Boytsov looked sensational VS Wilson! As noted, nobody has ever knocked Wilson out before. He has been stopped twice but never knocked out. This fight he was knocked out and very early on, thats a great achievement and a testament to the punching power of Boytsov.
Boytsov is definitely the best guy at heavyweight 25 and under. Thats the whole point, is he's so young and he still has so much time to improve and manoeveur himself into favourable titleshots.
Alex Dimitrenko has been brought up as possibly being his next opponent and that would be a great fight. I'd favour Boytsov in that fight but Dimitrenko is quite a live underdog due to his size, recent form, and skills. I also agree that Boytsov is too small for the Klitschko's. At his age of 25, his best strategy is to wait it out until the Klitschko's retire, and then be a big player in the post-Klitschko scene.
I'd have to say Helenius, Povetkin, and/or Boytsov are the top guys other than Klitschko's. There are some decent black up and comers as well including Mike Perez, Seth Mitchell and Odlanier Solis (not really an up and comer but at his age still young enough to stick around for 5+ years). I would have to say I prefer the Euro3 though, and Im especially critical of Seth Mitchell (its never a good sign when a guy takes up boxing at 28 years old).
Klitschko's have been truly phenomenal alltime greats but I do admit there would be some very interesting fights in their aftermath.
I'd love to see Boytsov fight Deontay Wilder, Alex Dimitrenko, Manuel Charr, or even Ruslan Chagaev next.
