I sure hope Ruiz beats Haye. I will be rooting for him all the way. Ruiz is pretty washed up at this point in his career though. 5 years ago I could see him beating Haye.

Ruiz is clearly past his best. If he beats Haye it's because he is that chinny. By the way you are probably the first guy on any message board to root for Jawwwny against anybody...

I am sure everyone on this board wants Ruiz to win.

I almost forgot about this one. I'm hoping Ruiz can pull of a miracle and will be rooting for him all the way! It's going to be extremely tough for him to win. Haye is faster and I don't see "The Quiet Man" knocking him out which is probably the only chance he has.

All the hype for Haye makes this a golden opportunity for Ruiz to redeem himself for some boring fights (not to mention losing to Roy Jones).

The Quiet Man knows his way around the ring, and he has a sneaky right hand just made for the likes of Haye. I like his chances.

This title defense is a joke. Ruiz 10 years ago probably would beat Haye but today has little chance. I will still be rooting for him but it's a long shot at best.

Ruiz isn't the most spectacular heavy out there, but he is a dogged, determined man. I think he can make Haye look bad, if not beat him.

I think he can pull it off.

The idiot British announcers said that Haye is the fastest heavyweight since Ali! Yeah ok! Wladimir Klitschko has better handspeed than this clown Haye.

Ruiz is finding Haye with that jab. If Ruiz can find him easily with his jab what will Wlad do to him?

I want Haye to win, though watching the fight i cant help rooting for Ruiz, anyway if Haye wins which he should do it gives either Klitschko a higher profile opponent to beat on.Their fights dont sell when they fight the likes of Chambers but that wont be the case with Haye.

Hayes boxed decently but from what i see tonight Chagaev destroys him whos basically a bigger, faster more skilled and powerful version of Ruiz.

I was watching the Butler game so I didn't see what happened but I heard Haye dropped Ruiz a few times with rabbit punches. Is that what happened? He has a history of throwing them.

Ruiz was clearly fouled on the second knockdown in the first. That should have been no knockdown and a 5 minute rest. The other knockdowns in the later rounds were more borderline. Ruiz looked like a diminished version of the Jawnny of 2000 to 2003. As for Haye there is no way what he showed today could beat either K brother. Edited by: white is right

Ruiz was able to land effectively at times against Haye. What will either Klitschko do to Haye? Put him on the canvas very easily. Haye will not fight them. He's waiting for Vitali to retire.

I saw photos from after Haye's "big win." He was hoisted onto the shoulders of his corner members as if he just beat a legit contender. He beat an old man with nothing left to give. John Ruiz has always been one of the most boring fighters in the history of the HW division. However, an even older HW like (soon to be retired) Oleg Maskeav may have beaten Haye. They chose Ruiz for a reason.

Haye, like most negroes, loves to blather"¦but come fight night, he's timid and boring (see Haye vs. Valuev). Best of luck against a white man, girlie.Edited by: Thrashen

Haye actually thinks he accomplished something. I'll never forget how proud he was of himself after
"winning" the heavyweight title against Valuev. The coward knew either Klitschko would destroy him so he went after the easiest guy after backing out of multiple fights with both brothers. It really takes a man to do that. Haye lost against Valuev. I had Valuev winning by at least two rounds but they want an "exciting" bruvah as heavyweight champion so they gave the victory to him. The British announcers were making their usual pro Haye comments such as "he's the most electryfying heavyweight right now" and "Haye is the fastest heavyweight." You would have thought they were gay lovers with the amount of praise Haye received. The little b-tch Haye will now wait it out and fight a bunch of bums until Vitali has retired and Wlad is a few years older. Man it's amazing how dumb the DWF's really are.
