and dominated. he's probably ray-ciss for expressing his White supremacy over those poor black-lives-don't-matter hoopsters. LOL

From the article:

Allen looks soft, but plays hard, his game filled with swagger even if he isn't necessarily the swagger type. He has had his big-stage moment: his 16-point performance outburst in last season's national championship game essentially halted Wisconsin and handed Duke coach Mike Krzyzewski his fifth title.

And, of course, Allen is a white guy in a Duke uniform, the latest vessel, the reincarnation of Christian Laettner, Chris Collins, Steve Wojciechowski, J.J. Redick, Greg Paulus and Jon Scheyer. The personas are interchangeable, and equally hard to like.

Along comes Allen, a cum laude graduate of an $11,000-a-year prep school in Jacksonville, a member of the Fellowship of Christian Athletes, vice president of the student government.

What's not to hate?

Another article - imagine if the headline said Player X and being a hated black player with Kentucky - what a different public reaction. However when it is a white player no one seems to raise an eyebrow to it.

I am glad to hear Allen is playing so well though.
