Free agency starts today - so many black mediocre retreads being signed. Not much in terms of white player movement or signings.

One of the best offensive lineman on the market, LT Jared Veldheer, has signed a 5 year, 35 million contract with the Cardinals. Seems the Cards have moved away from their terrible, all-sumo days. Not surprisingly their line was better and Carson Palmer nearly led them to the playoffs. This is a great signing.

In other news, former Raider and Giants' tight end Brandon Myers, has signed with the Bucs. The Bucs were desperate for TE help so this seems like a good fit for Myers and should help out Glennon. He received 2 years, 4 million.

Jaguars agreed to terms with LG Zane Beadles, formerly of the Broncos, on a five-year, $30 million contract.

GM Dave Caldwell stated all along that his top priority was to upgrade the interior of Jacksonville's offensive line. Beadles had a down year in 2013 but is normally a well above-average pass protector. He and LT Luke Joeckel will hold down the left side of the Jaguars' line for years to come. Beadles got $13 million guaranteed.

The Broncos are going to be really dark next year, unless they sign some White guys or draft some. Doesn't look good for Peyton Manning...

Great Money for Veldheer and Beadles hopefully a story of things to come, helps whiten up the lines of Arizona and Jacksonville. Guess we have to wait a bit for the so called next tier of agents for more of our guys to be on the move. Hoping for Decker to Patriots if Edelman does not come back. Owen Daniels Garrett Graham available good tight end options for needy teams like Jets and Patriots.

Adam Schefter: Jacksonville traded QB Blaine Gabbert to SF for a 6th round pick, per sources.

I know we are supposed to be a pro white site, but i'm not a huge fan of Gabbert can't understand why they would give a pick away for him especially considering they have Colt Mccoy backing up the over rated Kaepernick. Hope he proves me wrong but he does seem a bit inept, he is about the only white qb i feel warrrant's some of the criticism he get's unlike Ponder, Cassell, Dalton who all seem to be unfairly slated.

More bad news for the Patriots today, Dane Fletcher visiting the Bucaneers today and looks like Wesley Woodyard could be his replacement. Couple that with the possible exit of Edelman and the cuts of Gregory Moe and Mcguffie not a good few days, let's hope some white signings are in the bag otherwise could be a much worse squad this year for the caste basting Pats let's hope michael lombardi is not exerting his influence too hard on Bill!!

Im sure that fat sloppy bastard Lombardi is insisting the Patriots get more "athletic". How is Lombardi even in the NFL as a personnel man? He was terrible and his career is pretty underwhelming. He probably dangles that Bill Walsh connection as much as possible.

Perhaps the Pats are looking at the uber-athletic Campanaro or Jared A. in the draft.

I hope McCown ends up going to the Jets or Bills and not the Bucs. Glennon played so much better than that bum Smiff or EJ Manuel and deserves the starting position.

Good move by Jacksonville. Hopefully they don't end up drafting Bridgewater.

This is potentially one of the best landing spots for Gerhart, as long as Jones-Drew signs elsewhere, which by all indications Jax doesn't want to re-sign him. Jordan Todman is a capable scatback and third down kind of back, which should result in Toby getting the bulk of the carries if things go well. Of course the Jags could sign another running back or draft one, after all this is the NFL but overall I'm pleased with the signing and the money he signed for.

So glad for Toby, after three years of purgatory. We can only hope that the Jags can land a decent quarterback.

I'm happy for Toby. He's set for life with that guaranteed 4.5 million. Since he's no afflete when he know he's probably not going to spend it all on rims and platinum chains.

I don't follow the draft or college football as close as some others here, but I get into it a little bit prior to each draft.

Anyhow, I really hope Bridgewater doesn't land in either Jacksonville or Minnesota, as some of these "mockers" are predicting. Would love to see him go to Oakland or Cleveland, if he really is a top 10 pick, as many predict.

Cleveland recently hired a black GM, so if the Louisville QB get's to their spot he's a virtual lock? Oakland has had a black GM for a few years, so that's another possibility if Houston and Jax don't pick him.

The Jags better not draft bridgewater. They signed Beadles to go along with Joeckel. Maybe they draft Mathews and Garrapolo in the 2nd?

yeesh going to be very hard to watch the hometown broncos next year with days like today

They lost Zane Beadles to the jags and Chris Kuper to retirement

Then they proceeded to pick up Aqib Talib and some scrub from the browns

So what, Manning, Decker, and Welker on offense and MAYBE wolfe or unrein starting on defense. Pathetic:thumbdown:

You know, this a big one for me. One of the biggest crimes of the caste system is that deserving white players often fall to the 4th round or below, or sometimes not get drafted at all. Since only the players drafted in the first 3 rounds get those guaranteed rookie contracts, the white players often times lose out on millions they will never recoup.

