I thought GGG acquitted himself well and that he was robbed again. If the fight had been scored in GGG's home territory it would probably have gone his way instead. He has nothing to be ashamed of; I think he won.

Of course Alvarez stans will think their boy won but then they'll think what they think.

I believe both men did well and it was a good fight. GGG won overall. Bigger shots and was never hurt, whereas Canelo was.

Going forward, I wouldn't mind if GGG retired so that he can deny Alvarez the satisfaction of a third fight, and also as a protest against corrupt judging. If he does fight again he'll be even older so who knows what might happen.

For a 36 year old past prime middleweight against another good fighter in his prime, GGG was amazing. Mentally he seems a lot stronger mentally than Kovalev, who also suffered a robbery that robbed him of the psychological edge, coincidentally (or not) fighting another dirtbag in America.

No wonder he left the ring without talking to the dweebs with the mics. He's probably pissed off.
GGG will be put on ice for at least 6 months and will be 37 which is ancient for a middleweight. Only old man Hopkins has been a championship level fighter at 37 in this division.

The only silver lining for GGG is that he knows he can hurt PEDnelo, but the rubber bout will be dictated by Golden Shower Productions in terms of money and date and location. GGG seems to be a larger Marquez who can't buy a win against the house golden boy...

Anyone that purchases the rubber match is a mark and will only abet in Vegas's boxing corruption. I hope boxing fans boycott it. Although I feel it's not just their pocket book that motivates them.

Yes, it's not anything but highway robbery to pay more than about 30 bucks for a PPV, I don't care if the fight is as good as Wlad vs Joshua or this one or some of the recent classics. These fights were on free tv for the most part until people started not caring about their pocket books.

Close to a C note for a pro wrestling style decision, is outrageous I would sooner give the money to a down and out beggar or a charitable cause than to Golden Shower.

Corruption reigns in Vegas as well as Golden Shower Production as WIR correctly coined them. LOL. Anyway, I had GGG winning by at least two rounds. HBO's scorer Harold ((Lederman)) had GGG up by 4 rounds. Our guys Steven A Smiff and Pyscho Atlas even had GGG winning. Now way is Vegas going to let their cash cow lose in a close fight. Too bad GGG did not get the KO and Bopkins will continue to share the record of title defenses. Canelo did show he is a great fighter to trying to walk down GGG and make it close. So I suspect a rubber match is up. GGG will 37 years old. But still a massive payday. I was bummed, but knowing a lot of ppl believed that GGG was the real winner gives me solace. BTW Dan Raphael had it 114-114.

So not one boxing writer thought Alvarez won the fight. And yet two of three judges thought so. What can you say.

Hopefully a 3rd fight. It's a shame how GGG's two victories are a tie and a loss!

Outstanding compilation Charles Martel. Great evidence to prove the corruption of Vegas and Golden Shower Promotions.

Harold Lederman has a pretty good eye for scoring fights and there is no way he was off by 4-5 rounds. Another big fight and another fix was in.

In "Goodfellas" the movie ends with the mafia run out of Vegas. Looks like they didn't really leave. They just moved over to boxing.

Iffy decision or no, Canelo has to feel better about himself. He found he can fight at a high level without peds.

I hope they fight again. Even though he went the distance Canelo took a lot of punches. That's twenty four rounds of GGG softening him up. Can he take another twelve rounds?

The night I watched it I had GGG by 2 rounds. My brother watched the next day. He thought it was a draw. But changed his mind to 4 points for GGG. I will watch the rebroadcast with the volume off. Pretty confident I will score it 4 rounds for GGG. F'n corrupt Vegas.

I hate saying this except that GGG and his management team knew this would happen if GGG didn't ko Canelo. They have no one to blame but themselves. I think GGG beat Canelo worst this time than in the first fight. He definitely hurt him more this time and jab his head like bobble head doll.

I purposely waited a week to watch the re-broadcast of the GGG vs Canelo rematch so as I could view it the first time after 7 days of brewing. I had Canelo winning 3 rounds solid with a 4th rd as a tie or a Canelo rd to be generous. That is 8 rounds for GGG and 4 rounds for Canelo. Corruption reigns like Golden Showers Promotions. If I am GGG, I request the 3rd fight. Big money and the world knows who won the first two. I suspect Canelo will give in and 3rd match happening. May of 2019 is when the 3rd fight happens.

Well, we know GGG is 40-0 and 2-0 against Canelo. In the Jewish created fantasy world he is 0-1-1. Most people believe the lies, so why not take another big pay day against Canelo, then retire. At least he will be rich. This world sucks.

Watched the replay I had GGG winning. His power finally got to Canelo a couple times. I'd say first two thirds of the fight back and forth close, then the last third more back and forth with GGG a clear edge. But Canelo had just enough moments to justify a biased judge's nod.

The broadcast team, especially Kellerman, seemed to favor Canelo.
