I think you hit the nail on the head. We have seen some huge mega busts in the past 3 years - Trey Lance, Anthony Richardson and Bryce Young (not to mention recent black 5 star recruits that have burned out quickly at the collegiate level). Despite this league is all in on the black QB agenda. Hate to break it to everyone that did not realize it but the QB position is beyond compromised. Look at the recruiting classes and the writing is on the wall - blacks have magically surpassed Whites as the top tier QB over these past few years.
The Zio media has been working hard to make this a reality. Here are some examples of articles over the past year about black QBs. The problem is like everything else as it pertains to black/White race issues no one pushes back. No one is looking at Christian McCaffery through a racial lens and asking why aren't we seeing a proliferation of White running backs? Same logic can be applied to cornerback with Riley Moss and Cooper DeJean's rapid ascent up the rankings of proving themselves to play at a high level in the NFL. Even going back to when Jordy Nelson and Wes Welker were absolutely dominant at outside and slot WR respectively. There was no opening of the flood gates to get more Whites into the league nor college. The stereotypes still persist and will go unchallenged when the situation is reversed and it's Whites facing the discrimination. No different from larger society.

As you can see above plenty of black power types are pushing the black QB agenda as hard as possible, thinking they are fighting some sort of uphill battle when in reality the league is just kowtowing to blacks. It's the "Any Given Sunday" script playing out in reality as the league continues to manipulate their sports entertainment brand.
The media, moronic malleable fans, draft "experts", high school coaches, college recruiters, college coaches, college boosters, college NIL cucks, NFL scouts, NFL GMs, the NFL itself are all responsible for embedding the caste system into the QB position.
White QBs get very short leashes and when the team they lead puts out a poor product on the field the White QB is always to blame. This has been documented time and again. It started to become very noticeable back in 2016 when Goff struggled his rookie year and has only accelerated through the years. Carson Wentz went from franchise QB surrounded by terrible skill position players to pushed off the roster for a very average Jalen Hurts whom the Eagles have spared no expense in surrounding with admittedly very good talent all over the offense - WRs, RBs, OL, TEs. Baker Mayfield was run out of town, attacked and belittled by DWFs, the sports media and even the organization. Daniel Jones is another example of a White QB under constant scrutiny. Trubisky, Pickett, Lawrence, Darnold, Zach Wilson, Mac Jones have all been the targets of media attacks. Every year the media picks another White QB to attack and belittle.
When these black QBs that come into the league get exposed it's always and without fail an "organizational" failure. The vast majority of the spin around their shortcomings never revolves around their lack of ability on the field but because the organization had a poor coaching staff, scheme and no supporting caste. Just look at Anthony Richardson's benching and the amount of blame being place on the Colts for "failing him" and not giving him experience and reps. The delusion and denial run rampant as anyone who saw Richardson play a game in college knew that he was not a franchise QB yet the Colts drafted him 4th overall and again the media and DWFs spun it that this decision was all about "upside". Bryce Young was the antithesis of Richardson - he was the undisputed best player overall, supposedly pro ready and very accurate however he was slight framed, marginally athletic, very questionable arm strength and has been chewed up by NFL defenses. None of the "red flags" I mentioned were viewed as anything more than an afterthought leading up to the draft as he was just billed an absolute sure thing. Meanwhile Will Levis as a second round draft pick from the same draft is routinely mocked and called a "bust".
Until White parents, White fans and White coaches come out and say you know what I am glad that their is someone like Christian McCaffery in the league for my kid to look up and it is allowable, acceptable and celebrated just as it is when blacks and the media do when it comes to black QBs this trend will continue. I know I get mocked here on Castefootball for harping on this subject but at this point I find the proliferation of black QBs insulting to my intelligence.
