"racial segregation needs to come back in a big way. it's the only way for whites to live civilly."

That's what Europe was until all the immigration. Most people in the US lived in segregated areas, even if it wasn't mandated. I lived in an all white area growing up. Never saw any non-whites.

"If the all-black French team played well or not, it doesnt take away
from the fact that theres some kind of 'system of preference' going on
in France (and England). 80% of its players are black in a majority
white country. Im sure if in a black country with a small minority of
whites, if the football team was mainly white, you would be saying the
same (and demanding quotas! LoL)"

It doesn't have to be any system of preference. For a poor minority like blacks, soccer is one of few chances, how to improve economic level. They fill the teams and since they mature earlier than white kids, they are often selected as "more talented". You should take into consideration that while adult blacks are smaller than most whites, during adolescence they are taller because of earlier height spurt. This can naturally easily lead to their overrepresentation in certain sports, because white kids actually play against boys, who are one year older. As a result, white kids leave these sports in droves, because they simply despise black presence. Furthermore, the Frenchmen are such a low-life nation that they even purposedly hire blacks from their former colonies.

Here is an article about that moron, Anelka, who has been suspended by the French team. Ingrate Anelka says he is dying of laughter. Why don't they import more Africans to France.

Nicolas Anelka amused by suspensionEmail Print Comments267 Associated Press

PARIS -- Nicolas Anelka scoffed at his 18-match suspension from France's national football team, saying it has him "dying of laughter."

The French Football Federation suspended the Chelsea striker Tuesday for his profane tirade against France's then-coach Raymond Domenech at the World Cup. Anelka was sent home from South Africa, prompting a player strike.

"
Who said I wanted to play again in blue ... for me, after the World Cup in South Africa, the French team is now history.

"Â￾
-- France striker Nicolas Anelka

In an interview in France Soir newspaper on Wednesday, Anelka called the suspension a "masquerade to not lose face."

"These people are real clowns ... I'm dying of laughter," the report quoted Anelka.

The 18-match ban is expected to last for nearly two years, meaning that by the time he's again eligible to play for "Les Bleus," Anelka will be 33 and unlikely to be recalled.

"Who said I wanted to play again in blue?" he asked, adding that "for me, after the World Cup in South Africa, the French team is now history."

All 23 players on France's World Cup squad boycotted a training session in South Africa to protest Anelka's expulsion after he insulted Domenech during a 2-0 loss to Mexico.

The French federation summoned the five players who played a leading role in the boycott to a hearing Tuesday. Anelka and Franck Ribery didn't attend and sent lawyers instead.

Ribery, who was vice captain at the World Cup, was prevented from traveling to the hearing by his club, Bayern Munich, before the team's opening Bundesliga match on Friday.

The French federation's disciplinary commission handed former captain Patrice Evra a five-match ban, Ribery a three-match ban and Jeremy Toulalan a one-match suspension. The players can appeal.

Eric Abidal, the fifth player summoned to the four-hour hearing, wasn't punished

According to French law, if you are born on French territory you are granted French citizenship once you meet certain criteria. If you have a problem with that take it up with the French government.

The human race originated in Africa. White Europeans are essentially mutant Africans. The recent immigrants are just the latest wave of African migrants to Europe.

do you think blacks are inherently better athletes, than whites?

It's amazes me that the real French people continue to put up with this. They should at least "vote" with their feet and not attend (or watch) any of these games.

@ Highlander,

There are less and less French people who support this team. They are displeased. Actually, some people prefer to support an other team, like Germany, Italy, Argentina, Spain...

Holland had in the 90's a team with around the same ethnic demographics and the same problems back then. When it was Anelka for the french in 2010 it was for Holland Davids that Discriminanted the trainer.I often see that most blacks have a lot of Racial Solidarity, which whites could have a bit more but in a team it gives sometimes problems when they aren't a small minority. Also maybe some players look down on the ethnic french becuase they are the minority in their native own team that represents the country.they don't say it this was in the 90's in Holland too, they don't say it but if for example the trainer is a little bit Criticical to them they show that they look down on them.
I never had som much problems with the blacks I liked that they often are very relaxing and I was even a bit Jealous on their Racial Solidarity altrough blacks have often it a bit to much and 99% of whites don't have it at all.

The dutch players of the dutch league is now 70% white of the young adult men 12% playes soccer the same as blacks in holland, but immigrants like maroccans, and Turks it was something around 40%!