Toby has beaten the odds and I'm very happy for him. He still has 3-4 years left and a couple of 1000 yard seasons would go a long way towards making up for the disappointment of how Hillis' once promising career has turned out. JAX wasn't exactly on my list of teams for him, and they are never on TV, so we won't get too see him much, unfortunately. But you don't pay that much money for a man to be a 3rd down back, so he should be the starter or at least get far more carries than in MIN.

Didn't read the garbage Roto write-up on Toby, I hope they eat their words next year.

Still waiting on Decker, Edelman and Allen to find homes, hopefully something good will happen soon. I also read Donald Brown might be going to San Diego, which doesn't bode too well for Woodhead's touches, but too early to worry about that for now.

The Jaguars of the past 2-3 seasons are light years ahead of the deplorable Shaq Harris / “Black Jack” Del Rio days in which Matt Jones, long-time center, Brad Meester, and kicker Josh Scobee were the only notable whites. At times Del Rio’s squad did feature white defensive back-ups such as Derick Landri, Rob Meier, and Sean Considine, but none were adequately developed. For many years, the entire QB depth chart was all-chocolate (Leftwich, Gerrard, Grey), the TE/WR corps were all black, and the OL was usually 4/5 black.

The current squad should feature the following white starters:

QB – Chad Henne
RB – Toby Gerhart
OL -Brewster, Beadles, Joeckel
MLB – Posluszny
OLB - Allen

Seven starters is certainly above average in the Casteon NFL. It should also be noted that white back-ups such as slot receiver, Jeremy Ebert, and talented FS, Chris Prosinski, could also receive significant playing time if we’re lucky.

I believe that Gerhart landed in a perfect situation in the sense that he’ll have little competition for carries and the team should have a fairly decent OL. As Don mentioned, Jordan Todman has some talent but his low salary, small frame, and limited ability to catch passes out of the backfield seem to indicate that Gerhart will be their “war horse” back for the foreseeable future. Look for the bruising, violent, agile powerback with nice speed and reliable hands to achieve his 1[SUP]st[/SUP] 1,000-yard season in 2014…

Apparently, the Patriots made an offer to Edelman and it was rejected. This team could easily part ways with another versatile (WR, PR, former CB) playmaker. From multiple sources…

A bad first day in the free agency pool later turned into a nightmare for the Patriots. First, Julian Edelman didn’t blink when faced with a take-it-or-leave it offer. That meant Tom Brady’s latest go-to-guy headed out on open market, possibly leaving the offense with a significant hole.

According to NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport, the Patriots offered Julian Edelman a three-year deal and wanted to get an answer before free agency started at 4pm. He gave them his answer, and it was “no thanks,†according to ESPN’s Adam Schefter.

Meanwhile, the Patriots are also in danger of losing their top wide receiver for the second year in a row. Last year they let Wes Welker leave for Denver over $1 million, and they are currently at an impasse with Julian Edelman, who will continue to negotiate with the Patriots but also will speak with other teams, a league source told the Globe. Reports already have linked Edelman to the Browns and Ravens, and the Texans with new coach Bill O’Brien could be a good fit, as well.

The Pats have already shed Gregory, Moe, and McGuffie. Edelman, Collie, Fletcher, Wendell, Svitek, and Mulligan are free agents. Of these players, only Wendell and Svitek are very likely to return. Here is the news concerning Fletcher…

4:46 p.m: Talks between the Patriots and Dane Fletcher are still ongoing, MassLive.com’s Nick Underhill reports. The linebacker wants a chance to start.

For whatever reason, the Patriots always seem to have an Casteon off-season coupled with an overwhelmingly-dark draft chock full of black busts. Normally, it all works out by opening day.

Not to mention terrible for him. There's no way he can put up any stats as a Jet. What few targets he gets will be passes thrown 10 feet over his head. He and his agent have to be smarter than that.

Terrell Davis coming to the defense of Eric Decker on NFL network - twice called it reverse racism for people to say he's not a number one receiver.

The Broncos look desperate to win next year: $57 million to Aqib Talib, and now looking to sign Demarcus Ware. You don't build a defense by signing over-priced big names. Wes Welker will be the only thing to watch on the broncos next year.
