YOU SAID "its pretty arrogant to think that someone not from France couldn't help him" REALLY ?
What is arrogant it is to say that "Pierre Carraz is not a good trainer", "Pierre Carraz is too old".
What is arrogant it is to think that to progress Christophe has to go to the USA!
What is arrogant it is to say that the American trainers are the best.
That is what is THE ARROGANCE !
YOU SAID "then it will be relax he is only 23 years old, and then relax he is still :faint:under 26":faint:
The French sprinter Martial M'BANDJOCK is trained by Maurice Green, and... NOTHING ! He is not more successful than when he was trained by a French trainer.
STOP BELIEVING THAT THE AMERICANS TRAINERS ARE BETTER THAN THE OTHERS, if it was TRUE there would be many very very successful American sprinter in the 60M
when did I say anything against his current trainer or French trainers in general? It is obvious that his current trainer isn't getting it done though. I am not just talking about America, I am talking about just people outside of France in general
Population of France = 65 million
Population of USA = 313 million
We have many great trainers with state of the art facilities. The problem here like many countries is that they focus pretty much on blacks, which makes that 313 million into 40 million, but the trainers are still there, will vast amounts of knowledge, and have been doing this for a while,
but I am not just saying "go the the USA", I am saying try someone else, and it doesn't have to be from France. There is an ENTIRE world out there. Like I said, the 10 yard dash that Nebraska (and many other universities) works on would be perfect for Christophe to learn his explosive start from. You want to know why? Whites usually outperform blacks in their initial bursts with better 10 yard dashes in the 40. It does not make sense for a White man to not have an explosive start. It is extremely rare to see a White guy who doesn't have at least an above average start, in fact in my years working in football I have seen one White kid that had great speed but a slow start.
and its not about muscles, its about STRENGTH! do you understand the difference? i can design a workout program that can get someone ripped but not much functional muscle, or I can design a program to get them great strength, but they will not look very muscular,. Its two different things. Of course I can design one that has balance, but LeMaitre doesn't need to look muscular, just needs the strength. Yes muscular guys can have strength, but its not needed and many muscular bodybuilder types are stiff and their muscles are not that functional compared to the size. There is a difference between being ripped and just being strong. Look at the strong man competitions. Many of those guys don't look ripped at all, yet they are the strongest men in the world. I am just saying add some strength, not be the strongest person in the world.
how do we know how much strength Ronald actually has? We know how much strength Christophe had in the past because of his workout routine and numbers. I know nothing of Ronald and his workouts. If you know, please share.
as far as Maurice Green, there is no evidence that the better sprinters from the past will make good trainers. Otherwise we would have a bunch of coaches with olympic medals.
