David Haye: The Great Black Hype

Can you guys imagine if it was a wrestling match or mma. Anything goes. I'll bet Haye wouldn't say half the things he is saying if he had to wrestle the human grizzly bear. He needs to have his jaw broken bad so they can wire it back together and then we won't hear his stupid, childish, ignorant remarks. I really hate this guy. He is as bad as Mayweather. He just never shuts up. Go Valuev. The fight cannot get here quick enough.

The only negative is that we know the K2 Brothers would win 100%. We are unsure about Valuev because of his age and he is very slow. I still will be rooting for him as hard as any fight I've watched in a very long time. Go N.Valuev!

Valuev will have a tough time with Haye.  Haye is much quicker than him but Valuev has good power.  I hope he doesn't fight the way he did against Holyfield.
 
.... Of course the Ali-style rope-a-dope strategy would work well for Valuev. He can land a few flurries, go rope-a-dope to tire "speedy" Haye and then have the advantage with his power.
 
Well we could have the scene from the Empire Strikes Back where Chewbacca chokes out Lando Calrissian during the fight. We might have had it at the weigh in if the evil emperor(King) wasn't between the two fighters. Valuev weighed in at 314 and 3/5ths and Haye weighed in at 216 and 3/4rs. It should be a fun fight.Edited by: white is right
 
Valuev has weighed as much as 348 pounds for a fight back in 1997.  314 is 4 pounds heavier than when he fought Holyfield.
 
Two things Valuev has going for him. A great chin, and as a fight goes on he doesn't tire much for such a big guy. He should maul and push and pop Haye with his jab as much as he can early and tire him out and maybe set Haye up for a coup de grace.

Forty year old Carl Thompson ko'd Haye. Here's hoping Valuev can.
 
Ugh - stream went down. Can anyone do a round-by-round? Valuev won the first round.
 
Seems like Valuev winning the fight but hard to say. All Gaye doing is running.
 
I've got Valuev ahead by 3 rounds.  Gaye looks like crap.  Valuev is the aggressor and should win if it goes to the cards.
