Ben's got another woman problem and the MSM are going after him.
Certainly they have to get Ben as he is the future face of NFL star's and since he's white---well he's got to be knocked down. Pretty sad that a few baseless accusations by gold digging whores puts him in the PACMAN Jones catagory. Now we know why so many white stars are boyscouts, they have to be!!!!

We may be close to the point where public figures will have to have audiotape running at all times when they go out, and maybe videotape as well. We live in an ever more intrusive surveillance society as it is, so it may become a needed precaution to combat all the gold diggers and disturbed people out there who want something for nothing.

A few years ago, Roethlisberger almost got himself killed in a motorcycle accident because he wouldn't wear a helmet. In the previous sexual accusation, Roethlisberger admitted he had sex with the woman (whom he didn't know). Doesn't he know he has to be 100% careful?

And why is a 28-year old man out boozing after midnight with 20-year old coeds? Doesn't Roethelisberger know the danger this scenario has for him? You can blame the accusers or media double standards, but Roethlisberger has to avoid these situations.

Yeah, really. You'd think a white, multi-millionare, 2-time superbowl winning QB could marry a nice white woman who he wouldnt need to "rape"....instead of repeatedly getting drunk at college parties with chicks 10 years younger than him and getting accused of sexual whatever. I've never drank a day in my life, so I guess I wouldnt know what the "buzz" is like.Edited by: Thrashen

Ridiculous! He's a man. Riding a motorcycle without a helmet is legal in most states, millions of guys do it. Chasing after woman is not a crime. Neither is having sex with them. 28 year old men should go after as many 20 year olds that they want. What kind of super protective cocoon do you want him to withdraw into??? This kind of finger wagging at a guy doing nothing wrong is absurd. It's bad enough when the MSM does it to disparage with athletes but even worse to hear it at CF.

I agree with jaxvid. It's no crime to be single at 28 and enjoying it along with fame and money. The problem is that he's living in a gossip-based "gotcha" society in which taking down a celebrity is now itself a major league sport and White athletes are especially at risk as they are needed by the mediato racially "balance" the endless epidemic of criminal behavior by black athletes.

But Big Benlikely will have no choice but to go intoa protective cocoon after this. And of course there's always the possiblity that he actually is a lunkhead serialsexual predatorinstead of the target of gold diggers, in which case he has it coming.Edited by: Don Wassall

I guess I can see both sides. However, I've always felt that white men "chasing women" like some "player" is a tad wiggerish. After all, they're only wasting time that could be used getting married, starting a white family, and having white children....the things in life a white man should most cherish.

But you're right, it is certainly not illegal to get drunk and sleep around with younger chicks at college parties....just not something I've ever been into.Edited by: Thrashen

Roethlisberger has always struck me as a bit wiggerish. He even speaks with that same wiggerish accent that Jake Delhomme does. All that "clubbing" he does is wiggerish too, and nothing good can come of it. Present jam a case in point.

Hanging in clubs for a professional of his caliber is risky & somewhat foolish. If I was his Daddy, I'd tell him to get his @$$ is gear & stay out of shark tanks like nightclubs & titty bars. I did my share of hell raising in my late teens & early 20s, but by mid 20s I was settling down...& by late 20s I was married with 2 kids. IMO, Ben needs to stay away from that "afflete" lifestyle BS.

P.S.- "Faux" Sports is starting to take aim at "Big Ben"

"Faux" Sports - "At Best, Ben's Image is Shot"

***Good call DWID. Delhomme is indeed Cajun/"coon@$$". That accent is straight Bayou. Per Wikipedia...

"Delhomme was born to Jerry and Marcia Delhomme, both Cajuns; the last name Delhomme translates into "of the man."

I am watching HLN and they are covering this story all out. Roethlisberger has no one to blame but himself.

Joe Namath was as big a cad as any White sports figure in history. The difference was that media wasn't as big as it is today and the news took at least a day for the average person to read. He had his incident with mob figures at his Manhattan tavern. The league took punitive actions on innuendo. I wonder if the league will do anything about this incident.

Big Ben is definitely guilty of some very poor judgement. There are other QBs who have been known to enjoy a good time (Tom Brady before he got married, Matt Leinart, Tony Romo, Philip Rivers, Mark Sanchez, etc, etc), and you never hear them getting into this sort of trouble. I'd bet they are smart enough to use better judgement.

There's nothing wrong, IMO, for going out and having a nice night out on the town, but you need to consider your status as a high profile NFL QB and behave accordingly.

Okay. My mistake. I didn't realize Delhomme was from Louisiana. I just figured NFL demographics had influenced his speech.

Joe Namath has a thicker southern accent that borderlines on a Foghorn Leghorn accent.

Joe Namath?? He's a yankee...born & raised in Beaver Falls, PA (20 miles from Pittsburgh). When he first went to Bama, he said he could hardly understand Bear Bryant's southern drawl. Namath said he could only understand about every 3rd word or so that Coach Bryant said...which was usually ("dadgum ol') stud" (when referring to Namath's QB ability).

Namath is from Southern Pennsylvania , the area of Pennsylvania that has produced tons of qb's and baseball players. If he was recruited today under Massah Saban, the running joke would be he was recruited as a White man and came out of Bama as a Melungeon.....

Namath has a strange accent that isn't Southern or Northern. I'm from Pittsburgh and can tell you it isn't a Western PA accent. Mike Schmidt has a similar accent to Namath's.

It was said that Pete Maravich talked like Joe Namath. I thought the same when I heard Maravich interviewed. It seems that someone from Western PA (both Namath and Maravich) who spends time in the South has this strange accent.

According to the latest reports, Roethlisberger talked to local police that night. He told them that he did not have sexual intercourse with the accuser, but did have "consensual contact." Roethlisberger had two Pittsburgh area off duty cops with him, but even this couldn't keep him out of trouble.

The police have asked for a DNA sample from Roethlisberger which means they have DNA to make a comparison.

Joe Willie's grandaddy was from Hungry, so maybe Joe's accent is a mix of quasi-Hungarian, West PA & Bama?

As for Ben, he really needs to use his noggin (vs. his beef-stick) in his social life. As has been alluded to (in this thread) there are boatloads of gold-diggers & (borderline) psychotic skirts out there all too willing to stir up trouble for a fella (especially a big time pro athlete like Ben).