1 of every 700 or so blacks players plays in the highest pro league holland or outside 246+126 dutch soccer players , I taked in to my conclusions % society in young adults and popularity of soccer.
( sub saharan full blooed ones are 2 times less overrepresented then dutch antilles Caribbean ones around 1.8 , 3.6 respectively)
1 out 2500 white dutch players
1 out off 4400 arabs players
1 out of every 8000 south asians players , east asian , a lot of years 0 players in the league.

It could be not exactly right but I hope im close I did my best:)

Whites dutch play a lot of Sports mostly Soccer , Ice skating, Judo Swimming, Tennis

blacks: Soccer baseball, Basketball, fightsports

Arabs: Soccer , fightsports.

I fight acadamies are often in the big citys and filled with 90% arabs/black but at the higher weight Divisions you see still great whites( Sem Schilt 4 times world champion stand up K-1 fighting)

In soccer in holland is often said we don't have strong tall defenders but white dutch men are on average 185 cm but
they forget scouts mostly scout in the non white big citys but that is now a bit changing the last years and the % whites in the league have rised a bit.

I hated i have to say often to play with blacks in forward as a striker becuase they often don't look around them and play egoistic, and whites have often more Discipline. It is strange for me to make this generalisations but often it was true.

Hi Lisa,

interesting posts - not only the one I just quote.

This one is quite true but actually there are aswell many french people who have some italian roots (in Lorraine..) or who cheer for Germany (bcoz they live in Alsace) even when the french team is playin well !! so for me thats not normal this type of behavior, those ppl just look at who won etc. So i think in France loads of people are just "followers" not real supporters.

PS : of course when your players are having a unacceptable behavior (like in South Africa) you can blame them.

+1. I agree.

By the way, the most popular joke when Laurent Blanc became the new trainer of the team after the World Cup was:

- OK, with Laurent Blanc, there will be at least one white in the French team. (Blanc means white in French)

The spirit has completely changed under Blanc since the massive south african joke..

To be honest, OK as a White french boy im gonna be more identified to my team with white players in it, than with a 90% coal black team. But I want and what I feel all french supporters want is a new team spirit since the disaster under Domenech... The same motivation that invaded France during 1998 and 2000 competitions...

And I believe Laurent is doing his best to bring back in town all of this.

Ps: Im also French coming from the North East =)
But right now i'm living in the german part of Switzerland, and what kind of surprises me here is that the country is REALLY conservative on many aspects of life (its even sometimes boring as f***), but the national soccer team for instance is also a complete melting pot if wou look at the -17 team, its full of boys who have ex yougoslavian, portuguese, tunisian, spanish, etc. with a very low percentage of 'pure' french swiss or german swiss players. And people are really behind their teams, probably because their behaviour is fair, the complete opposite of what we French saw during last summer...

Vinnie, I'm very happy that you are here, as a French poster.
I like your post. I agree with you. As a huge fan of Laurent Blanc, a great man and coach, I'm happy to see that this "new team spirit" like you said is born.

I will go to the Stade de France to see the next game France-Brazil. It is a good thing that Evra won't be there (like Ribéry for instance), because he is the symbol of the human disaster during the World Cup.

Oh, you com from the North East
smiley9.gif
... From Lorraine (like me), Alsace...?

Your example is stricking. The problem was the spirit of the team, some cultural problems. I don't know if there is a translation for that, but we can use the word "caillera" (racaille), "esprit des cités" (cité may be considered as a synonym for ghetto). That's why Gourcuff, who was Breton and not muslim, was ostracized by players like Ribéry... (and of course because they were jealous of himtoo)...Edited by: Lisa D

I'm wondering, is Blanc, the new coach, putting in more white players on the team? Maybe he could be inspired by the fact that the whitest NFL team, the Green Bay Packers, just won the Super Bowl.

I doubt he has ever heard about any Green Packers or what. American football is a game limited to your sports microcosm.

If Blanc should be inspired by anything, it's those other European teams, you know, Germany, Spain, and Italy. Spain and Italy play nearly all Spanish and Italians, and Germany isn't very far behind them with playing Germans. They all did better than the Frogs in the World Cup. Hopefully, Blanc will realize he has to get actuall Frenchmen on his team instead of making it look like North Africa. Than again, if France wants to stay like this, they can keep getting their butts whooped by these teams and others.

@referendum, I wouldn't know, but right now, France is the Pittsburgh Steelers of European football, as in, one of the blackest teams out there.Edited by: Jack Lambert

Well, here is the French lineup from last night's 1-0 friendly win over Brazil. France's goal was scored by the whoremongering Berber, Karim Benzema...
