I can't see murdering charges sticking as he didn't beat the man or sadistically torture him. He could get convicted of a third degree murder charge if it exists in the state criminal code or a likely conviction on a harsh manslaughter charge.

This is why being a policeman in modern America is among the worst jobs in America, benefits and pay aside if things go bad nobody has your back.

PS, I haven't even heard police union officials saying anything in the media, granted they could be talking but nobody but the local press is listening.

And I wouldn't doubt Lead Demon Soros sent in Antifa and maybe in all the other cities too. Blacks aren't the greatest organizers so maybe they had help in that regard.

Yes for the most part the police chief is a hack as he can't be directly appointed anymore. In Toronto he needs to be vetted by panel of left wing politicians, activists and community leaders and if he isn't pro this, and pro that and spouting something out of the left wing mantra of diversity is our strength or the new we're all in this together mantra, it's next.

When I was talking about Gates having the back of the officers I meant during the kangaroo court of convicting the officers before the trial of beating King. The LA union supported their brothers, as I said in a previous post I haven't heard anything from the police union in this situation.

In private, most people agree with me even liberals (in general) about this matter, but everyone is afraid to say anything publicly or in social media. It's clown world. The state where a little white boy was thrown from the third balcony and where a black police officer shot and killed a white woman in pajamas not too long ago. It's a full one attack on the white race on facebook and nobody dares to say a word in defense and point out the incredibly obvious.

The blame of that lands squarely on the Tom Bradley. The mayor at the time. He told Darryl Gates the Chief of LAPD to stand down, and hope the rioters would go silently into the night the first day. But it exploded. Gates was a great Chief, however, he listened to a SJW idiot black mayor. Shortly thereafter, he resigned. Before this, a Chief of LAPD could keep his job indefinitely. Now they are limited to two 4 year terms. The lesson of the Rodney King Riots was to nip it in the bud. Obviously the idiot Mayor and Chief of Police in Minn. did not learn from history.
