This will get worse let us face that fact. Just watch the people who claim to speak for "pro" football and observe that they are in a trance to a cult like idea of some racial gobbley******* nonsense (Howie Long for starters). This all means that the NFL will follow the trajectory of the NBA a TV revenue loss leader. Dish Network might have provided the answer with a flyer they sent me that highlighted a white running back busting thru the line I suggest we look north for an answer to the NFL's castes system.
The shame of it all now is that there are virtually no teams that are even close to white majortiy. As such, black teams will just be playing other black teams while the mindless masses will assume that is the best football and football players the world has to offer. International basketball and boxing have again recently shone us how the black athletic superiority myth forced down our throats in the U.S. just isn't real.

Everything is going downhill from the NFL anti-caste perspective. Last year there was hope with Matt Jones and so many black QBs playing horribly.

I personaly am implementing a new policy regarding the "Negro" Footbal league........It's called a boycott! I can't continue to support a system that I know is wrong and only getting worse. Realy this is the only way to change there caste system , short of having some prominent current/former white player speak up and get the white biased media to continuously cover it.Me and my family alone will save well over $3500 this year by doing so. Bye-Bye season tickets...team merchendise...and food/beverage items bought each game!

The Saints may still be starting 2 or 3 white LBs. They have Fujita and recently traded for Shanle and Simoneau. But then again, after Peyton's instant Caste System classic at wide receiver, maybe they'll be benched or released as well.
Speaking of fantasy football, here's an AP article on Terrell Owens that covers his troubles with the Cowboys strictly from a ff viewpoint. NFL statistics during games on the networks are now geared toward the needs of fantasy football players. It may not be long before fantasy football becomes the main focus of the media's coverage of the NFL. Take away ff and gambling and the boring, poorly played nature of many games is clear to see.

The saints annointed their number 2 and 3 recievers as Marques Colston (recently aquired 7th round rookie), and Devery Henderson (16 catches in 2 years).
I looked at both their college statisical careers. Neither reciever has ever broke the 1,000 yard mark (high 975) while Hass, of course, shattered that mark 3 times. Henderson played four seasons in college and Colston 3. Yet Hass in just one season gained more yards than Henderson did in all 4 of his college seasons combined! Yes, more than all 4 combined!! (that deserves a double exclamation point). And more than Colstons last two seasons combined!!!
If all of the Saints recievers went down today, I honestly think the Saints would rather make an emergency recruiting trip to the local KFC in search of black talent than to give any of their recently cut white guys a shot.

I'm a little surprised by Hass getting cut. Not because he was deserved to stay, that is never enough for a white player, but because teams sometimes keep a white mascot around when the rest of their black receivers are REALLY bad, which is the case with the Saints. I think Hass may catch on somewhere else because of this.
I also wonder what role the Katrina aftermath played in all of this. Each Saints game is an opportunity for the media to roll out all of the old racial BS that happened with the hurricane and it may be that the idea of a white guy suddenly leading the chocolate cities team in catches was too horrible for them to bear.

I feel like the kid in the orphanage that has lived through a few Christmases without any gifts from Santa and is experiencing it with "orphans" that are new to the heartbreak. This happens every year so I expect it but it is always hard to see and to have so many newer guys going through it for the first time it makes it worse.

I think the cuts show that the castesystem is not a conscious thing or else a few obviously qualified guys would be let through to deflect some criticizm. What would happen if we get some of these stories out to the media?We could get them to talk about it on Espn Outside the Lines. How about emailing the teams.I know I'm probably dreaming but I just wish there was more we could do the help these guys live out their dream.This site is the only sanity we have.We really need to get some of these athletes to come here and talk about the treatment that they receive.Hearing about Mike Hass was the straw that broke the camels back.Damn this sucks!
