SMU and TCU are in overtime right now tied at 33. I hope the Mustangs are able to pull this one out.

Clank! An easy to catch pass on fourth down in OT is dropped by one of those magnificent superathletes and SMU beats TCU.

SMU wins 40-33 in OT!

Line finishes with 21 carries for 120 yards and a 5.7 average.

Excellent...SMU wins, although it shouldn't have come to this (OT). They should've won it by one or two TDs in regulation, but didn't use Line effectively in the 4th Qtr.

A little icing on top of the cake so far, #10 South Carolina's undefeated seasons was brought to a screeching halt by Auburn in Columbia today!

Yes! Auburn beats South Carolina, 16-13, at South Carolina. Auburn was starting an amazing two White players on defense, a DT and a LB. There goes South Carolina's undefeated season...a good thing since they play neither Alabama nor LSU this year.

I don't understand SMU's last possession. Up by seven points with a little over four minutes left in the game they air-it-out instead of giving it to Line resulting in a three-and-out with little time taken off the clock. Now TCU is driving with under three minutes remaining.
Seems like he always calls it like that. It would make sense but he likes to air it out. Its a shame because Line has the ability to have some more 200 yard games, he has only had 1 so far in his career. Besides, I don't think Beachum has any energy left to run block in the 4th quarter, for 3 downs would be too much to ask, did you see him gasping for air calling the coin toss for overtime? They had a total of 3 rushing plays in the 4th quarter, and Beachum was called for several penalties, but he was the one lineman that the announcers seemed to hype up.

Gideon with a nice INT and return for Texas against IA State.

That TE for Auburn seems to always make big plays.

I hope Iowa St can dig itself out of the whole it created. I like Steele Jantz, he makes some mistakes but seems to come back later in games and make plays.

Connor Vernon already has 5 catches for 77 yards after the first quarter. He has decent size at 6'1 and 4.5 speed to go with it. He's shooting up draft boards.

Well, it looks like the Logan Thomas hype train is now derailed.
I knew he was a fraud when he failed to dominate three straight garbage opponents.

I am glad K-State beat Baylor. So sick of the fawning over Robert Griffin who was awarded the heisman by quite a few commentators today on the caveat that the season ends today

I was watching another game (on CBS) that was nearing halftime at the same time the Baylor game was.. and when CBS did their halftime preview, Baylor's "RG3" was the third talking-point. Despite the fact that the Baylor/K-State game was STILL VERY CLOSE, they repeatedly gave the impression that Baylor was "destroying" K-State.

I'm sure I'm not the only one that noticed this "vibe" from different media outlets.. that, at halftime, the media ALREADY gave Baylor the W... pricks.

Huge win for SMU today despite not using Line to his full potential like a few of you pointed out. They are 4-1 and looking good.

Tonight should be exciting with Nebraska and Wisconsin going at it. We also have Stanford playing. All three of these teams are top 10 and all three have a chance to have huge seasons. I have to root for Nebraska tonight though as I'm a huge Rex Burkhead Fan and who doesn't love watching Martinez as well. Go Nebraska and go Stanford!

I wish Nebraska would run Burkhead more. They need to take the game out of Martinez's hands until he regains his composure.

Abbrederis with 4 receptions for 89 yards and a touchdown. Looking at the offensive and defensive lines there seems to be a multitude of whites. It is almost exclusively white on each side of the ball for both teams. Fun to watch!

I assume everybody saw that statistic they put up earlier, showing that Wisconsin's line out-sized and out-weighed the Packers.

Wisconsin's offensive line cannot be stopped. Alabama's D has a similar situation playing against the classic pro-style offenses (Arkansas, LSU, this year's Florida) in the SEC. So it looks like it will be the Badgers versus the Tide in the BCS title game. I don't cheer for black quarterbacks. Ever. So I'll probably spend that evening reading a book.

Yeah I get your point, but if that did happen I would certainly pull for Wisconsin. They have several whites that play on defense, an all white(pretty sure) o-line, and Pedersen and Abbrederis catching passes. Plus, it would hopefully put a dent in that whole SEC superiority argument.

Matt Barkley and Jaxon Shipley had huge games for their respective teams! Michigan State's win was nice. Not a bad day at all..

Russell Wilson going to Wisconsin hardly represents a "massive change in the college football landscape." Afterall, that's what the MSM really wants people to believe..

Wisconsin was very good last season with Scott Tolzien -- who racked up some nice numbers. What has changed, however, is that Ohio State looks weaker. This doesn't hurt our cause at all, though, as they have a "project" in Braxton Miller, who, despite media claims, doesn't look particularly athletic...

And, even without J.J. Watt, Wisconsin's "D" still looks like it will be a force. I will support my White brothers, and, to me, Bielema's teams' are looking much-Whiter than those that Alvarez ever fielded. It has really been apparent in the past few years.

I believe Russell Wilson is a one year aberration in Wisconsin. They seem to recruit white QBs almost exclusively. I was disappointed in Nebraska but that secondary is questionable. Wisconsin's o-line is consistently dominant which gives the offense its effectiveness. Wisconsin is still a run first team. Tolzien put up very good stats last year yet did not receive half the hype of Wilson even though they had a very good season.

Hah.
6'8" Joseph Fauria with a hurdle of the cornerblack for a TD!

+
This will be Fauria's last year of eligibility. I hope the NFL scouts don't go to bed early every week. With his size and athleticism, he would absolutely be a star in the NFL.
